The FA is looking for a Women's and Girls' Game Communications Executive to join our team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting role with responsibilities across various areas of the women's and girls' game, including the Adobe Women's FA Cup, grassroots football, coaching, refereeing, the England talent pathway and The FA's Made for this Game campaign. Working closely with and reporting directly to the Women's and Girls' Game Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a communications strategy which promotes The FA's strategic objectives within women's and girls' football.

The role requires a smart media operator and a creative thinker who can recognise opportunities to grow the women's and girls' game across the priority areas. You will help deliver the season-long communications plan and press office function for the Adobe Women's FA Cup, helping elevate the competition to new heights. With direction from the Head of England Communications, the role will also cross into the England pathway with the requirement to scope opportunities to elevate the profile of the England women's development squads.

As a member of The FA's Communications team, you will work as part of a high-performing integrated marcomms team across the priority areas. Close collaboration with Marketing, Campaigns, Content and Public Affairs colleagues within The FA will be essential to help drive and deliver integrated campaigns. You will also work with various FA departments and external stakeholders to create and deliver the communications strategies.

It is a two-year fixed-term role, which currently includes two days a week based at Wembley Stadium and regular trips to St George's Park. Please note that the role also requires occasional out-of-hours work and travel.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and deliver an integrated season-long communications plan to support and promote The FA's key strategic objectives in the women's and girls' game.
• Coordinate and deliver an integrated season-long communications plan to promote and protect the Adobe Women's FA Cup, including the delivery of the competition's press office function.
• Press office support for the England women's development teams.
• Identify opportunities to promote The FA's Made for this Game campaign across owned and external channels.
• Ownership of creating and maintaining key press materials for the smooth running of the holistic women's and girls' game press office, including media lists, briefing documents and media guides.
• Play a central role within an integrated marcomms team to promote the women's and girls' game, the Adobe Women's FA Cup and England women's development teams across owned and earned channels.
• Develop and maintain trusted working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Work effectively with key internal departments, including Marketing, Digital Content, Commercial, Broadcast, and Public Affairs, to achieve joint organisational goals.
• Expertly and effectively manage incoming media requests.
• Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FA's changing priorities.

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of humanitarian crisis overseas. Purpose of Role

The  Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of Comic Relief’s programme of strategic projects. The programme consists of key strategic projects that are designed to best support Comic Relief to meet its strategic priorities and mission / vision.

The opportunity

The Partnerships Lead will act as Project Manager for the community strand of Together for Tomorrow, a five-year National Lottery-funded programme supporting grassroots climate action across Devon. Working in close partnership with Libraries Unlimited, you will coordinate delivery across libraries and grassroots groups, supporting communities to develop practical climate initiatives and helping libraries become active sustainability hubs.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position supporting both the Finance and HR functions of the charity. Flexibility

Our staff who live in or near London operate on a hybrid model, working in our office within South Bank University (one minute from Elephant and Castle tube station) on Mondays and Tuesdays. Full-time staff work in the office both those days and at home the rest of the week, while part-time staff who live in or near London are required to work in the office on one of those days, and at home for the rest of the week. We also have staff outside London who are fully home-based. • Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a daily basis
• Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date and are accurate including off the job learning
• Supporting with the on boarding of learners on the Harris Federation main provider provision and the completion of relevant enrolment documentation, procedures, and guidance 

Learner Support 

• Supporting Harris Federation as an apprenticeship training provider ensuring all data held on our apprentices both internal and external remains accurate and up to date

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We would like to hear from you if have:

• The ability to establish a new role in the Harris Federation and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver successful apprenticeship programmes
• Strong project management skills with experience of complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience of working across a large organisation, developing and delivering initiatives and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Ability to travel to Federation Academies as required
• Experience of working with managing LMS within the FE sector and working with the third-party service provider to ensure the platforms are user friendly and up to date
• Supporting with ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of the ‘EOSONE learning platform’ working together with the third-party service provider to ensure the platform is user friendly

Nightlight Team Leader (Crisis Café and Helpline)

Hours: x2 Part-time 22.5 hours per week
Work pattern: Split over a 7 day working rota working 17:30 - 01:30
Working Base(s): Working from Watford, Stevenage, Hatfield and Ware – Base to be negotiated based on home location (Expectation to travel across sites where necessary – mileage and expenses to be paid when away from home base).

About the Service

Our Nightlight Service is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.

We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis centres, crisis cafes and a weekend Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect.

The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:

• To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
• To increase early access to help for people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.
• To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
• To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
• To provide an alternative pathway to people in distress and crisis to support better outcomes and reduce the demand on statutory crisis services and emergency services.

At the Crisis Cafes we promote and enable people to access support in a way that suits them, whether that’s through talking to someone or simply by providing a safe space to have time alone or engage with trained staff.

About the Role

The Crisis Team Leader will be a key member of the Crisis Services management team, providing effective operational leadership delivering the Nightlight Café and Helpline services.

Purpose of Post

• Ensuring the delivery and development of quality crisis support services and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the provision.
• Provide management support to Café and Helpline Coordinators and support the Crisis Manager in ensuring practice within the service is safe, effective and person centred, as well as supporting the implementation of strategic service plans.
• Provide emotional support, advice, signposting, assessing risk, support planning for clients in mental health crisis often where risks are significant.
• Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of appropriate needs and risk assessments and support planning for clients.
• Liaison with statutory agencies to ensure appropriate intervention is obtained.
• Ensuring staff and volunteers feel supported, safe, trusted and valued and excel in their roles.
