In this pivotal role, you’ll:
✨Develop and grow relationship building and stewardship strategies and programmes for existing business and major donor supporters.
✨ Manage existing corporate relationships and major donors with a view to deepen engagement and develop levels of support.
✨ Grow and sustainably increase income from existing corporate partners and major donors.
✨Use the charity’s CRM to manage relationships and record key information.
✨ Develop a strategy and programme for identifying and securing the support of new businesses and potential major donors.
✨ Implement the strategy by proactively identifying, approaching and securing new corporate relationships in line with the Charity’s corporate and philanthropy strategy.
✨Create and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to prospective new corporate and major donor supporters.
✨Manage the pipeline through the charity’s CRM and record/update key information as required.
✨ Work to continue the development of a strong, person-centred, empathetic, supportive and inclusive culture at Cerebra.

About the role
It’s an exciting and important time for our charity as we work to help more people out of homelessness and poverty as part of an ambitious strategy.
The newly created role of Federation Development Lead will sit within the Partnerships and Federation Development directorate, to support the delivery of key charity and federation-wide objectives, as part of our mission to empower people affected by homelessness and poverty to change their lives for the better while using our voice to achieve social change.
The principal responsibility will be to support our ambition to become a best practice national body, responsible for leading on and supporting the development of key projects within Emmaus UK and the wider federation.
This will include providing leadership to support Emmaus communities across the UK to prepare and respond to the introduction of the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act, you will require an understanding and commitment to best practice and legislative requirements related to the provision of supported housing, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into user friendly support, training, guidance and policies and procedures
The role will also provide a critical role in the implementation and delivery of Emmaus UK’s ambitious plans to seek registration as a provider of social housing. You will provide the project management and technical skills required to support the successful delivery of the application process, ensuring that risk and regulatory requirements are considered and acted upon at each stage, maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders externally and across the federation.
As the Federation Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of the Emmaus movement within the UK, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting the overall success of the federation. Your role will involve supporting the development and delivery of strategic plans, programme design and implementation, stakeholder management, and continuous evaluation and improvement of developed initiatives.
Working with the Director of Partnerships and Federation Development and wider Senior Leadership Team, the role will be central to the delivery of strategic objectives related to the development of the movement.

About the Role
Working 3 days a week and reporting to the Head of Education, you will work closely across the teams in SCUK and the wider movement in line with our strategy and policies in our global education priorities.
As a Senior Education Policy & Advocacy Advisor, you will provide global leadership within your area of expertise (Education) to shape and drive shared advocacy and impact agendas across Save the Children and the wider sector. You will develop and deliver high-quality policy and influencing strategies, fostering innovation and inclusivity and contributing to systemic change. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, lead capacity strengthening for colleagues and partners, and champion equality, inclusion and the shifting power agenda.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Being our key representative in the Send My Friend to School coalition, including being an active member of its Policy and Parliamentary Working Group and potentially its Steering Group dependent on your experience. This the UK's global education coalition of international development NGOs and teachers' unions, bringing together young people, politicians, teachers, civil society and the media to campaign for quality education for all children across the globe. Its focus is to influence the UK Governments financing and policies related to global education.
• Lead the movements influencing in support of the Global Partnership for Education replenishment campaign which aims to raise $5 billion from donors in 2026, as well as partner government commitments on domestic education financing. You will work closely with colleagues across the movement to influence their governments, as well as lead the work to ensure a significant pledge from the UK Government.
• Provide global leadership in other areas of global education to shape and drive shared advocacy and impact agendas across Save the Children and the wider sector.
This is an important time to take up this role. The UK Government has stated that it plans to deprioritise its work on global education as part of its significant aid cuts in 2027. The inspiring Send My Friend to School coalition has developed an impactful UK schools campaign, youth campaign champion network and strategic policy and advocacy approach aiming to protect the education aid budget. Similarly a successful replenishment campaign for the Global Partnership for Education is vital for maintaining multi-year, transformative investment into education systems.
About You
We are looking for someone with the following experience, competencies, and skills:

About the role
Reporting in to the Partnership & Strategy Lead, the Programme & Partnership Lead for Bangladesh will be the most senior and key programme, partnership and lead role for each priority country, maintaining oversight of a dynamic and responsive partner portfolio that aligns with organisational values and goals.
The post-holder will ensure Christian Aid's work in partnership employs a decolonised approach to improve locally led work and maximise impact. The role is key in exploring and contributing to multi country programme initiatives across the cluster. The role provides
oversight and leadership to embed a culture of impact. The role plays a lead role in convening spaces with partners and key stakeholders, including faith leaders, and catalysing for change. It plays a key role in strengthening civil society, and fostering coherent linkages among programme, humanitarian and advocacy interventions across priority countries.
The role works collaboratively with partners to shape our response to poverty across the priority countries, to enable a culture of continuous learning. The role leads on ensuring that initiatives contribute to impact in CA’s four global thematic areas.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Programme & Partnership Lead - Bangladesh include:

- ‘Horizon scan’ to identify new potential partners that would enhance impact, and review portfolio under each of the 4 CA thematic areas (plus sub-themes of resilience, protection and inclusion) to maximise impact.

Background
The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) is the go to place for the art of hand embroidery. Based at the historic Hampton Court Palace, we offer a range of courses, from leisure classes to degree-level education, and are home to the renowned RSN Embroidery Studio. Fragile Threads has been generously funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, with thanks to National Lottery Players. It is a multi-stranded and innovative, narrative-led programme exploring biodiversity loss, textile heritage, and cultural expression through embroidery. With multiple partners, community engagement projects, and a major public exhibition planned for 2027, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passionate interest in culture and creativity, particularly in the applied arts.
You’ll be key to delivering the Fragile Threads corporate development income strategy, identifying and driving vital new business as well retaining longer term support from priority sectors. To achieve this, you’ll need to find innovative ways to engage organisations and identify opportunities to maximise income from the relevant sectors
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and approaching potential corporate partners
Work closely with the Fragile Threads Project Lead and the RSN Fundraising Team to:
- Identify, research and deliver a pipeline of targeted new business that delivers maximum impact for Fragile Threads, particularly the exhibition, whilst meeting the RSN’s organisational objectives
- Work with senior external stakeholders to deliver effective stakeholder engagement plans, leveraging internal relationships where needed to increase partner commitment and visibility
- Create compelling and persuasive and audience-tailored partnership propositions / proposals
- Research, shape and deliver tailored partnership proposals and presentations to potential collaborators, including corporate partners, funders and creative contributors, drawing on an understanding of client and audience needs and project priorities.
- Liaise with the RSN Fundraising Team to ensure consistency across the organisation in approaches to potential corporates.

- Track expenditure and resources in collaboration with the Project Lead and Project Manager ensuring that project activity stays on track and within scope.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of partnerships and communications.
- Maintain accurate, up to date supporter records and data on the CRM system and any relevant pipeline management tools, for analysis and reporting purposes.

UK People Support Team Lead

A key leadership position in the UK, responsible for leading a dynamic and talented team who delivers the highest standards of operational support to WaterAiders in country. The role will need to plan, prioritise, and deliver to a high standard what we promise in order to deliver our ambitious mission.
Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of UK payroll, pension, and the annual reward process. You will support and coach your team for the development, review and application of UK policies and procedures and be a key stakeholder to our people system Administrator.
You will be working in a matrix environment across the UK People Team and the wider People and Organisational Development function.
In this role, you will:
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach and build the capabilities of the People Support Team, their performance and development in line with our values and people promise.
- Expertise and ownership of UK People Team policies, processes and procedures, ensuring that they meet legislative requirements, are fit for purpose and in line with best practice and organisational priorities under the umbrella of our employee value proposition.
- Lead the delivery of the programme of work so that service standards at met, solutions are pragmatic and driven by our values, minimising risk.
Payroll, Pension and Reward
- Accountable for the delivery of the UK monthly payroll and pension processes, providing oversight and support to the work of the in-house Payroll Officer and being a back-up to their role, to ensure payroll is run accurately each month.
- Implement the annual pay award operationally ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payment to all UK based staff.
- Implementation of a new payroll system for the UK.
Systems and Reporting
- Primary super user in the UK of HR Information System, PeoplePlace, ensuring effective and efficient use of the system. Responsible that the country's employee data is correct and in compliance with data protection.
- Drive the importance of data and people analytics and create a culture of data-based decision-making and insight across the team.
- Ownership of maintaining the monthly UK headcount establishment data with key stakeholders in Finance.
- Annual analysis and statutory reporting of the Pay Gap in the UK.
Compliance and Contract Management
- Act as the UK Team specialist on areas of HR compliance, working with 3rd parties and specialist advisors, to ensure that our policies, processes and practices are compliant and meet legal requirements.
- Responsible for data protection in the People Team, provide senior expertise and build capability across the wider people function.
Other
- Ownership of salary calculations in the event of employee termination and/or redundancy.
- Monthly payroll and pension sign off.
- Budget management and invoice approval.
Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
Functional skills
- Proven experience in leading, managing and developing a high-performing people operations team in a matrix, fast-paced organisation.
- Proven experience in managing and running in-house payroll for at least 250 staff or more.
- Excellent understanding of HR policy development; and proven experience in developing and embedding HR policies, processes and procedures that are fit for purpose.
- A qualified and robust HR Practitioner who has sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, tax and legislative requirements affecting a wide spectrum of HR policies and practice, i.e. payroll, pension, reward and benefits, together with their application in the context of the employee experience.
- Working knowledge and experience of HR and Payroll systems, to maximise the functionality and create efficiencies.
- Demonstrate project management capability.
- Proven experience in contract management and managing a wide range of third-party service providers.

- A self-starter who is focused on delivery and execution: proactive in bringing solutions and recommendations to resolve problems and continuously improve HR practices.
- Able to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity: comfortable working at pace. Resilient and able to work under pressure.
Desirable capabilities
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
- Associate (or higher) membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent work experience.
- An interest in and/or knowledge of development issues and the work of INGOs.

Summary of the role:
The International Programmes Department (IPD) is a busy, multi-functional team at the heart of the work of Muslim Aid in the UK and internationally.
The Global Programmes Assistant reports directly to the Global Programmes Manager and will primarily be responsible for providing support functions to the International Programmes team. The role requires excellent organisational, teamwork and numeracy skills, to work with key stakeholders to ensure an effective, efficient and quality delivery of development and emergency response programmes.
The Global Programmes Assistant also supports the administrative work of the department, including the preparation and tracking of project payments, and maintaining partner due diligence records.
About the Role:
- Provide programme and administrative assistance to Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams as required including support with the development and production of project proposals.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Project Tracker and SharePoint site.
- Maintain soft (and if required hard copies of) programme files, provide filing assistance to the team and support archiving.
- Ensure the timely submission of quarterly and completion reports, and support the review of seasonal and small-medium project reports as delegated by Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams
- Maintain and review the report supporting documents including field reports, financial evidence, centrally agreed documents, media and case studies.
- Support the development of IPD wide administrative systems.
About You:
