Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. We provide housing and support until women can make the transition into their own homes, with some long-arm support extending beyond this period.

The Area Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO to help develop and manage the existing service as well as a new detox provision. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Providing guidance to Specialist Support Manager, Project workers and Volunteers to support their professional development, ensuring that the service is run professionally, efficiently and effectively.

· Fostering a holistic approach to supporting staffs needs, through supervision and appraisals.

· Seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at project/ organisational level

· Creating and developing a group programme which meets the needs of the women and aims of the project, such as effective communication and conflict resolution

· Planning and managing the staff rota and Out of Hours emergency on call rota, required to meet the needs of the service

· Reviewing and auditing the service on a continual basis, ensuring that it meets both the needs of the residents and quality standards.

· Ensuring the safety of the houses by managing challenging behaviour, through conflict resolution and following procedures

Terms & Conditions

• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts to improve analysis and reporting, staying up-to-date on the latest tools and practices in digital data analysis.

For this role we’re looking for:

• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles,
• Experience with digital channel analytics (social media, websites, email) and content optimisation e.g. through A/B testing and conversion analysis.
• Experience in advanced analytics techniques to optimise engagement and marketing strategies.
• Technical expertise in data analysis, manipulation, and visualisation using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

You will work with the Finance Director to ensure that robust yet enabling financial systems and processes are in place to provide the team with insightful and accurate information needed to fulfil the foundation’s charitable purpose, helping to explore the possibilities for distributing money for the benefit of people, society and planet.

Role Responsibilities

Finance and Audit Support

● Support year-end audit, including providing information and answering queries

● Assist with annual budgeting and reforecasting

● Prepare monthly management accounts and budget packs

● Provide financial information to the Board as needed

Financial Operations

● Liaise with outsourced payment and payroll teams

● Oversee cash flow and company credit card balances

● Review and instruct grant, invoice and payroll payments

● Manage team expenses and credit card processes via Expensify

● Administer payments through Open Collective

Systems and Reconciliation

● Reconcile Salesforce (grant management) with Xero monthly

● Monitor Salesforce for payment schedules and documentation compliance

Support and Communication

● Respond to financial queries from the team and Board Offer ad-hoc financial guidance to grantees and changemakers

● Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within a small finance team

Skills Knowledge and Experience

● Strong grasp of financial operations, including payroll, treasury management, and preparation of management accounts

● Proficient in Excel and Xero; experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion is a bonus

● Experience in project management and coordination

● Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues and spot gaps or emerging needs proactively

● Familiarity with accounting rules for charities, CICs, and sole traders (desirable)

With excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the cause, they manage a supporter relations and engagement officer and work collaboratively across the Moorfields family to maximise impact and cross-working opportunities.

The selected candidate will have significant experience of working with supporters and donors and will have a thorough detailed knowledge of the voluntary sector. You will have experience and/ or understanding of supporter audiences across the breadth of fundraising programmes. You will have substantial experience of data management and segmentation with a strong understanding of how to use CRM data to inform and improve supporter relations and engagement.
