To lead on the planning, delivery, optimisation and performance reporting of insight-led, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support acquisition, engagement and retention objectives across HACT’s products and services portfolio. Role Description

We are looking for a confident, motivated and results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in multi-channel campaign development and communications who is keen to work for a purpose-driven organisation. You will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating targeted, insight-driven marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation across a wide range of HACT’s projects, services and propositions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and teams across the organisation to bring our brand, offers and showcase the impact we create to all our audiences.

With hands-on responsibility for our developing and delivering campaigns utisiling the CRM and omni platforms, you will lead campaign planning and performance reporting, ensuring our messaging is always on-brand, relevant and effective. Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate high-impact marketing campaigns across all channels to promote HACT’s services, projects and charitable purpose.
• Apply audience segmentation, personalisation and targeting strategies to ensure effective communication with varied customer groups.
• Create and manage content for campaign assets, including landing pages, emails, blogs, social media and event materials.
• Deliver campaigns using digital tools such as Email management suite,Buffer, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms and optimise through data-driven insights.
• Lead the use of the CRM to support audience segmentation, campaign management and reporting across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop KPIs for campaigns and lead on performance tracking, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Manage the HACT website, ensuring content is current, accurate, SEO-optimised and designed to convert.
• Deliver engaging, timely and strategic social media activity across all key channels.
• Oversee and deliver email marketing campaigns with targeted content and personalisation to maximise engagement.
• Coordinate online and face-to-face events from a marketing and communications perspective to ensure strong attendance and experience.
• Support PR, media and thought leadership activity to increase brand reach and reinforce HACT’s sector voice.
• Build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders to develop marketing briefs, assets and cross-channel campaign plans.

Job Purpose:

As the Community Fundraising Assistant (East), you will play a crucial role in helping the charity meet its strategic plans and objectives, which include campaigning to increase the national investment in brain tumour research to £35 million per year, while fundraising to create a network of seven sustainable Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence across the UK. ​

Your role will be to support our East region to generate and grow our income through community fundraising activities, contributing to a regional team target of £1.5 million.  ​

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.   

We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.  Our work now includes specific programming for women refugees, Afghan nationals, Ukrainians and those who have come through the asylum system

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.

Skills required

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Gloucester Cathedral as it enters a key period of development. About the Role
As our Wales Lead, you’ll take on a high-impact, strategic role at the forefront of creating real change for young people across Wales. You won’t just be shaping our vision—you’ll be bringing it to life by building powerful partnerships, influencing key decision-makers, and championing the growth of our enterprise and financial education programmes in the places they’re needed most.

 This role is anything but ordinary. One day you could be speaking at a roundtable in the Senedd, the next you might be rallying new corporate partners, supporting a school’s first enterprise challenge, or welcoming a team of volunteers to inspire students during a school workshop. You’ll be a connector, an ambassador, and a changemaker—leading the charge to embed our work into Welsh policy and priorities while forging strong, purposeful relationships across Welsh Government, local authorities, schools, and community organisations.

 You’ll be the face and voice of Young Enterprise in Wales—energising a wide network of businesses, educators, funders, and volunteers to scale our impact and amplify our reach. With a strong focus on growth, fundraising, and influence, you’ll help us secure the resources and recognition needed to empower young people with the skills, confidence, and resilience they need for life, work, and the future.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the strategic growth of Young Enterprise in Wales

· Lead on policy awareness, ensuring the organisation remains responsive to Government priorities and commissioned reports

· Develop, maintain and lead strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, local and national government, education bodies and partners

· Identify and secure  funding to support our work across Wales with an ambitious focus on growing income

· Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings

· Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired

· Represent YE in Wales externally at events and forums, promoting the organisations profile and influence across the education and third sector

· Focus your energy on reaching young people who face the greatest barriers to opportunity, making sure our work has the biggest impact where it’s needed most

· Build strong partnerships with businesses, educational settings and other local organisations to bring our programmes to life in both formal and informal settings

· Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre

A few practical things:

· This is an active hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly (a car and full driving licence are essential)

· You’ll need to be a prolific networker, keen to develop new relationships across Wales to expand our reach

· You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times

· Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions—it’s all part of the fun!

The role: This is a rewarding role where every day brings the opportunity to make a positive difference to people's lives. We regularly receive testimonials from service users describing the life-changing impact of receiving support from our caseworkers in the National Road Victim Service.

Working location: mostly remote work with some travel required. Based in the central area of the South West region you will deliver a face-to-face service to clients in their own home or safe meeting place across the Dorset, Avon, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire area  as well as providing support by Teams, phone, email or other means to suit the service user. We take a person-centred approach so the amount of travel will vary depending on your caseload at the time. You’re in control of your own diary. 

Why this role is important: Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. As a Caseworker, you will provide trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with some home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes. 

About Brake: Brake is a renowned and respected road safety charity with a 30-year history dedicated to supporting people affected by road crashes and advocating for safer streets. 

You'll join a closely knit team of fellow caseworkers, each using their individual experience and skills to provide person-centred support to victims. This provides a ready-made peer group who share best practice and knowledge and support each other so, in turn, they can best support road victims. There's no sugar coating it, this isn't an easy role, it requires a special type of person with strong resilience, but the reward is a strong sense of purpose, every day. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so we have strong support systems in place to support our caseworker's wellbeing, including clinical supervision.

Who we're looking for 

Full training will be provided under the guidance of our dedicated Training Officer. Our induction program has been developed to equip caseworkers with the skills they need to provide high quality support to road victims and covers topics such as being trauma-informed, safeguarding and risk management. We're open to candidates from all sorts of backgrounds, as long as you're a compassionate, self-starter with a background in providing high-quality emotional support and advocacy. Your experience in roles within the NHS, any health and social care, road safety, counselling, the police and family liaison officers, lived experience or any type of casework could make you an ideal candidate. 

Essential Requirements: 

• A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel expenses are reimbursed) 

• Resident in the central area of the South West Region. 

• Experience delivering frontline support, preferably involving sudden bereavement or heightened vulnerabilities. 
• Strong advocacy and research skills to liaise with multiple organisations on behalf of service users. 
• Competency in I.T skills to work remotely.

• Comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in the criminal justice system and coronial process

We’re looking for two Place Leads to help drive our work in Stoke-on-Trent and East Staffordshire. Each role will be rooted in its local area, but both will work across the whole county, helping us build more connected, inclusive systems that support people to be active in ways that matter to them.

This work is part of a wider investment from Sport England, focused on changing how systems support people to be active. That means shaping how physical activity is understood, prioritised, and embedded, not just in programmes, but in policies, partnerships, and everyday decisions. That includes health, local government, community development, and beyond.

You’ll work with partners, communities, and decision-makers to make sense of what’s already happening, spot where things are stuck, and help shift both the culture and the practice. The work will be messy, layered, and relational. Some days will be about strategy. Others will be about trust.

What does this mean day to day?

• You’ll spend time listening to what’s emerging in communities, building trust with partners, and making sense of how insight, decisions, and action travel across the system.

• You’ll track where energy is building, where its leaking, and where attention needs to shift. That means spotting patterns, asking difficult questions, and making sure conversations lead to decisions, and decisions lead to change.
