We currently have two exciting opportunities to join our team as a Donor Experience Officer. One is a permanent contract, and one is a fixed-term parental leave cover contract from 3 November 2025 to 30 November 2026.

As a Donor Experience Officer, you’ll play a central part in providing an outstanding, informative and rewarding experience for thousands of donors through delivery of a best-in-class donor stewardship programme.

You will develop and deliver multi-channel donor journeys for supporters, giving to a variety of important areas. Working closely with fundraising leads and other members of the Donor Experience team, you will coordinate and deliver a calendar of creative touchpoints – ensuring that donors receive an inspiring experience commensurate to the level of their gifts. You’ll also work closely with colleagues leading on key income streams to ensure donor experience activity supports acquisition and retention goals.

You must be comfortable and confident in working to a brief to producing creative communications across digital and print media.

You will be proactive in sourcing powerful impact stories and case studies from across the University and translate these into high quality content that ensures donors feel their support is valued and effective, inspires repeat giving and maximises donor retention.

You will be highly organised and proactive, with excellent interpersonal, teamwork and relationship building skills, with an ability to influence and connect with stakeholders at all levels.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS OFFICER

The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) aims to create and develop the conditions that will enable people who have Down's syndrome to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Fundraising Events Officer to join our fundraising team.

Reporting to the Fundraising and Events Manager, the successful candidate will manage all challenge events in the portfolio.  This includes the planning, organisation, marketing, delivery, recruitment and stewardship of participants and day to day administration for all DSA events.

The Main Responsibilities of the role are:

Assist the Fundraising and Events Manager with future event plans and creating and building on our Community Fundraising offer.

Managing the Events Inbox; Replying to all enquiries coming into the inbox.

Sending out application forms via email and any other information requested by the supporter.

Input all application form information onto Saleforce, ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times. Set reminders on all records – FR chasing, Good Luck emails, Thank You Letter reminders, etc. to keep on top of everyone’s supporter journey.

Assist in the sale of items from the shop- especially Christmas cards, socks and merchandise.

Work closely with the Communications Team to develop promotional plans for each event maximising recruitment and exposure through our newsletter and social media platforms.

Provide support to your team members during particularly busy times (and vice versa) such as Down’s Syndrome Awareness Week.

Attend and participate in events as required.  This may involve occasional evening and weekend work, for which you will receive equal time back in lieu.

To work in conjunction with the Fundraising Team in the production of budgets and in developing and implementing the Events teams strategic plans in order to maximise income and support across our events programme.

Identify and research new opportunities to develop the events programme and maximise income as well as maintaining and extending the existing events which generate a healthy ROI.

Work with the membership officer to develop relationships with members, supporters who participate in events taking responsibility for the supporter journey; providing motivation and encouragement from start to finish to ensure they continue to support.

Evaluate the current processes and procedures with the Fundraising and Events Manager and implement improvements where necessary.

Manage the fundraising pages of the website ensuring copy is up to date and relevant and those events that require extra marketing are featured on the home page.

To undertake any other duties as required by the Fundraising Manager that fall within the grade and remit of this post.

We have a vacancy for an innovative and enthusiastic fundraiser to join our Development team.  

This is a pivotal role within the Development Office. The successful candidate will lead the College’s regular giving programme, increasing participation levels and raising funds through targeted direct mail and email appeals, telephone fundraising appeals, and online campaigns. The postholder will also develop the College’s range of fundraising literature as well as managing gift processing and reporting.

We are looking for an energetic, talented and reliable candidate for our schools’ outreach team, inspiring high-quality applications for funding from Year 12s in our 85 partner London state schools (20% of the total).  There is scope to help shape our strategy. We are looking for competent project officer, ideally with experience of physical challenge, strong administrative skills and with strong writing skills: they will be comfortable working with students, and value personal challenge and development. He/she will be keen to work with a growing charity, and to support young people usually with a poverty of experience and opportunity.

WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation. This is a key role supporting the NFF team to amplify the experience of flooded people and the work of the National Flood Forum. We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Communications & Campaigns Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will develop and deliver national campaigns, ensure our messages reach the right audiences and manage activity across multiple platforms. The vision and creativity to tell powerful stories about flooding and its devastating impact on individuals, communities and economies is essential, as is the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with tact, sensitivity and authority.

Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Storytelling

· Translating community activity and project work into compelling stories and campaigns that amplify the voices of those affected by flooding.

· Contributing creative ideas to increase awareness of an organisation’s work and impact.

· Tailoring messaging to diverse audiences including policymakers, partners, media, and communities.

Campaigns & Public Engagement

· Developing and delivering successful multi-channel communications campaigns Evaluating campaign and communications effectiveness and reach

· Organising, planning and supporting online and in person events.

Content Creation & Digital Media

· Creating engaging digital and written content, including newsletters, blogs, website content, case studies, and social media posts.

· Supporting the development of the NFF’s website

· Driving integrated campaign work aligning digital, press, and stakeholder communications.

· Identifying and exploiting external opportunities to promote the NFF and its important work.

· Creating a bank of case studies to highlight the issues flooded people face.

Media & External Relations

· Cultivating productive relationships with the media and creating compelling media materials including press releases and case studies

· Building strong relationships with community flood groups to support them to share their stories in the media.

· Monitoring media coverage and leveraging media opportunities aligned with NFF’s mission.

Internal Communications & Capacity Building

· Production of our internal communications and supporting staff with templates, messaging guidance, and digital tools.

· Production and distribution of our internal newsletter, gathering updates and impact stories from teams and regional staff.

· Supporting staff and volunteers with communications training and briefings to build confidence and skills.

Knowledge Management & Brand Consistency

· Keeping internal communication and campaign assets up to date.

· Using insights from staff and communities to improve communication tools and templates.

· Working to ensure consistent branding and accessibility across all channels.

Skills & Knowledge

• Communication: Proven ability to write effectively for diverse audiences, including media, online platforms, political stakeholders, and internal teams. Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Strategy: A track record of developing and delivering highly effective communications strategy and leading proactive and reactive engagement across a range of issues
• Storytelling: Outstanding storytelling skills that vividly bring to life the lived experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing skills and a track record of building strong and productive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Empathy: Strong ability to empathise with individuals and communities impacted by flooding.
• Organisation: Highly organised, flexible, and capable of operating at a senior leadership level.

• Experience: Relevant degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in the field.

About Us

Animal Welfare Investigations Project (AWIP) is embarking on an ambitious five-year strategy to become a membership-first organisation, empowering thousands of animal advocates to join us in protecting animals from harm. 

As part of this transformation, we’re seeking a compassionate, organised, and proactive Membership Services Officer to be the first point of contact for our members and supporters, ensuring every interaction is warm, helpful, and leaves people feeling valued.

About the Role

This is a key supporter-facing role where you will:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for members and prospective members via phone, email, and other channels.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including proactively reaching out to members to address cancellations, encourage upgrades, or convert cash supporters into ongoing members.

• Maintain accurate supporter data, preferences, and interactions in Salesforce CRM.

• Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Officer, Data & CRM Officer, and Gifts in Wills Officer to nurture relationships and move supporters through their journey, ensuring that every member feels appreciated and connected to our mission.

• Support the Marketing and Communications team with occasional wider projects, such as campaigns, virtual or in-person events, or member engagement initiatives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate and member-focused, with a genuine desire to make every interaction count.

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Confident and professional on the phone and in written communication.

• Comfortable with outbound calling — experience in telephone fundraising or supporter upgrade calling is desirable.

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with technology, ideally with some experience using CRMs (Salesforce experience is a bonus).

• Experienced in supporter care, customer service, or a similar role (desirable but not essential).

• Aligned with AWIP’s mission, with a strong commitment to animal welfare and, ideally, a cruelty-free lifestyle.

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Key Details

• Hours: 16 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Salary: £11,885.71 pro-rata (£26,000 FTE)

• Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential for a permanent role

• Location: Remote (must be based in the UK)

• Additional hours: May be available for outbound campaigns, depending on business needs
