ISEAL supports sustainability standards and similar market-based sustainability systems to improve their impacts on people and planet. The Coordinator will support two crucial functions of the membership team. On the compliance side, the role will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring that member evaluations and associated tasks are coordinated effectively. On the services and prospecting side, the coordinator will engage with a diverse range of organisations working in sustainability, assisting in pitching and communicating clearly about the membership value, the application process and its requirements, as well as providing specialist services and support.
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail, be process oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will enjoy working on a varied set of tasks related to different areas of the membership provision. Having gained a good level of work experience, you are familiar with process administration, customer service, and stakeholder communications. You have an interest in learning more about member compliance processes and service provision. This role is supported by two associate managers in the team.
Key responsibilities we will entrust you with:
Membership applications and compliance programme
- Deliver administrative tasks in the compliance programme and application process, including scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence & conflict of interest
- Coordinate the application process for aspiring members, pre-assess completeness of applications, and provide process guidance and support throughout their application journey
- Coordinate independent external member evaluations and act as main point of contact, responding to enquiries
- Maintain and update the Salesforce Compliance portal (platform used to manage evaluations)
- Record and track data across various platforms, updating logs and content on the ISEAL website
- Coordinate information and produce reports / minutes in support of programme management, the ISEAL Membership Committee and strategic development of the compliance programme
- Contribute to systematic measurement and improvement of the compliance programme
Services and member prospecting
- Act as the first point of contact and respond to enquiries about ISEAL, services and membership
- Schedule and co-lead prospect calls, taking notes and supporting follow up actions
- Support to develop and maintain effective relationships with members and prospect members, as well as key stakeholders related to the compliance programme
- Use and continually improve record-keeping systems, tracking customer relationships on Salesforce and support member/customer prospecting processes
- Coordinate customer relationships related to the ISEAL Insight subscription package, including recruiting new customers and supporting existing relationships, tracking payments, and coordinating delivery of content
- Support delivery of ISEAL’s training courses, including coordinating promotions, registrations and event logistics
- Deliver administrative tasks to support ISEAL’s tailored services processes, including preparing service agreements on contract management system and managing payments
General
- Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems within projects, and support efforts to help bring about improvements
- Provide ad hoc support to organisation-wide initiatives, if needs arise
- Liaise with colleagues at all levels across organisation

Experience, Knowledge and Attribute
- Experience working or interning in a support/administrative role, ideally in an international NGO, professional or membership organisation
- Some experience in a role encompassing customer service, communications or sales, with a focus on high quality services
- Strong organisational skills, with some experience with supporting administration, meeting coordination, logistics, contracts etc.
- Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience with proof-reading and record management or similar
- Confidence in using digital tools and systems, with a proactive attitude to improvements
- Good time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently
- Excellent written & spoken English, with proven ability to write clearly and concisely
- Confidence in communicating with colleagues, customers and external partners, displaying professionalism in both online and in-person settings
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a largely remote, international environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with changing projects and working with multiple reporting lines

If so, St Giles is looking for a Wonder +Link Worker (Female Only) who will be responsible for providing an initial assessment and a time-effective, whole-system support service for women within the Norfolk area who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice System.
The service users supported by this role will be individuals facing various and multiple disadvantages, including; mental health needs, housing issues, debt, substance misuse, family and relationship issues, individuals who have suffered domestic and sexual abuse, and those at risk of offending or reoffending. You will be required to tailor the service to meet the needs of the women on your caseload and assist in diverting them away from the Criminal Justice System.
The role will be community-based and client-led and will involve significant partnership working within the local area to enable you to offer a whole system approach to overcoming barriers and empowering the service user to make better life choices

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
This exciting post will be working with children who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Focusing on standard and medium risk cases, this role will provide practical and emotional support to children and young people, whilst working proactively with other professionals, with an emphasis on early intervention and awareness raising.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of low to high risk children and young people, predominantly through face to face appointments but also utilising virtual technologies and group work.

We are looking for a Head of Chancery to join the senior management team in the International Office in London, with specific responsibility for the Order of Chivalry.

The role is part-time, initially 25 hours a week.
The job holder is required to work in close consultation with the Order’s Chancellor and the Secretary General to:

- Draft monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and finance reports
- Support the preparation of grant claims, ensuring that adequate records are kept
- Assist with year-end audits
- Assist with payroll processing
- Respond and deal with finance queries received internally and externally
Operations Support
- Provide support to the CFT Managing Director and team, including diary management, booking travel and accommodation, taking and drafting minutes
- Provide support for planning and arranging meetings including the CFT Board, Forest Network and with key stakeholders, including agreeing dates, organising venues and catering, distribution of agendas and supporting papers
- Support the Forest Network including arranging ‘all-hands’ briefings and the annual conference
- Ensure CFT’s contacts list is kept up to date
- Provide ad-hoc admin support for CFT projects and programmes
- Manage social media accounts ensuring relevant message sharing and posting to increase engagement
- Manage and respond to general enquiries including via the website, telephone and e-mail
Person Specification
Essential:
- English and Maths GCSE A-C or equivalent
- Proven experience in bookkeeping/similar finance role, including following policies and procedures, processing invoices, supporting the preparation of financial reports, financial reconciliation
- Good working knowledge of key accountancy software such as Quick Books or SAGE
- Administration experience, including providing support for colleagues, arranging meetings/events
- High level of numeracy and financial literacy, comfortable working with budgets and spreadsheets and be able to input data accurately
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team worker, but also happy to work independently including self-managing remote working
- A ‘can-do’ attitude and uses their own initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility with the ability to adapt to the needs of the charity
Desirable:
- Qualification in finance or accounting e.g. AAT
- Experience of using social media in a work context
- Knowledge of social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook etc and skilled in using them

CFT has an auto-enrolment pension. Employer contribution to pension is up to 8% match of the employee contribution.
CFT employs around 50 staff based in the Forests but has a small core team of 4, which works remotely and there is no office base. We meet once a quarter in-person and this post will occasionally need to attend in-person meetings and events, including the annual conference.
There is a 6-month probation period.
