The Grant Operations Manager, part of the Impact and Charitable Programmes Department, will oversee the business-critical grant operations within the Grant Funding team. Key responsibilities

A good understanding of charity sector fundraising, the UK medical research landscape, and the complexities of NHS-based research is desirable.

You will work two days a week with Newham District Foodbank strategic partners to mobilise
volunteers across our three delivery sites, and one day a week to support volunteer

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Newcastle.

• The Newcastle Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will help manage and support on implementing MDUK’s growing corporate partnerships strategy, playing an instrumental role in prospecting and supporting the delivery of charity partnerships that raise funds for MDUK. This position is responsible for supporting the Partnerships and Ambassador Engagement Manager in delivering on ambitious income target in relation to employee fundraising, cause-related marketing, and strategic staff-based volunteering.

The role 

With support from our Marketing and Communications Manager and wider team, you will play a vital role by creating, managing and optimising our digital communications, including the development, execution and measurement of email mailshots and campaigns, our social media channels and our website. 

You will be comfortable planning and devising email and social media content ideas, designing creative assets, writing sharp, engaging social media copy, and helping colleagues to grow their own social media presence.

Your experience

This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home with IT provided and join Team Together Days in a co-working space in London 2-3 individual days each month. A Deputy Contract Manager is to support the Cluster Manager who is responsible for the effective management of all contracts within their designated patch, including line managing the relevant frontline staff.
