This role is available on a fixed term 12-month contract, where you would work on a part-time basis (21 hours a week) and remote working arrangement. The salary on offer for this role is £42,750 FTE which would be pro-rated to £25,650.
Within this role you will play a key role providing generalist HR support across the organisation. You will coordinate and support with recruitment campaigns, onboarding processes, employee relations, performance management processes, learning and development activities, maintaining and developing HR policies and manage payroll. You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries and manage HR administration and systems.
To be successful in this role, you will be educated to UK Degree level (international Level 6) or equivalent qualification ideally in HR Management/professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5 or above). You will have demonstrable experience working in generalist/operational HR at a similar level within the UK, with knowledge of international employment mechanisms.
You will have experience of developing and implementing HR policy based on best practice and current legislation (UK and international). You will have experience of supporting multi-disciplinary teams in a remote working and multicultural environment. You will be an effective communicator role, with experience maintaining relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders. You will also have the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Desirably, you will have experience working within a network organisation and understanding of charity sector/international development and/or international membership organisations.

Job Purpose
The Operations & Project Manager will oversee planning, project delivery, and commercial operations, ensuring that St Bride Foundation continues to fulfil its mission while growing its financial sustainability. This role is instrumental in managing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and leading teams to ensure efficient operations across venue hire, theatre management, and other income-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Project Management
· Develop and maintain Gantt charts, project timelines, and key performance indicators for organisational initiatives.
· Work as part of the Senior Management team to oversee and deliver key projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
· Improve internal project management processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.

· Ensure compliance with health & safety, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
· Oversee the stewardship of St Bride Foundation’s historic Grade II listed building, ensuring operational resilience and sustainability.
· Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and safety.
· Support sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and adherence to health & safety legislation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our new service supporting Unpaid Carers across Lewisham to improve their health and wellbeing, and access support that meets their needs.
The team works with unpaid Adult Carers, Young Adult Carers and Young Carers, completing statutory and holistic assessments to understand people’s individual circumstances and level of need. You will carry out home visits and community meetings, co-produce support plans, and develop effective relationships with Unpaid Carers, families, and professionals.
You’ll build on your local knowledge to signpost and facilitate access for Unpaid Carers to support services, including financial and benefit advice, housing, health and safety home systems, and leisure and social activities. You will also support the development of escalation plans so that Unpaid Carers are prepared for unforeseen circumstances that would impact negatively on ability to care.
Applicants should have relevant personal or professional experience of working with Unpaid Carers and/or vulnerable adults or children in a social care, health, education or voluntary and community sector. You’ll need a practical understanding of barriers faced by Unpaid Carers, and an awareness of cultural differences and access to services. Experience of working in mental health or dementia services would be an advantage.

The Charity provide "Expert end of life care, whatever the illness" - not only do they provide outstanding care but they are also raise public awareness of improving end of life care within the UK.
The role
As Community Fundraiser you will build and develop fundraising relationships in the community, by providing excellent stewardship and support to Fundraising Groups and volunteers, in order to increase income and deliver the agreed Community Fundraising strategy.
You will work across the region to both identify, research and form new fundraising groups in the community by organising community days and meeting potential volunteers face to face. You will also create and deliver an annual volunteer recruitment plan to grow numbers of volunteers in dedicated roles.
About You
As a Community Fundraiser you will be an incredible relationship builder with good communication skills. Although it is desirable you will have had some experience in the Charity sector, we are also open to people with transferable skills who would love to start a career in fundraising. Working towards targets is also desirable.
This role is remote with travel across Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Black Country. Please note that you must be a car driver with access to a car. The closing date is the 18th May. We are looking for a qualified Fitness Instructor to join our wonderful Fitness Team at Aspire Leisure Centre in Stanmore on a casual basis.
The role will include supervising activities and customers within the gym, supporting customers to operate the equipment correctly, whilst ensuring a safe, enjoyable and quality customer experience.
Casual hours are available to cover holiday and sickness, as well as regular availability on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Aspire shifts are generally 8.5 hours with either a 5.30am or 2pm start.

Harris Hill has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Fundraiser to join a national charity as their Corporate Partnership Senior Executive, covering whilst they source a permanent member of staff.
This role is full time, hybrid based with 1dpw in the London office, paying £18.15ph plus holiday pay.
Duties:
Lead on identifying potential corporate funders and securing new relationships and partnerships.
Lead on generating income from a portfolio of high value existing corporate partners to deliver or exceed budgeted income; creating innovative approaches to engage cultivate and steward relationships
Responsible for relationship management and pipeline development of corporate partners, delivering agreed objectives and expectations.
Responsible and accountable for managing income and expenditure on the post holder’s portfolio of corporate partnerships
Undertake research to produce detailed, qualified profiles for all existing and prospective corporate donors, ensuring that all relevant data is captured on Raiser’s Edge appropriately.
Work with the Prospect Research team to ensure a steady flow of prospects into the Corporate Partnerships team pipeline to generate, develop and close new business leads to agreed performance targets
To support the Corporate Partnerships Manager on monthly reports and account projections by monitoring progress against budget throughout the year, liaising with Supporter Services and using Raiser’s Edge and PowerBi.
Essential Experience:
Proven ability to maintain and build a portfolio of donors and meet income targets
Proven experience of reaching sales and/or income targets
Proven and demonstrable experience at acquiring new business, whether from fundraising, sales or marketing experience
Excellent demonstrable relationship management skills – able to develop relationships with company representatives at all levels
The ability to develop high quality, coherent and thorough fundraising proposals, presentations and the ability to think creatively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of media and audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence/persuade a wide range of stakeholders, with the ability to undertake often complex internal and external negotiation with companies, corporate partners and colleagues
