This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our sector-leading UK Voice and Influence Team, and work very closely with our brilliant SEEN Programme, as well as our Children's Services across the UK.
What this role will do
This role will have an important role in helping the charity deliver its strategic commitment to listening and responding to the voices and experiences of young people across the UK – and in particular the voices and experiences of Black or Minoritised Ethnic young people, who are often less-heard.
The role will promote a culture of inclusion and belonging by playing a leading role on delivering our ambition to:
build and support an engaged, diverse network of young people from across the UK who represent a broad range of identities and lived experiences, and who can speak out and work alongside Barnardo's.
Key tasks for this role
The role will:
- Lead on the recruitment, coordination and support of young people signed up to our B-Amplified Youth Network.
- Support our SEEN Young Ambassadors, and coordinate their engagement in the wider B-Amplified Network offer
- Act as a subject matter expert in voice and influence practice and anti-racism, working alongside our Children's Services as a critical friend to support the delivery of excellent and inclusive services.

Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least five years' experience in a role working directly with children and/or young people in a health, social care, education or youth work setting – a youth and community work (or similar) qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge experience of designing, delivering and evaluating strategic voice and influence activities with young people – particularly in online or virtual contexts.
- Knowledge and understanding of the practical application of anti-racist principles and practice.
- Experience of working across complex structures, hierarchies and partnerships, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate projects, collaboratively and effectively.
- Excellent collaboration, networking and partnership-working skills.
The successful candidate must also:
- Be of African, Asian, Caribbean heritage – this is a genuine occupational requirement, and an essential requirement, as noted above.
- Be able to travel across the UK on a regular basis, including overnight stays – living close to a national rail station and/or airport will be a significant benefit.
- Be able to work flexibly to accommodate direct work with young people outside of 'normal' hour (i.e. evenings and weekends) – for which TOIL can be claimed, or overtime hours in extraordinary circumstances.

Reporting into the Executive Director of Finance & IT, this Financial Controller role at Depaul UK is a rare opportunity to take a pivotal leadership position in a fast-moving, high-impact charity. You will lead a busy finance team, embed a new finance system, and ensure robust financial controls, while gaining exposure to both the charity’s consolidated operations and its rapidly expanding housing subsidiary. Depaul UK has worked for 30 years to support people facing homelessness. Depaul UK delivers a wide range of support and housing services for young people and adults at risk of homelessness. The key duties of the Financial Controller will be as follows:
- Lead on the preparation of year-end financial reporting across the group
- Support the preparation of Depaul UK Trustees report and lead on the annual statutory audit process
- Develop and maintain a full set of financial policies and procedures which support the charity to deliver its aims
- Review and streamline controls and processes, including greater automation/ integration with other business systems
- Act as a finance subject matter expert, providing accounting advice to the team and wider organisation
- Prepare monthly management accounts for Depaul Housing Services
- Ensure the interests of the function are represented at internal committees
- Supervise the processing of all financial transactions and payroll, ensuring adequate documentary support, correct coding and appropriate authorisation
- Ensure month end timetable is adhered to, making sure that all bank and control account reconciliations have been carried out
- Ensure all income and expenditure is appropriately analysed and restricted and designated funds are correctly accounted for
The successful candidate will have:
- A full, recognised accounting qualification, or be in the final stages
- Ideally, a background working in the charity or social housing sectors, but this is by no means essential
- Demonstrable experience working in a strong internal control environment and driving effective month and/or year-end routines
- The ability to lead and develop a high performing team
- Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to work within a cross-functional Leadership Team to continuously improve the service

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and relationship-driven Partnerships & Growth Officer to contribute to Bridging the Bar’s external income and growth activities. Grants and Awards Applications
Bridging the Bar also pursues opportunities through both achievement awards and monetary grants. Achievement awards help raise our profile and showcase the impact of our work, while grant funding supports the delivery and growth of our programmes. You will contribute to identifying suitable opportunities, preparing strong applications, and supporting the stewardship and reporting required by award bodies and grant funders.
As Partnerships & Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:

New Initiatives
In addition to established activities, Bridging the Bar pursues new and emerging initiatives to support long-term financial sustainability, programme expansion, and reputational growth. This includes in our current development phase; a Chambers focused accreditation scheme, high-value individual giving, and crowdfunding campaigns. Future expansion has the scope to include other opportunities whether identified by the organisation or by you. You will help develop, test, and implement these initiatives as they evolve.
As Partnerships & Growth Officer, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the pilot of the accreditation scheme including; conducting meetings with pilot chambers, co-ordinating with consultants, ensuring deliverable are met, assisting with evaluation and refinement, supporting materials production

Overseeing the initial stages of our high value individual giving work stream including; identifying potential givers, conducting relevant meetings, co-ordinating with suppliers, dispatching thank you gifts, and supporting materials production and distribution

Developing crowd funding and fundraising initiatives including; innovating themes for targeted campaigns, overseeing campaign delivery, co-ordinating with volunteer fundraisers, administering recurring donations, and supporting materials production and distribution

Other Duties
Beyond core responsibilities, you will also support wider organisational activities as needed. This may involve assisting with the BarNav newsletter, representing Bridging the Bar at events, and completing additional tasks that contribute to the charity’s overall effectiveness.

Overseeing production of the BarNav newsletter including; brainstorming issues themes, co-ordinating contributions from partners, sponsors, staff, and/or candidates, compiling contributions and drafting final issue in Canva, and collaborating with the programmes team to ensure distribution of each issue.

Providing support to the Head of Operations and programmes where needed including; taking meeting minutes, supporting production of financial reports, and assisting with presenting to the Board

The International Water Association (IWA) is seeking a capable and experienced Event Coordinator to support the professional delivery of its global conference portfolio. IWA has established a dedicated event delivery entity, IWA Conferences Limited, to strengthen the quality, consistency, and operational standards of its events worldwide.
The role is responsible for the full operational delivery of IWA conferences, ensuring that all logistical, technical, and supplier elements are planned and executed to a high standard, on time and within budget. The post works under the direction of the Conference Producer and focuses solely on the operational aspects of event delivery. It does not include responsibility for programme design, delegate registration, sponsorship sales, or marketing activities.

- Ensure all events meet required standards in health & safety, insurance, safeguarding (where applicable), and contractual compliance.

2. Supplier & Contract Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers including venues, AV/technical contractors, caterers, staging companies, decorators, and logistics partners.
- Ensure value for money, delivery quality, and adherence to agreed timelines.

3. Onsite Delivery
- Act as the operational lead during live events.
- Coordinate suppliers, onsite staff, volunteers, and support teams.

TPP Recruitment is partnering with the workforce development body for the Further Education and Training sector to appoint an Associate Director of Sales. This is a pivotal position: you’ll set direction and lead from the front with senior customers.
Salary: £75,150-79,100 per annum, depending on experience

Working arrangements: Hybrid with national travel; typically, around three days per week with customers/prospects or in the office (London), with flexibility required

About the Role
As Associate Director of Sales, you will lead regional and central teams that generate income through membership subscriptions and associated services, building long-term, solution-led partnerships with colleges, training providers, and adult education organisations. You’ll be outward-facing, developing senior relationships with Principals, Vice Principals and HR/People Directors, while coaching your team, improving sales operations, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the B2B sales strategy to grow partnership, leadership development and learning offers
- Personally manage senior, high-value relationships and open doors at executive level
- Model consultative, solution-led selling; tell compelling stories that bring value to life
- Align sales activity with marketing and product to deliver a seamless customer journey
- Strengthen customer success and regional engagement to ensure measurable impact and renewals
- Mature sales operations (pipeline, forecasting, performance reviews and dashboards)
- Embed effective use of customer relationship management systems and data insight
- Lead, coach and mentor a small, high-performing sales and customer success team
Skills / Experience Required
- Senior leadership experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or commercial development, ideally within the education, learning, or professional membership sector
- Deep understanding of the Further Education and skills landscape, including workforce challenges and sector priorities
- Demonstrable success in consultative, solution-based selling to senior leaders in colleges, training providers, or adult education organisations
- Experience designing and delivering people-focused solutions such as membership, CPD, or leadership development offers
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with a collaborative and coaching approach
- Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance accountability, with strong CRM and data insight capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to engage credibly with education sector stakeholders
- Motivated by social purpose and sector impact; outward-facing and relationship-driven

TPP are recruiting a part time Venue Sales Executive (community centre). This community hub provides a variety of activities and events for local residents of all ages. Amongst the already proven income generation streams are meeting room hire and a cookery school. You can expect to be working off a warm client list and developing new business.
Hours: part time 3 days a week
Contract length: 12 month contract
Hybrid: mostly on site, London
Salary: £40,000 pro rata (£24,000)
The role:
This Venue Sales Executive role is pivotal in maximising room hire and activity bookings, developing client relationships, and generating sustainable revenue for this central London charity. As Venue Sales Executive, you will proactively identify opportunities, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and work with internal teams to ensure clients have a seamless, high-quality experience.
- Actively promote and sell conference room hire and activity packages to new and existing clients.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and follow through to secure bookings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat bookings and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise income.
- Coordinate post-event client interaction, including feedback collection, evaluation, and follow-up to maintain client loyalty.
- Monitor local competitor offerings and market trends to identify new income opportunities.
Essential criteria:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or income generation.
- Ideally, experience in hospitality, events, venue sales or similar.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.
