The Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all charitable income and expenditure, financial forecasting, producing management accounts, annual financial accounts, and maintaining effective control systems. The post holder will also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects such as developing our financial practice and policies, grant reconciliation and forecasting.
The successful candidate will have charity accounting experience and at least qualified by experience in charity accounting. In addition to the relevant technical skills, we are looking for someone who is committed to our mission, takes a proactive approach, is excited to support our responsive, dynamic organisation to develop and grow, and has excellent people skills to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues.
Whilst this is a remote role, some occasional travel (approx 6-10 times per year) to London and the South East for meetings and get togethers will be expected.

ACCOUNTABILITY
The Communications Manager will report to the Leadership Team. Latin Link seeks to ensure that every member of our team has opportunities for developing and learning new skills relevant to their work.
TIME COMMITMENT AND FLEXIBILITY
We see this as essentially a full-time role, but we are open to a variety of flexible working arrangements to help the right person achieve a good work/life balance. The expectation is that the Communications Manager will be in the Reading office at least one day a week, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.
SALARY
The full-time salary for this role will be £28,500 per annum. All salaries are reviewed on an annual basis with any increase made from 1st April.
The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a six month probationary period, after which there is three months’ written notice period for both parties. Holiday entitlement for full time staff is 28 working days per year including all bank and public holidays. In addition to this we usually close for the period between Christmas Day and New Year.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Communications Officer supports the delivery of effective communications across the cycling industry and within Trust-led projects. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Communications and Events Coordinator lead the development and delivery of Khulisa’s communications strategy and key campaigns, designed to engage our supporters, stakeholders, and the wider UK public.
About Khulisa:
Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime.
Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we also work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester.
About the role:
This role will be a key part of helping to raise awareness of Khulisa’s mission and the issues we address, strengthening support for our programmes. The postholders will also take ownership of planning and delivering all Khulisa events, ensuring they are impactful and well-executed.

Winnall Rock School (WRS) is a grassroots youth music charity, offering free and low-cost music education to young people aged 10-18 across Winchester. Since our founding in 2004, and becoming a registered charity in 2014, WRS has grown into a vital cultural fixture for Winchester's youth. Now, we are entering an exciting period of renewal and growth, and are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to help us secure the future of our work.
The Role
This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced charity professional who thrives in a multi-disciplinary role. The Operations Manager will take on day-to-day operational responsibility for the delivery of our weekly sessions and programmes, while leading our fundraising efforts to secure long-term sustainability.
The post-holder will be the main point of contact for young people, families, tutors, and partners, and will work closely with the WRS trustees and Creative Director to ensure smooth operations, continued engagement, and growing impact.
Initially, we are seeking the successful applicant to work under contract for 3 days per week for 6 months, at a daily rate of £180-£200 per day based on a 7.5 hour working day (£24-£26.60 per hour). Success in this role could lead to the post being extended beyond the initial six months.

- Knowledge of audience and engagement networks appropriate to New Internationalist’s mission
- Familiarity with subscription-based models and donor campaigns
- Knowledge of CMS, CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Experience with email marketing, social media, and analytics tools
- Strategic thinker with practical delivery skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and coordinate across teams
- Understanding of the value and importance of print magazines and independent media
