Main Responsibilities:

• Overall account management responsibility for key partners including our flagship corporate partnership with Barclays.
• Delivering exceptional account management and meeting agreed partnership objectives on programme impact, income, communications, and engagement.
• Building strong networks and working relationships, both internally and externally, by successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Project managing strategic activities, from inception to delivery, and delivering against shared and charity specific goals.
• Proactively seek opportunities to grow our partnerships, maximising income and engagement, and raising external awareness of Family Action’s brand and our work.
• Contributing to the development and success of the Corporate Partnerships Team, support cross-team projects and take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):

• Minimum one year’s previous experience of working as a corporate fundraiser in the charity sector or equivalent account management experience in a similar field.
• Experience of working on high value, multi-faceted corporate partnerships which encompass stakeholder management, income generation, employee engagement and fundraising, and communications and campaigns.
• Experience of meeting and exceeding challenging income targets.
• Experience of engaging and influencing with senior stakeholders.

Core Purpose
The Corporate Partnerships Executive plays a vital role in managing and growing corporate relationships to maximise income and engagement. The role involves stewardship of existing partnerships, delivering corporate assets and communications, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to create partnership assets, support fundraising activities, and drive engagement across corporate supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Management

• Manage a portfolio of five-figure partnerships and act as the primary point of contact for smaller corporate accounts, including our UK partnerships through Make-A-Wish International.
• Provide support for larger strategic partnerships that will include but not limited to: developing bespoke fundraising initiatives and newsletters, coordinating charity champion networks, tracking income, attending partner meetings and assisting with bespoke partner events and promotions to ensure all fundraising and communications activities remain on track to achieve income targets.

Stewardship & Administration

• Ensure timely thanking of partners through certificates, letters, and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate with the volunteer team to identify, promote, and track volunteering opportunities for corporate partners.
• Represent corporate partnerships on internal working groups, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the wider corporate partnerships team
• Ensure the corporate website is kept up to date with relevant partnership information and opportunities.

Corporate Communications & Financial Processes

• Support corporate financial processes, including invoicing, reporting, and data management.
• Assist with Gift-in-Kind (GIK) donations and tracking.

Internal Collaboration & Compliance

• Work collaboratively across teams to align corporate partnerships with wider fundraising and engagement strategies.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Fundraising professional to join our Individual Giving Team, focussing on our mid value programme and assisting with the production and development of campaigns aimed specifically for this audience.

Direct Marketing plays an important role in the organisation’s fundraising and overall corporate strategy, and we have seen a fantastic growth in our mid-value programme to date. We’re looking for a confident and proactive fundraiser to take responsibility for the delivery and development of this audience and further shape the programme.  

As a Direct Marketing Executive, you’ll use a range of channel content to reach and meet the needs of your audience and tailor your approach based on audience insight. 

You’ll deliver timely, targeted, relevant communications to warm mid value audience, to engage them wider with the work of Prostate Cancer UK with the overall aim to increase their life-time value.

With internal and external stakeholders, you’ll project manage direct marketing campaigns in the form of seasonal appeals, email updates, and occasional stewardship events. You’ll consistently review KPIs and make evidence-based choices to help assist with growing the programme and delivering our overall financial target.

What we want from you

We’re looking for a Direct Marketing Executive who has excellent knowledge and experience of working in a fundraising environment is vital, you’ll also be able to demonstrate your knowledge and/or experience of stewarding donors by understanding the importance of meeting their needs.

You’ll possess first class communication skills; a strong team ethic and you will be at ease working with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage expenditure budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance. Knowledge of direct marketing and fundraising law would be advantageous as well as philanthropy experience.

The Role 

The CSJ Foundation is looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager (North) to join its Portfolio team to help grow and professionalise it’s offering to charities and donors alike. The CSJF has big ambitions for its work with small charities over the next 3 years, central to this work is our Portfolio team. Based in the north of England (ideally north of Sheffield), the post-holder will be responsible for delivering first-rate charity due diligence on some of the best small charities in the UK. In this role you will use tech solutions to drive insights and understanding about CSJF’s work with charities, in addition, the post-holder will gather intel from frontline charities to create insights to inform the CSJ’s policy work. The post-holder will also seek to generate interesting media stories. The post holder will help to generate new income for the CSJF through multiple streams. The post-holder will work towards pre-agreed targets to grow the CSJF’s work, fully supported by the Managing Director and other colleagues. The Regional Portfolio Manager will hold responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with multiple charities based in the North of England, engaging in conversations with local organisations and individuals, to ensure that the CSJF’s work is driven forward effectively.

Based in North Kensington, the Dalgarno Trust is a lifeline for many of its 6000+ local residents living in one of the most underserved and diverse areas within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. As the only community centre in the neighbourhood, it tackles long standing community needs, from health inequalities to digital exclusion, vibrant youth programmes, a busy weekly foodbank, and inclusive wellbeing initiatives. The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this anchor institution, driving strategic growth while remaining deeply connected to the needs and lived experiences of the community.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Work with the Board of Trustees to set and deliver the charity’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
• Provide clear, evidence-based advice and recommendations to the Board, ensuring effective governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Position the charity as a recognised leader in tackling inequality and poverty in the borough, particularly the North Kensington area.
• Maintain financial oversight taking a strategic approach to managing Dalgarno Trust’s finances in a sustainable way – ensuring adequate reserves are maintained.
• Ensure effective short, medium, and long-term financial planning is in place throughout the different levels of the organisation. Provide effective scrutiny by working with Dalgarno Trust’s accountants and finance personnel.

Income Generation & Fundraising

• Lead a sustainable income generation strategy, including accessing trust and foundation fundraising, corporate sponsorships, statutory grants, and social enterprise opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders and donors to maximise opportunities for growth and diversification of income.
• Ensure effective financial management, monitoring, and reporting of a c.£750k annual budget.

Partnerships & Place-Leadership

• Develop and maintain partnerships with voluntary, public, and private sector organisations to aid joint delivery of services.
• Represent the Dalgarno Trust in local strategic forums, influencing public policy and service design to reflect community needs.

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a programme of owned products, activities and events, in addition to third-party challenges. Alongside our two owned events, March for Men and the Grand Depart Classic, we also recruit teams in events such as the TCS London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon.

In this role, you’ll project manage a number of third-party events which take place across the UK, including our teams at the London Landmarks Half Marathon and the Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll also be tasked with identifying new opportunities across the UK in the charity events market.

Your responsibilities will span the full event cycle; from setting budgets and developing marketing plans, to building supporter communications, managing event logistics, providing on-the-day support, and overseeing remittance and thanking — ensuring we maximise income and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

Alongside this, you’ll work with other teams within Prostate Cancer UK to support the full calendar of events and take the lead with supporting our volunteers at our events. Working with our Communications teams, you’ll ensure that we make the most of every opportunity, from promoting the events to warm and new audiences, identifying and building relationships with the strongest case studies, to ensuring a high proportion of event participants continue to support us long after they cross the finish line.

What we want from you

We’re looking for a dedicated person to join our established, experienced and high-performing Events and Community Fundraising team, that has ambitious plans to grow income to £16M+ by 2030. As a team, we work hard to combine our strengths and motivate each other and share a passion for success. You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team that will help you grow your strengths and support your development.

You’ll have experience working in a sporting events team with a background of assisting or leading with the delivery of large-scale events, covering aspects such as marketing, communications and event delivery. Ideally with a fundraising background to enable you to hit the ground running. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and can motivate and inspire for our cause. Strong organisational skills will be combined with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines.

You’ll have the energy and passion to provide crucial input to this sector-leading team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow, develop and gain valuable skills and experience in a fundraising role within a progressive and innovative organisation. About the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre

The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre is an award-winning charity launched by a team of volunteers in 2017. In December 2021 we opened our first physical space in London’s Bankside.

Our mission is to provide London with a sober, intersectional, intergenerational, community centre and café where all LGBTQ+ people feel welcome and supported, can build connections, and flourish. Our vision is for a more connected, belonging and thriving LGBTQ+ community in London.

In 2024, the Centre was visited by over 13,500 people, we hosted 700 events joined by 9,500 participants. 

In 2027 we will expand to Chroma in partnership with The Trampery, broadening our impact and reach. 

Overall purpose of the role

To work alongside the CEO to meet our fundraising goals by:

• Focusing on growing corporate donor base
• Assisting with grant writing if/when needed

As the year evolves, the role’s focus might shift. We are gearing towards opening a second location at Chroma in Bankside Yards in early 2027, so this role will be key in guaranteeing we grow as planned.

Our biggest fundraising moments of the year are Pride, Christmas, an annual fundraising event (normally hosted in November) and LGBT+ History Month. We are looking into capitalising on these key calendar moments, while developing long-lasting relationships that support the Charity throughout the year.

• Support with the development of our fundraising strategy for the next three to five years
• Expand our pool of corporate donors. We strive to work with companies and organisations that share our ethos and are truly committed to our community
• Bring in donations to meet our corporate funding goal of £75,000.00 in the financial year 2025/26
• Design and lead a corporate comms strategy including a corporate fundraising page on our new website and the creation of a LinkedIn strategy that utilises the CEO’s personal page as a key representative of the charity
• Support CEO with planning and delivery of fundraising events
• Ad hoc support with grant writing. While grant writing remains part of the CEO’s responsibilities, this role might be requested to support the CEO with bid writing or editing.
• While the role can be remote, the successful candidate will be required to come to the Centre to meet the team in person once a month on a Thursday

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing team as we enter a new chapter in our ministry. Based in Belfast, you will be in a key position in the organisation: providing executive assistance to the CEO and responsible for our finance and HR administration. This is a new post with opportunity to shape and develop the role.

We're looking for a committed Christian who is a proven administrator, can juggle multiple priorities and is excited by change and innovation. You will have a track record in providing executive assistance at a senior level and will be able to demonstrate excellent teamworking and communication skills.

The job is permanent and full time, but we are open to considering applicants who want to work full time over 4 days or substantial part-time (4 days).
