This role is central to Greenpeace UK’s legacy programme, managing a varied caseload from straightforward estates to complex and high-value cases. As a newly created position, it brings legacy administration fully in-house and will play a key role in ensuring income is realised in full, accurately managed, and delivered in line with best practice.

As Legacy Case Manager, you will: 

• Manage a caseload of residuary, pecuniary, life interest, discretionary, and high-value legacies, including contentious cases
• Lead on the preparation, monitoring and reporting of the legacy income budget and mid year forecasts, working closely with Finance and Fundraising colleagues to provide accurate, timely projections and variance analysis
• Work closely with internal teams and build effective external relationships with solicitors, executors and families to support positive outcomes
• Identify and resolve complex issues involving probate, trusts, tax, property, or litigation
• Represent Greenpeace UK externally with professionalism, fostering constructive relationships with pledgers, executors, solicitors, and sector peers
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Charity Commission guidance, and ILM best practice

Essential skills and experience:

• Substantial experience in charity legacy and estate administration, both contentious and non-contentious
• Significant knowledge of probate, trusts, tax, and property issues relevant to legacy casework
• Strong understanding of sector best practice in legacy administration and charity law
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume and varied caseload to deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Diplomacy, empathy, and resilience in handling contentious or sensitive cases
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage competing demands

A legal, probate, or legacy administration qualification is advantageous but not required.

About the role:

At our Harrow Road Assessment Hub in Westminster, you will work within this short stay service with a multi-disciplinary team setting. This role involves working alongside people to navigate complex situations with empathy, understanding, and consistency. You’ll be supporting clients who have experienced rough sleeping and may be facing multiple disadvantage, often alongside mental ill health and substance use, at a point where the right intervention can change everything.

As a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker, you’ll go beyond traditional support. You’ll use psychologically informed approaches, with a strong focus on harm minimisation, dual diagnosis and recovery, to build trust, unlock engagement and help clients make sense of their experiences. You’ll deliver targeted interventions both one-to-one and through our in-house recovery programme, helping people move from crisis towards stability and longer-term accommodation.

You’ll work at the centre of a fast-paced, multi-agency system, building strong relationships with health, Adult Social Care and specialist services to make sure clients can access and sustain the support they need. Alongside this, you’ll bring specialist knowledge into the team, shaping best practice and strengthening how we respond to complex needs across the service.

This is a role for someone who is confident working with complexity, motivated by impact, and committed to ensuring people are not left stuck in cycles of homelessness, but supported to move forward and rebuild.

About you:

• You bring strong experience working with people experiencing multiple disadvantage, including mental health and substance use, and understand how these needs intersect.
• You’re confident using psychologically informed approaches, including harm minimisation and dual diagnosis, to engage people who may be ambivalent about support.

Main Purpose Of The Job:

The Events and Community Fundraiserwill take responsibility for the planning and delivery of Homeless Oxfordshire’s events and third party events, and provide exceptional care to our community fundraisers. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and Partnerships Fundraising Manager and the wider Fundraising and Communiations team, they will plan and run a calendar of events to engage our community and corporate supporters, as well as the general public, with the aim of raising money for and awareness Homeless Oxfordshire.

They will work with the Community Fundraising Manager to develop and build relationships with community and corporate supporters, and give talks to community groups (schools, faith groups, local organisations etc.) to encourage their support for the charity.

Main Areas Of Responsibility:

Events Planning And Delivery

· Oversee planning and delivery of our community and corporate events including the Golf Day, Race Across Oxfordshire, the Business Breakfast, HOxStock, and the Thank You event.

· Liaise with venues, suppliers and contractors to ensure all events are well planned and professionally run.

· Manage all event communications, from invitations, registration, to event day and follow up, ensuring an excellent support journey throughout.

· Support the Community Fundraising Manger on third party events, including Homeless Oxfordshire’s participation in the Oxford Half Marathon, the London Marathon, London to Brighton bike ride and other challenge events.

· Manage and plan event day activity at third party challenge events.

· Support community groups who are running their own “in aid of” events for Homeless Oxfordshire, providing materials and promotion and attending events where appropriate.

· Ensure timely communications and stewardship of all challenge event participants.

Community Fundraising

· Support the Community Fundraising Manager to research and identify community fundraising prospects, and deliver communications and approaches to engage schools, colleges, faith groups and other community organisations.

· Give talks to community groups (schools, faith groups, local organisations etc.) to encourage their support for the charity and represent Homeless Oxfordshire at community fundraising events.

· Support the Partnership Fundraising Manager to steward employee fundraising activities e.g. bake sales, Giftmas collections etc.

· Work with HR and the Community Fundraising Manager to recruit and manage Community Fundraising Volunteers who can give talks to community groups.

· Work with the Community Fundraising Manager and Marketing and Communications Manager to develop presentations and resources to enable volunteers to represent Homeless Oxfordshire at community events.

· Oversee the administration linked to community fundraisers, including updating the database with communications and monitoring and managing fundraising materials.

· Support community fundraisers to use and register on third party platforms e.g. JustGiving, Enthuse, providing encouragement and tips for securing sponsorship and funding.

· Ensure timely and professional communication and interaction with community supporters, and prompt thanking of fundraisers and donors.

· Take responsibility for responding to/redirecting all emails to the shared fundraising inbox.

· Undertake other relevant duties, supporting the Fundraising and Communications team as required.

Purpose of role

The Business Development Manager will lead our efforts to secure high-profile, high-value partnerships with corporate organisations  that will generate vital income for children's palliative care. Responsibilities and duties

CRM selection, setup and ownership

• Research, evaluate and procure a CRM system which is best suited to membership organisations
• Lead on the implementation and configuration of the procured CRM system
• Design all the data structures, tagging, pipelines and reporting within the CRM system and ensure that these are best designed to serve the incubations
• Ensure that all data practices are robust and GDPR compliant
• Maintain and continuously improve the CRM system, and act as the internal CRM owner

Membership onboarding and member value (OEAI)

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in CRM systems, marketing operations, revenue and growth, commercial operations or startup operations, with experience in building systems and processes from scratch. This role would suit someone seeking a role – or continuing their career – in a not-for-profit environment where you will apply your skills to enhance purpose-driven organisations, take full ownership of systems and processes and build something meaningful from the ground up.

You will have had previous exposure to selecting, implementing and driving use and functionality of a CRM system (such as Hubspot or Salesforce) and building customer journeys and lifecycle automation. What is the main purpose of their role?

The Operations Manager sits within a team of six managers who are responsible for providing the strategic lead for all the activities of Suffolk Refugee Support. This is a senior operational role with responsibility for overseeing key programme areas including HR and facilities, volunteering, our ESOL provision and our International Women’s Group. The role will also oversee the development of SRS’s Client Partnership work, ensuring this is shaped through co-production with the clients we work with, supports strong external relationships, and is delivered through an effective, outcome-focused work plan. Working closely with staff, trustees, partners and clients, the postholder will contribute to the effective management and ongoing development of the organisation.

The role line manages a team of Officers and Coordinators responsible for specific programme areas, ensuring that the activities within their remit are effective, compliant and responsive, meeting both the charitable aims of SRS and the needs of the asylum seekers and refugees we support.

What will the job entail?

Among other responsibilties, you’ll be overseeing the function of the organisation and its strategic development by using knowledge of needs of clients, gaps in existing services and opportunities as they arise, working with the Management Team to agree funds required for services to be run and delivered, liaising with Trustees, developing and managing client focused activities, developing and managing operational areas of work and providing strategic and operational oversight to our Client Partnership work.

What you will need

• At least two years’ staff and project management experience in community, voluntary sector or social care settings; or other proven relevant management experience
• Experience of managing staff including delivery planning, performance monitoring, practising HR & disciplinary processes, and motivating positive work environments
• Experience of developing, managing and evaluating programmes to meet identified needs using imaginative ideas and making efficient use of restricted resources
• Experience of using/developing assessment tools to monitor service outputs and outcomes
• Knowledge of laws and policies applicable to Human Resources management
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection and equality good practice
• Strategic planning skills with the ability to work in conjunction with the Charity Manager and management team to agree plans of work for the whole organisation to maximise impact for clients
• Proficient in using all MS office applications and CRM or data management system, (experience with Charitylog or similar database platforms preferred)
• Conscientious, calm, and well-organised with the ability to keep the balance between short & long-term tasks/goals
• Proven ability to write concise and informative reports that are appropriate to the target audience, and which summarise a large amount of information

Suffolk Refugee Support aims to ensure that all asylum seekers and refugees in Suffolk are enabled to live integrated, fulfilled and contributing lives in their new communities. Refugee Action Kingston (RAK) is seeking an experienced and compassionate ESOL Coordinator to support our Community Hub Project. You will coordinate ESOL volunteers and resources, manage referrals and assessments to place users in classes, and administer registrations using RAK systems. Working closely with the Community Hub Manager, you will help deliver a blended ESOL programme that supports community integration, confidence and language development for refugees and people seeking asylum.
