Tabernacle Baptist Church is a large and lively multicultural and multi-generational church located in the heart of the diverse and multi-religious Whitmore Reans area of Wolverhampton. Role Responsibilities
Spear Programme
- Support in group coaching sessions of up to 12 young people. Coaching them around skills and mindsets to support them in returning to work or education and equipping them with the skills to stay there.
- You’ll be given all the training needed to deliver Spear through our professional coaching methodology.
- This coaching continues for Spear Career – the 6 months’ worth of follow-up support. You will oversee a caseload of trainees and support them in work, beyond the initial Foundation Phase of the programme.
- Lead weekly 1:1s with a cohort of young people to monitor their progress and support them in their journey to employment.
- As part of this you will help trainees evaluate their progress and determine their work readiness throughout the programme – coaching them through challenges, creating moments of breakthrough and setting goals.
Relationship Management
- You’ll build relationships with relevant professionals at local organisations, and communicate directly with young people, to encourage referrals to the Spear programme.
- You will support with job fairs, mock interview days and welcoming external visitors to the centre.
Church Community
- The Spear Coach is directly employed Tabernacle Baptist Church, meaning you are part of a vibrant church team and immersed in an exciting faith community.
- Help to raise the profile of the Spear programme within the church and build a network of supporters and volunteers from the congregation.
- Other relevant ad hoc church responsibilities from time to time.

Working closely with our Research and Campaigns colleagues, you will be responsible for Parliamentary and legal work, and for liaison with relevant partner organisations.
You will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, to help you build and nurture partnerships with parliamentarians at all levels and with organisations and networks who share CAAT’s goals.

Role Summary
Together Women Leeds provides holistic wraparound support to women and girls and specialises in supporting women involved with the criminal justice system, through 1:1 Keywork, group programmes and access to specialist gender-specific support via TW Women’s Centres.
We are seeking an individual with a proactive, compassionate, collaborative approach. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and highly organised, brings strong reporting skills, and is a great relationship builder. Experience of working in the women’s sector or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential – most importantly we’re looking for an outstanding manager.
At Together Women, staff wellbeing is a priority. With the support of a Senior Keyworker, you will ensure our staff team are effectively managed, supported and encouraged to develop within their roles, enabling them to provide high quality, trauma-responsive support.
You will be responsible for the management of a range of services, ensuring high quality standards are consistently met and partnerships are established and maintained. You will lead the strategic development and operational effectiveness of the Bradford Centre, which is funded by a range of commissioners both statutory and non-statutory.
You will lead on contract and performance management including relationships with commissioners. Alongside the Director of Services and wider management team you will also contribute to the effective leadership of the organisation, ensuring our operational and strategic objectives are met.
Key accountabilities
Service Delivery and Management
- Lead the operational management of TW services in Bradford ensuring intensive high-quality, trauma responsive support is provided to women and girls accessing the services.
- Develop and manage a service plan for Bradford that incorporates key milestones and ensures delivery of project outputs and outcomes
- Monitor delegated budget responsibility, ensuring that the services operate within the agreed budget.
Staff Management
- Line manage direct reports and ensure that all staff receive regular support, supervision and performance review, case management, training and development in line with TW policies and procedures.
- Deliver team meetings, reflective practice, and staff learning and development opportunities.
- Effectively manage a team working on different contracts ensuring team cohesion and consistency in approach and practice.
Communication/Contracts and Partnerships
- Take overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective partnerships and referral pathways.
- Lead on the contract and performance management including all relationships with commissioners.
- Organise and attend external meetings/events as appropriate, actively participating and disseminating information to colleagues. This includes sitting on steering groups and attending multi-agency panels to discuss the needs and challenges faced by our service users,
- Design and deliver training for professionals in the region to improve responses to women and girls affected by the social justice system.
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Ensure that all staff maintain accurate, confidential customer records, following Together Women policies and procedures, and contribute to development of contract monitoring and recording.
- Produce monitoring and evaluation reports in line with funder and other key stakeholder requirements.
Funding
- Identify relevant fundraising opportunities and support TW senior management team to prepare funding applications, identify commissioning opportunities, which support the long-term sustainability of existing and new services.
- Attend meetings with potential new funders to secure new funding streams, ensuring that the project outcomes are achievable and measurable.
- Work with colleagues within TW and/or external partners to establish new services/projects when funding applications are successful.

AHF is seeking an England Development Manager (Heritage Revival Fund) to co‑lead our core grants and advisory programme across England. This role has been created following the recent announcement of significant new investment, which will support the expansion of the Heritage Revival Fund through to 2030. This investment will enable AHF, in partnership with DCMS and Historic England, to provide grants to hundreds of communities across England, helping them bring neglected historic buildings back into use.
Ideally based in southern or central England with focus on southern half of the country. The postholder will work jointly with the current England Development Manager (HRF), who will focus on the northern half of England. Together, they will oversee activity and workflow across the whole country. The role also includes joint management of the England grants team (who work remotely) and programme budget, working flexibly and collaboratively to ensure the successful delivery of AHF’s core programme.

Introduction
Afield is a brand new charity responding to environmental injustice. We do this by working with communities to rewild disadvantaged urban neighbourhoods; and by supporting artists to undertake ecological research. Objectives
You will work alongside Afield’s two co-founders to define and run the urban wilding and arts grants programmes, including managing the cohort of grantees. We are looking for dynamism, energy and experience of grant management to help us launch the first round of grants and a support programme.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the two co-founders you will set up the arts research and wilding programmes. This will include launching and running opencall and selection processes, and the cohort support programmes. Once established you will lead subsequent programmes, and plan for future cohorts. RSTMH is a charity and membership society for those working or interested in tropical medicine and global health, and currently have around 2,000 members and Fellows from more than 100 countries, with a network of more than 10,000 involved with our work in some way. We are looking for an experienced Membership Manager who will help us manage all aspects of our membership programme. This involves maintaining high levels of retention and developing and delivering new recruitment strategies for members across the world.

We need a passionate and creative communicator who can play a key role in meeting our communications objectives. RSTMH is a membership society formed in 1907, with around 1,800 members and Fellows in over 100 countries. We work to improve tropical medicine and global health by enabling and promoting research, sharing knowledge and convening networks through our members and Fellows and beyond. Operational responsibilities:
Income generation and external partnerships
- Hold overall accountability for income generation across trusts and foundations, statutory funding, corporate partnerships, major donors and community fundraising.
- Developer and deliver a statutory fundraising strategy to maximise income from government, NHS, lottery and public sector funders.
- Lead and write high-quality funding bids, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and operational teams to shape compelling programme proposals.
- Oversee the management of the charity's current grant portfolio; ensuring grant applications and reports are delivered on time and in accordance with internal processes.
- Ensure that the voice, experience and dignity of refugees are meaningfully and ethically reflected in all fundraising and communication activity.

Strategy & Development
- Working closely with the CEO, lead the development and delivery of an integrated Fundraising Strategy that supports organisational priorities, financial sustainability and long-term partnerships.
- Contribute income generation expertise to support the execution of the charity’s strategic plan.
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, plans and performance expectations across the fundraising portfolio.
- Ensure fundraising propositions are compelling, evidence-led and clearly connected to Upbeat Communities impact, working closely with the Head of Delivery to reflect operational reality and participant need.
- Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting and scenario planning to support financial resilience and informed decision-making.
· Identify opportunities to deepen funder engagement beyond income, including learning partnerships, influence and profile-raising where appropriate.
Networking & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships across statutory, community and private sectors, strengthening the profile and reach of the charity.
- Represent the organisation at networking events, conferences generating leads and expanding income opportunities
- Support the development of a joined-up Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) offer, positioning Upbeat Communities as a key partner for corporate engagement.

Person Specification:
Role Specific Competencies
- Significant experience leading high-value fundraising across multiple income streams, with a strong track record of income growth in a large charity.
- Demonstrable success securing and stewarding 6- and 7-figure partnerships or donations from corporate partners, trusts/foundations, statutory funders and/or major donors.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and delivery levels, balancing leadership with selective frontline fundraising.
- Experience managing senior fundraisers or managers with responsibility for discrete income streams.
- Strong strategic, financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, performance management and risk assessment.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills, with credibility at senior levels internally and externally.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly to a range of audiences, including trustees.
- Experience working effectively across an organisation and with senior leadership teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of GDPR and the Charity Code of Fundraising Practice.
