The International Water Association (IWA) is seeking a capable and experienced Event Coordinator to support the professional delivery of its global conference portfolio. IWA has established a dedicated event delivery entity, IWA Conferences Limited, to strengthen the quality, consistency, and operational standards of its events worldwide.

The role is responsible for the full operational delivery of IWA conferences, ensuring that all logistical, technical, and supplier elements are planned and executed to a high standard, on time and within budget. The post works under the direction of the Conference Producer and focuses solely on the operational aspects of event delivery. It does not include responsibility for programme design, delegate registration, sponsorship sales, or marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Operations & Logistics

• Lead operational planning for all IWA conferences and events.
• Develop delivery plans, run sheets, floorplans, schedules, and onsite procedures.
• Manage all venue arrangements including room allocations, technical requirements, catering, access, and safety.
• Ensure all events meet required standards in health & safety, insurance, safeguarding (where applicable), and contractual compliance.
• Oversee onsite setup, delivery, and breakdown.
• International travel will be required several times per year.

2. Supplier & Contract Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers including venues, AV/technical contractors, caterers, staging companies, decorators, and logistics partners.
• Ensure value for money, delivery quality, and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain clear documentation.

3. Onsite Delivery

• Act as the operational lead during live events.
• Coordinate suppliers, onsite staff, volunteers, and support teams.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain a professional delegate environment.

4. Budget & Reporting

• Manage operational budgets and track expenditure.
• Prepare post-event operational reports and lessons learned.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and supplier frameworks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in event operations and logistics, ideally with international or multi-day events.
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and operational budgets.
• Ability to interpret technical/AV specifications.
• Confident working on site and handling time-critical challenges.
• Clear and precise communication skills.
• Competence in standard office software and event-related systems.
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced programme manager who will oversee The Advice Workforce Development Fund (AWDF). AWDF is a collaborative programme dedicated to strengthening and sustaining the social welfare advice sector in London. The role will coordinate and run steering and advisory groups, and ‘task and finish’ groups, working with cross-sector stakeholders to enable the implementation of recent recommendations generated by research commissioned by the programme, and help with monitoring and evaluating the project and funded projects under this programme. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, a commitment to social justice, and a track record of delivering impactful support to external partners.

The workforce development programme was created after working closely with a group of funders and advice sector representatives who are now steering group members. The programme has reached an exciting stage, as it transitions from a foundation-laying and research phase into more of a focus on influencing and implementation of the learning generated to date, while also maintaining and strengthening new and existing relationships. This role, with support from the Head of Sector Support and Grants and the CEO, will oversee the continued development and delivery of this exciting partnership into the longer-term. You will play a central role in building the evidence base on what works to support young people into good jobs.

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with this fantastic charity on a Philanthropy Manager role. This position offers an opportunity to work on developing major donor income based on fully fledged pipeline and developed case for supports. The role is supported by a wider high value team including prospect research.

Key Responsibilities

• Steward existing donors and develop new donor relationships, working through the pipeline from cultivation to successful asks
• Identify new opportunities within the major donor portfolios
• Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with teams across high value and wider fundraising teams to ensure donor stewardship and recognition.

Person Specification

• Proven experience working with major donors, this could be at officer/executive level and a step into a manager role or someone already in a manager role
• Full understanding and experience to work through the full donor relationship process with known donors and new prospects
• Having experience of successful 5 figure gifts is desirable, but candidates will be considered with 4 figures, looking for a bigger challenge
• Experience of working with giving circles is of interest but not essential
• Ability to work with agility in a collaborative and unique charity environment
• A proactive and adaptable approach with ambition to grow income from major donors, able to see opportunities for growth.

We are looking for a dedicated Advocacy Campaigns Manager to join Action Against Hunger UK's Advocacy Department.  This is a great time to join our team as we broaden the reach of our public advocacy campaigns to a wider audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead on developing and delivering our advocacy campaigns strategy and supporting with policy and parliamentary work. Our advocacy and campaigns focus on tackling the key drivers of hunger – conflict, climate change, poverty and inequality – and promoting improved response.

On the campaigns front, this role means spending around three days a week on designing and delivering creative and engaging online campaign actions in collaboration with skilled colleagues across teams, organizing campaign events and building the engagement of chef and food industry supporters in our advocacy. This also requires having a good understanding of the political landscape and opportunities and distilling policy asks into engaging public campaign messaging.

You will also get to spend around two days a week supporting with policy work, such as drafting position papers or letters and working closely with our Head of Advocacy and Parliamentary Relations Manager on MP engagement. Severndroog Castle is a much-loved Grade II* listed historic site, saved by the community and now run by a passionate charity committed to heritage, learning, and local engagement.

We are seeking a practical, well-organised, and solutions-focused Site and Operations Manager to support the smooth running, safety, and day-to-day operations of this unique heritage site.

This role is one of two complementary part-time positions forming a collaborative partnership model. You will work closely with the Community and Volunteer Engagement Manager to ensure a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming site for visitors, volunteers, hirers, and contractors.

building, managing operations, and ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so that visitors enjoy the best possible experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has experience in site, facilities, operations, heritage, or venue management
• is practical, organised, calm under pressure, and good at problem-solving
• can manage contractors, maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and operational processes
• is a collaborative and supportive team player who enjoys working in a small organization

Working pattern:
20 hours per week, including some weekends. Hybrid working, with regular on-site presence, and a minimum of one Sunday per month on site.
