Job description
Do you have a passion for delivering world class customer service? Are you experienced events/stewardship fundraiser looking to make an impact at one of the biggest charities in the country?
You could be the Stewardship Assistant that we are looking for.
About the role?

You'll be providing the customers who are helping us beat heartbreak forever, along their journey preparing and delivering fundraising events/activities, with a focus on an excellent customer experience.
Responsible for recording all customer contact on our CRM database, you'll be delivering organised and reliable support for wider Customer care Team.
Ensuring people feel supported and appreciated along their entire customer journey, you'll be making outbound calls including welcome, ongoing support and thanking activities.
You'll be helping to deliver events and take responsibility for administrative tasks including "Gift Aid".
Please note - This role predominately works an 11am - 7pm shift however this is is subject to change to fit business needs.
About You

You'll be bright and energetic with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
To be successful at this role you'll be:
* A great communicator, inspiring people and creating buy -in, through your excellent written and verbal skills
* Experienced in data entry on a customer/support database to deliver timely and accurate information.
* Confident using computers and proficient in all Microsoft Packages.
* Razor sharp, with keen attention to detail.
* Positive with a "Can-do" attitude.
* Preferably, experienced in delivering fundraising events and activities.
