About the role
Northern Ireland has an amazingly rich heritage of church and chapel buildings that we want to see well maintained, valued and in use. We’re looking for a Support Officer – based in Northern Ireland – who can help us to complete the delivery of our pioneering The National Lottery Heritage Fund project. This role will support churches of all denominations with maintenance and tourism advice, training and events and be a key contact for churches looking for heritage support in Northern Ireland.

Background and summary of the job
The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.
It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.
The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. We strive to offer a high-quality and affordable Psychotherapy and Counselling service to the community and to offer our trainees an experience underpinned by our values.
The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service Administrator will work with the Clinical Services Manager and one other Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the service and support in its continuing development.
Role purpose
Enquiries
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries including potential MCPCS clients, existing clients, trainee therapists and placement providers, etc.
- Emailing Assessment Application Forms, assessing suitability of enquirer for service – asking for additional help when required from the Clinical Services Manager.
Administration
- Providing strong administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager.
- Providing regular detailed data information to the Clinical Services Manager, including reports from Access Database and future Charitylog data systems about functionality of service.
- Inputting and updating student data spreadsheets and client spreadsheets relating to client session fees, providing reports and liaising with students, finance team and clients to ensure all session fees are up to date and reporting on any missed payments weekly.
- Administer MCPCS processes and procedures for instance by designing forms and records formats, ensuring they are available to students, supervisors and clients. Ensuring the service has paperwork available to operate effectively: Assessment packs; Allocation packs; student forms.
- Inputting data from paper records and managing electronic records. Keeping data management up to date and archiving files as and when appropriate.
- Assisting Clinical Services Manager and other senior leadership in overseeing MCPCS, with additional tasks as and when requested.

Terms and conditions
Salary: £14,045 pro rata (17.5 hours) - £28,090 FTE (35 hours)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work on Thursdays.

Run by charity EMERGE 3Rs, FareShare Greater Manchester (FSGM) is a major food re-distribution charity in the city-region, fighting food poverty and hunger and tackling food waste.We are excited to add a new Driver/Warehouse Operative to our team to help us run our Surplus with Purpose scheme, as well as to support our normal daily operations.
A typical day will include carrying out the daily van safety check, collecting your order lists from the Food Allocations team and then picking the fruit & veg for each order, which will be between 400kgs and 800kgs. After safely building the pallets, you'll load them onto the van and then unload at the Community Food Members' (CFMs) site. You'll collect their empty trays and return them to our Warehouse, perhaps stopping to refuel on the way, where you'll take on Warehouse duties as required e.g. picking orders, cleaning, goods-in, stock rotation etc.
You are the face of FSGM to our CFMs so you'll need top notch customer service skills, excellent communication skills and a commitment to working in a culturally sensitive way. It's a physical job so you can comfortably lift up to 25kg at a time repeatedly and throughout the day. For insurance purposes, you need to be at least 25 years' old, with experience of safely driving commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. What’s the job?
We’re seeking a commercially minded and proactive individual to lead on the delivery of the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) in the UK, along with related products for teachers and young people.
In this varied role, you’ll build and manage partnerships with commercial brands to provide high-value student discounts, work with educational institutions to expand B2B sales, and support marketing activity across digital channels including social media, email, and web. You’ll also contribute to reporting, relationship management, and the ongoing development of the product offer.
We’re looking for someone with experience in sales or account management, strong digital marketing skills, and a confident, collaborative approach to working with partners. Knowledge of the student or education sectors is a bonus, but not essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery – all within a purpose-driven organisation committed to supporting students.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong skills in sales, account management, and digital marketing. You should be confident in building and maintaining relationships with partners – from commercial brands to educational institutions – and be comfortable negotiating and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with colleagues across teams. You’ll need to be organised, able to manage multiple projects at once, and confident working with data – including reporting on sales and marketing performance. A good working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms is important, and experience with affiliate platforms or CRM systems would be a plus. We’re looking for someone who brings initiative, attention to detail, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset. An understanding of the student market or education sector is helpful but not essential – what matters most is your ability to engage partners, drive results, and work sympathetically in a values led organisation where many of our outcomes focus on doing the right thing, with ethics at the heart of our work.

You’ll lead on property compliance (fire, gas, electrical, water hygiene, etc.), carry out condition surveys and audits, manage maintenance programmes, and oversee external contractors. Your technical insight will support safe, well-maintained homes and guide teams across the organisation.
