This is a home-based role and will suit an individual living in the North of England. You will be reporting to the Corporate & Regional Fundraising Manager and working in a very varied and exciting working environment.
The perfect candidate will enjoy forging positive and robust relationships with supporters including corporate partners, small businesses, philanthropic groups as well as supporting community fundraisers across the North of England, to raise vital income for our Association.
You will use your creative and professional skillset to provide high-quality account management, stewardship, and growth across all managed income streams. No two days are the same and we are looking for someone who can be flexible in their approach and able to multitask effectively.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the Events and Community Fundraising Team. You will work closely with a team of field-based colleagues providing support, ensuring the growth of income and development of long-term relationships with supporters.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Community Fundraising team, with administration as well promoting fundraising products and campaigns, providing an inspiring supporter journey to our fundraisers, and handling and reporting on data.
You will have the opportunity to learn community fundraising skills, multi-channel marketing and supporter journey techniques as well as developing strong admin processes which support the growth of income across the team.
In this role, you will need to be self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of a fast-moving team and workload. Autonomy and creativity will be vital. As the face of the charity, building strong relationships with colleagues and supporters will be essential, as you collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing a fulfilling and memorable experience to valued supporters. Travel within the region will be required to meet with our supporters, the wider team and assist at events throughout the year (this may include some evenings and weekends).
Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Fundraising Support
· Check current platforms to collate daily registrations and assign to appropriate region
· Manage Facebook donation report through GivePanel
· Monitor Community Fundraising email inbox, contact supporters and fulfil fundraising pack requests
· Assist with the regional running portfolio and steward runners
· Answer and respond to enquiries on the fundraising hotline
· Assist the community fundraising team with admin, marketing, and stewardship
· Manage our offline fundraising materials through our fulfilment partner, ordering replacement materials when needed
· Contribute content for regional social media
· Ensure all fundraising activities operate within best practice, regulatory guidelines and comply with health and safety requirements
· Act as a champion for fundraising compliance across the organisation, including ensuring adherence to the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice, the General Data Protection Act and other relevant legislative requirements.

Job description - Partnerships and Income Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Reports to: Head of Commercial Services
Hours: Full or part-time hours considered, minimum 0.8 FTE
Start date: November 2025
Location: Home-based (travel costs paid for meetings)
Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week)
Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. We can answer any questions you may have about this at the interview/s. On a 20 hours a week contract, you would be spending 16 hours a week at work including the equivalent of 2 one hour lunch breaks, and this can be worked in a flexible pattern, such as two full days or more, shorter days.

Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. The Partnerships and Income Manager will lead on delivery against income targets for our services and events.
Key responsibilities in the role include:

Your purpose
This is a critical role in the Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs Department. As Public Affairs Manager, you will support the Head of Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs to make oracy education ordinary, co-ordinating and project managing and delivering public affairs work as well as leading public relations work that increases our profile with policy makers. The RSPCA Buckinghamshire South Branch
The RSPCA Buckinghamshire South Branch is one of the branches of RSPCA, but we are also a separately registered charity looking after animals in our local area. Much of the animal welfare work of RSPCA is carried out through local branches, which is run by volunteers who have the support of the National Society of RSPCA.
The main activity of our branch is specialised in the rehoming of small animals including cats, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and hamsters. The animals come into our care from various sources such as those which are rescued, abandoned, neglected or given up by their owners. Each animal is medically and characteristically assessed to ensure it is fit and well before being available for rehoming. This all costs money, and could not be achieved without your support.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for the development, implementation and operation of appropriate financial and business management tools to support the day-to-day business and financial administration of the Branch.
Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Executive Office (CEO), you will be expected to make use of the full capability of the Branch’s existing software systems (Google Workspace, and Quick Books) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and develop management information to aid the Trustees & CEO in decision making.
You will be responsible for all financial management across the charity. This includes bookkeeping; financial statements; financial planning; financial policies, processes and controls and budgeting.
You must ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with current legislation, Branch and Society policy, relevant Health & Safety regulations and any associated statutory or legislative requirements.
Note: Branch targets and budgets are agreed on an annual basis and these will inform the personal targets agreed at the annual performance review. Progress towards personal targets will be reviewed at regular one-to-one meetings with your line manager.
This role is home based, with occasional travel across South Bucks.
Principal Accountabilities
Financial Management & Operations

Support the CEO as a key strategic and operational partner, acting as second-in-command and deputising in their absence where appropriate.

Maintain all financial records and accounting systems (the Branch currently uses Quick Books accounting software), registers and statistics as required by the CEO & Branch Trustees.

Work with the CEO and Branch Trustees to develop financial plans and an annual financial budget.

Maintain close oversight of the branch’s budget in collaboration with the CEO, proactively identifying and addressing any discrepancies, overspend, or unplanned financial activity to ensure effective financial control and informed decision-making.

Process, monitor, record and manage all receipts & payments to/from the Branch in accordance with the agreed procedures and in liaison with the appropriate staff and volunteers including weekly banking, cash handling, invoice creation and processing, Branch payments (including those made via credit cards and petty cash) and account reconciliation.

Monitor, review and reconcile monthly receipts & payments on the Quick Books accounting system.

About the role:
The purpose of this role is to lead on the development and submission of tenders and proposals, working with a range of internal stakeholders and partners to translate organisational data into cohesive and compelling submissions that convey Victim Support's service offers and fully address commissioner and funder requirements.

We are scaling rapidly — building our membership base, global reach, and digital fundraising channels — and we’re investing in the infrastructure to support that growth.
As part of this journey, we are launching a major CRM transformation project to unify our supporter data, power our fundraising, and deepen relationships with our global supporter community.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communications (MarrComm) team to deliver clean, actionable data for emergency appeals, regular giving campaigns, petitions, and legacy fundraising. Your work will directly help fund frontline rescue operations around the world.
About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated part-time Data & CRM Officer to lead the implementation and ongoing development of our new Salesforce CRM and to integrate it with our full digital stack using tools like Zapier.
You will play a crucial role in enabling our small Marketing & Communications (MarrComm) team to access accurate, actionable data for our emergency appeals, recurring giving campaigns, petitions, and legacy engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM and ensure smooth migration from legacy systems

Build and manage data automations using Zapier or similar no-code automation platforms, connecting platforms such as MailerLite, FundraiseUp, Meta Lead Ads, and Stripe

Ensure all supporter data is accurate, deduplicated, well-tagged, and GDPR-compliant

Create and maintain segmentation and logic to support targeted campaigns and supporter journeys

Collaborate with the MarrComm team to deliver campaign-ready data for fundraising and advocacy

Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance insights

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience working with CRM systems in the non-profit or charity sector

Hands-on experience with Zapier and third-party platform integrations

Direct experience with Salesforce (or another comparable CRM such as Dynamics or Raiser’s Edge)
