Alexandra Rose is a data rich organisation. Using Socialsuite, we have built sophisticated project performance dashboards and monitoring tools that underpin both our delivery and reporting. We have also strengthened how we evaluate and demonstrate the impact of our Rose Voucher projects, developing robust evaluation tools that help us understand, and evidence, how our work improves the diets, health and wellbeing of adults and children.

Socialsuite is managed by engineers in Australia. This will mean, on a number of occasions during the year, you may be required to attend meetings that start at 8am. This will be infrequent and most communication with the software providers can take place via email.

Duties and Person Specification
Data Analysis, Systems and Reporting
• Develop and maintain robust and accurate data systems and monitoring processes, ensuring compliant archiving to support data integrity.
• Lead the preparation, quality assurance and secure management of Alexandra Rose’s programme data, ensuring it is accurate, consistent and compliant with GDPR and data sharing requirements.
• Resolve data-related issues by collaborating with Socialsuite engineers and engaging with technical support partners as required.
• Develop and refine data dashboards, reports and performance insights that help teams, funders and partners understand how our projects are performing.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications and Skills
• Demonstrable experience in data analysis within the charity, public health, or social care sectors (comparable private sector experience will also be considered).
• Experience coordinating and collecting qualitative and quantitative data to inform research, projects or services.
• Experience using CRM systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Socialsuite) to support monitoring, reporting and organisational insight.
• Proven ability to handle and analyse large datasets, including creating clear charts, dashboards and performance outputs in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, accessible insights for a range of audiences.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content – all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in-house paid campaign activations. You’ll help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18–24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and will line manage the Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and Web and Email Manager, and will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You’ll be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, but we’ll provide plenty of notice for when you’re required to be in for these purposes.
This is a fixed term role for 8 months.
Duties & Responsibilities

SPANA is investing in its Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) function. We have established an independent MEAL team within the Global Programmes Directorate (GPD), led by a Head of Data Insights and MEAL. The NHF is the voice of housing associations in England. We are the trade body to almost 600 housing associations, who have grown from philanthropic roots to provide 2.6 million homes to around 6 million people. Could you be our new External Affairs Manager, working closely with our housing association members across the East of England?
This is a unique and varied role which would appeal to someone with a background in areas such as stakeholder management, policy, public affairs, communications, programme management – or a combination of these areas! For example, you may be looking to step into a role to further develop your leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, whilst still building on your policy or programme management experience and knowledge.
You will operate at the heart of social housing by working with key decision makers across the housing association sector – including managing relationships with chief executives, chairs of boards and executive directors. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential to the role, as well as the confidence to work at the most senior levels.
It is crucial that you can work collegiately to lead key programmes of work across the NHF with colleagues in other teams, for example from our policy, press, events, and public affairs teams. Equally, you will be comfortable working autonomously and shaping your own work programme.
The core of the role involves being responsible for engagement with a whole geographic region of our membership; and working closely on or leading one of the NHF’s key themes of work, which include areas such as supported housing; devolution; developing new homes; decarbonising existing homes; ensuring the building safety agenda is delivered; or representing our rural or smaller housing associations.
The role is wide ranging and in addition to stakeholder management and programme leadership, will include running roundtables between our members and government, chairing sessions at NHF conferences, and presenting political and policy updates to senior teams within housing associations.
