About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join ATLEU, a leading anti-trafficking and human rights charity. We are looking for an inclusive, creative, talented facilitator, with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to be our Participation Manager.
The Participation Manager will facilitate survivors of trafficking to use their experiences to support the development of ATLEU’s work and services and to improve policy and practice across the anti-trafficking and legal advice sectors. Working with group members, this individual will be responsible for supporting the expansion of the group (The Changemakers) and the remit of ATLEU’s participation work from January 2026 when the current projects come to a close, ensuring new members are inducted and supported to engage and lead in future projects. The overall aim of the participation and activism work is to integrate survivors at all levels within ATLEU, as well as creating a project that offers different levels of engagement, depending on the interests and capacity of individual group members.
The Participation Manager is a key member of the Rise and Lead project team, which is a groundbreaking new employment pathways project in partnership with Southeast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC) and Voice of Domestic Workers for those with experience of human trafficking and migration.
The successful candidate will have direct experience of working with vulnerable individuals, ideally survivors of trafficking, a strong understanding of the challenges survivors face and be committed to shifting power to people with lived experience. They will have a flexible approach and understand what empowerment means in its truest sense, allowing the structure of the work to be led by the needs of the group rather than with a predetermined or fixed idea of what this will look like.

Although just a small team, ATLEU’s work has led to significant changes in law and policy. Since we were established in 2013, we have led the way in ensuring that survivors of trafficking have access to free, independent legal advice by enabling access to legal aid, across the range of issues survivors experience. For example, our litigation against the Legal Aid Agency led to their concession that legal aid provision was insufficient for victims of trafficking and an increase in the number of trafficking compensation cases that legal aid providers were contractually able to assist with each year (from 5 up to 100). Following litigation on behalf of our client LL, the Legal Aid Agency agreed that victims of trafficking were legally entitled to free immigration advice on applying for leave to remain in the UK on the basis of their trafficking experiences and publicised this entitlement.

Strategy development
1. Using the framework of ATLEU’s 5-year strategic plan, develop ATLEU’s participation strategy creating an annual plan to deliver on our organisational vision.
2. Develop and maintain positive relationships across ATLEU’s team staying up to date with different areas of organisational work in order to create opportunities for collaboration and coproduction with the Changemakers, finding flexible and creative ways to integrate new opportunities into the annual plan.

3. Recruit and induct people with lived experience of trafficking to be active participants in the Changemakers.
4. To facilitate meetings of the Changemakers ensuring activities are accessible and inclusive for all participants.
5. To secure opportunities for skills and knowledge development through internal and external training.
6. Conduct needs assessments to identify safeguarding, support needs and development goals and provide practical and emotional support where required.
7. Nurturing the wellbeing and solidarity of the group, providing individual pastoral support, coordinating reflective practice sessions and group activities.
8. Review, adapt, and agree terms of reference and foundational values with the group.
9. To manage the annual lived experience budget.
Building the power of survivors within ATLEU
10. To be an effective liaison between the group and the Director, trustees and wider staff team.
11. Understanding how ATLEU works as an organisation and its key activities and facilitating regular communication between Changemakers and ATLEU’s people.
12. Create opportunities for collaboration, co-creation and leadership for ATLEU’s Changemakers members.
13. Identifying potential opportunities for Changemakers to take on paid roles within the organisation, defining the scope of the role, recruitment/ selection of individuals for the roles, and supporting individuals to gain experience of working independently (eg. peer research training development, training delivery).
14. To take a creative and flexible approach to working with the group, to understand their priorities and goals and find ways to steer and adapt their ideas so that they can be delivered within an organisational context.
15. Work with ATLEU’s Director, Head of Operations and People and Inclusion Manager to create pathways for people with lived experience of trafficking to participate in ATLEU’s governance and decision-making, including at trustee board level and development of funding proposals.
16. Support the delivery of ATLEU’s Rise and Lead Fellowship project helping to create an employment pathway for people with lived experience of human trafficking and migration in the advice and anti-trafficking sector.
17. Support the Rise and Lead Project Manager with the development of a bespoke inclusive recruitment programme and the delivery of the training fellowship, and the project monitoring and evaluation and dissemination of learning.
Coproduction with the Changemakers
18. Working with ATLEU’s Changemakers to act as agents of change, to influence external stakeholders (e.g. anti-trafficking organisations, policy makers, parliamentarians, media) and share their expertise, whilst ensuring the necessary safeguarding is in place.

With their mission being to improve the lives of the millions of people affected by digestive conditions, they are looking for their first Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to help them reach that goal.
The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.
The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.
This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser or manager level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans and delivering income. Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.
This is one role advertised twice to ensure candidates across both hybrid locations can apply. This role is hybrid with candidates happy to work a minimum of one day per week from the London or Hudderfield office welcome to apply. The Role
As Policy and Data Insight Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Cancer Insight Team to develop policy papers and present data on cancer in Yorkshire. You will also provide administrative support across the team to help others deliver a variety of workstreams.
You will perform a range of tasks to support the Cancer Insight Team's goals. This involves informing internal employees, supporters, and the public about the charity’s stance on multiple cancer-related topics. Additionally, you will assist with collecting and sharing data and evidence related to cancer in Yorkshire, crucial for understanding regional needs and shaping the charity’s objectives.
Specifically, you will:
Policy
- Support the Policy Officer to conduct literature reviews and research for policy development and updates.
- Monitor political announcements, health and research policy activity and cancer-related news at a national and regional level to inform the policy workstream.
- Assist with the drafting of consultation responses, policy reports, background resources and ensuring that the correct messages are conveyed in every external-facing communication.
Data
- Support the Data and Impact Officer in the maintenance of a portfolio of regularly updated external data, facts, statistics and evidence relevant to cancer in Yorkshire.
- Support the preparation of reports on various cancer related topics for external and internal audiences, including assisting with the regularly updated factsheets.
- Assist in the preparation of data requests from across the charity - these will largely be to support the Research, Policy & Impact, and Brand & Relationships teams, and could include data and information for press releases, social media, presentations and planning of future work and priority areas.
General
- Handle regular liaison between internal teams e.g. policy development for external dissemination.
- Support Cancer Insight Team members in monitoring and updating timeframes across various projects to ensure outputs are on track to be delivered on time.
- Undertake regular administrative, research and analysis tasks as required for the wider Cancer Insight Team such as across the Public Affairs and Patient & Public Involvement workstreams.
- Provide administrative support in organising meetings and events, as well as taking minutes at internal and external meetings and ensuring tracking of action points.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· Previous experience in a relevant subject area, for example public health, public policy or similar fields.
· Experience of conducting literature reviews.
· Experience of researching a wide variety of topics and organisations and writing evidence-based documents e.g. summary reports, briefings or consultation responses.
· Experience of analysing and presenting complex data and information, tailored to different audiences.
· Experience of organising meetings and supporting the organisation/administration of small events.
· An understanding the healthcare system in the UK and the current health policy landscape.
· A passion for policy, data and influencing in order to deliver impactful change.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to interpret and analyse health datasets.

About the Role
The Child Participation and External Engagement Advisor is responsible for shaping child and youth engagement at World Vision UK, including leading the Youth Advocacy Network and ensuring young people’s views and voices are at the heart of everything WVUK does internally and in external engagement. Stour Health and Wellbeing Partnership (SHWP) is seeking to appoint a part time Community Builder to work with residents and stakeholders in the more rural Stour areas to foster partnership working, connect and strengthen local communities and to reduce social and rural isolation. The main focus of the role is to secure income for large-scale capital investment at Stanley Arts; alongside developing and maintaining relationships with statutory funders and trusts who maysupport programming and core running costs of the
building. Funding bodies will include Arts Council England, the National Lottery Heritage Fund and other voluntary sources, predominantly trusts and foundations.
The Development Manager will play a central role in securing income for Stanley Arts through two key areas:
1) Overseeing fundraising across trusts, foundations, statutory funders, corporate partners, and individual donors to support programming and core running costs.
2) Developing and delivering a major fundraising campaign to raise funds for a large-scale capital investment in Stanley Art’s future.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Development Manager will help shape the organisation’s strategic direction and ensure fundraising is embedded across the organisation. They will lead on individual giving and donor development, alongside capital, trust, and foundation fundraising.
Reporting to the Artistic Director/CEO, the Development Manager will line-manage and collaborate with the freelance Fundraiser, and work closely with the General Manager and Data & Insights Officer to ensure effective bid writing, relationship management, and reporting.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a fundraising/development role, preferably
within arts, heritage, or cultural organisations.
- Experience of individual giving programmes, including donor cultivation,
stewardship, and retention.
- Proven track record of successful major funding applications to trusts, foundations,
statutory bodies, and corporate funders.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, best practice, and ethical standards.
