The Membership & Community Coordinator is a new role, created to support the membership functions at Science for Animal Welfare (SciFAW) and the Humane Slaughter Association (HSA).

Key Responsibilities
As Interim Digital Fundraising Manager, you will:
· Lead the successful launch, optimisation and ongoing development of the Veterans’ Foundation website.
· Deliver digital fundraising campaigns that increase supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income.
· Design and implement automated supporter journeys using Salesforce and associated digital platforms.
· Develop and optimise digital donation journeys and fundraising products.
· Introduce new digital products, platforms and technologies that enhance supporter experience and fundraising performance.
· Manage relationships with digital agencies, suppliers and technology partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
· Develop reporting dashboards and performance insight to support evidence-based decision making.
· Use analytics, testing and supporter insight to continuously improve campaign performance and digital user experience.
· Work collaboratively across fundraising, communications and grants to maximise digital opportunities.
· Champion digital innovation and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and supporter engagement.
· Contribute to the successful delivery of the Veterans’ Foundation Fundraising Strategy.

We’re looking for an experienced digital fundraising or digital marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll be confident leading projects, working collaboratively across teams and using digital innovation to deliver measurable fundraising and supporter engagement outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
· A proven track record of planning, delivering and optimising successful digital fundraising, digital marketing or supporter engagement campaigns that achieve measurable results.
· Successful delivery of digital projects involving websites, CRM systems and digital platforms, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timescales.
· Strong knowledge of digital fundraising, supporter journeys, email marketing, website management and social media, with the ability to use data, testing and insight to continually improve performance and supporter experience.
· Experience of working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and the ability to use data to support segmentation, reporting, campaign delivery and strategic decision-making.
· Proven ability to manage external agencies, suppliers and technology partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
· Experience of monitoring, evaluating and reporting on campaign performance, establishing meaningful KPIs and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.
· Experience of managing project or campaign budgets, demonstrating value for money and return on investment.
· Excellent written communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the confidence to work independently, take ownership of complex projects and build effective relationships across the organisation.
· A proactive, innovative and solutions-focused approach, with the curiosity and drive to identify opportunities to improve digital fundraising performance.

· Experience working within the charity, fundraising or not-for-profit sector.

Responsibilities of our Data Selections Analyst:
Our Data Selections Analysts develop, run and maintain targeted data selections and multistage supporter journeys across a range of communication channels.
This role enables effective fundraising, fulfilment and engagement activity for supporters and customers across Cats Protection. Working closely with campaign owners, and colleagues across Data & Analytics, the role translates business requirements into accurate, supporter centric and compliant communications that support organisational objectives.
About the Data & Analytics team:
The Data & Analytics team are a department of 17 people in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate consisting of four sub-teams : data processing, data selections, data analytics and customer journeys.
The Data Selections sub-team manages and segments supporter and customer data to provide accurate, targeted selections for fundraising, marketing, and other charity communications and customer journeys, while ensuring data quality and compliance.
What we’re looking for in our Data Selections Analyst :
Substantial experience working with contact data within a CRM system or database (ideally in a fundraising context.)
Experience producing and adapting targeted marketing, fundraising or customer communication selections.
Experience interpreting business requirements and translating them into audience selections, segmentation or automated communication processes.
Experience using data selection, campaign management or marketing automation tools such as Apteco Faststats and PeopleStage or similar.
Experience writing queries using a structured language such as SQL or similar
Good understanding of data protection legislation and responsible data use in communications.

FitzRoy is looking for a proactive and driven Oliver McGowan Programme & Training Coordination Manager to develop, coordinate and grow our external Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training offer.
Using your excellent relationship-building skills, you will develop partnerships with commissioners and other organisations and identify strategies to help more customers access our training. You'll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they receive an excellent experience from initial enquiry through to training delivery.
