About the role:
Your role as a Service Delivery Assistant (SDA) will be to provide an administrative function to the Humberside staff team.
The SDA role is a crucial one, to ensure the efficient running of the service and support the frontline staff to provide an effective service.
As an SDA you will;
- provide an administrative function to include administration of cases and referrals including updating case management systems and communicating with referral agencies to gain further information
- Raise purchase orders, deal with invoicing and purchasing
- Work with the management team and staff team to ensure adherence to policy and procedure including health and safety checks and audits
- Monitor some HR functions such as DBS checking, working with the police vetting unit and ID checking
You will be confident in using your IT skills to work on a case management system, access phone and online systems, email and Microsoft Office programmes.

- Carrying out generalist administrative tasks for the HR Department, for example, responding to queries, devising standard Human Resources documents and letters and managing the HR email inbox.
- Demonstrating a good base knowledge and understanding of current employment law to ensure all administration tasks are completed compliantly.
- Ensuring that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the monthly payroll sign off and submitted to the Finance & Payroll Manager, for example; contractual variations, new starters, leavers, contractual benefits and staff benefits.
- Co-ordinating end to end HR recruitment processes, including Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check processing as required.
- Providing an effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment lifecycle; recruitment, onboarding, leavers and exit interviews.
- Acting as systems administrator for Breathe, configuring the system as required, controlling all user access, managing data flows in and out of the system and ensuring accuracy and data protection compliance and liaising with Breathe to troubleshoot queries as required.
- Ensuring the Breathe HR Database accurately reflects current staff population. This includes inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave and recording of sicknesses and other leave.

Purpose of the Job
To strategically lead and manage our existing CYP services that range from being both clinical and non clinical (Mental Health Support Teams in Schools, Circle crisis prevention café for children and young people, Whole School Approach, Be Kind to Your Mind). To develop and grow a portfolio of children and young people’s mental health services.
The role will lead, manage and oversee the Youth Services team and a range of projects that support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.

Growth and Development
- To lead, develop and maintain the strategy, business plan and budget for Youth Services.
- To lead on service development through the identification of unmet needs, local priorities and project opportunities and the development of proposals and bids.

Lead on Projects
- To provide overall leadership and oversight for project contracts.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Lead to join our People Team. This role will require the successful candidate to play a key role in the development, implementation and maintenance of The Children’s Trust’s business systems, including the Access suite of products and the IRAR incident reporting system. Role Requirements
• Act as a trusted, technical specialist for our business systems, by developing a comprehensive and rigorous knowledge-base of the software architecture, whilst overseeing its maintenance and ensuring the department (and by extension, the organisation) benefits from its full capabilities.
• Ensure that processes are automated (as far as reasonably practicable) and that business systems are fit for purpose, with technical requirements delivered in a timely manner.
• Ensure that technical and procedural processes are in place to guarantee data quality and integrity, by utilising single sources of truth and streamlining database queries.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of both regulatory requirements and daily operational practices, to ensure effective, efficient and compliant business systems.
• Manage and maintain day-to-day management of the business systems and the data held within them, working with the Business System Administrator and the system superusers.
• Act as the primary liaison between business system vendors and The Children’s Trust; regularly liaising to ensure continued development (in order to meet organisational needs) and utilise/attend relevant user groups and forums, to remain up-to-date with system developments.
• Identify, develop and implement any required staff training/coaching, through the delivery of training sessions/workshops and the production of any necessary training manuals/resources, to increase staff’s technical skillset and ensure that they are able to support the required technologies.
• Proactively liaise and communicate with departments across the organisation, to ensure that constructive feedback is received, and information needs are met in a timely manner.
• Develop and review policies and procedures impacted by the implementation of any new system developments.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external venders to ensure the requirements of the business system owners are being met
• Raise issues on behalf of business system owners and users and work with external providers to ensure issues are resolved.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Role Requirements
STL1 – Provide support for Learning Activities set by Classteacher & Senior Specialist Teaching Assistant
- To support learning activities for individual, groups or whole classes of pupils, leading activities under the direction of the teacher or Senior Teaching Assistant supporting the teacher in their delivery of lessons.
- To demonstrate our School Ethos and Pupil Charter throughout the School day.
- Holistically integrate education, health and care needs.
- Evaluate and record procedures for learning activities.

STL 3 – Help to keep Children Safe
- Undertake annual safeguarding training.
- Adhere to the school’s Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures and policies. Recording incidents pertaining to pupil safety, including for illness, accidents and incidents, accepting that Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and that ‘it could happen here’.
- Read relevant documentation / mandatory reads in relation to Keeping Children Safe In Education.
- Report any signs and indicators of possible abuse, being sensitive to the child/young person and circumstances, Identifying, report and record changes in behaviour and physical signs.

- Take part in a staff induction programme, and pursue other training opportunities as agreed with the line manager.

The Brent Centre for Young People is looking for an experienced, dynamic person to join its Clinical Administration Team.
The Brent Centre for Young People is a charity based in North West London (Kilburn) that provides psychotherapeutic treatments to young people aged 11-25 years, who suffer with emotional difficulties and have mental health needs. The Centre has an international reputation and delivers world-leading evidence-based practices to young people across North West London. On average, the centre helps over 700 young people per year through its In-house and Outreach Services.
We are looking for an experienced clinical administrator with strong people and communication skills to help run our clinical services.
This post is an exciting opportunity to be part both of supporting the growth of this new service and supporting clinical administration at the Brent Centre within an existing small team.
The suitable candidate will have at least two years’ experience of clinical and/or general administration and reception duties. This post will suit a confident, reliable individual with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
You will be expected to be confident in IT skills (including the use of Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level) and apply them to recording data accurately on a daily basis on our client database.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, can work to regular deadlines, can problem solve when faced with difficult situations, adheres to confidentiality and can communicate professionally, politely and effectively with young patients, their families, our clinical and non-clinical staff team and our external contacts, such as GPs.
The post requires sensitivity to the needs of young people with emotional difficulties and the nature of therapeutic work and their families. Experience with young people or with mental health is advantageous.
You will be expected to work a range of shifts between 9.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 7pm and 11.30am to 8pm, to be agreed.
