We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, experienced and impactful individual to join us as a Senior Learning Manager.

Please note: This is not a traditional L&D or teaching role — we're looking for a strategic leader to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of internal learning across teams.

In this role, you'll apply your extensive experience of leading and designing continuous improvement, service design and other formal methodologies to drive an ongoing cycle of learning, improvement and problem-solving. We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Sessional Worker to support the delivery of services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves two key parts. The first is helping to deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The second is supporting with outreach to local schools, colleges, community settings and professionals to identify and engage Young Carers. 

About The Role: 

You will work across two key age groups, 5–11 and 12–16, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed. You will deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls and aim to identify and engage Young Carers in the community. You will also help ensure young Carers feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. This is a sessional role, therefore hours are not guaranteed but will be offered based on project need.

 Key responsibilities:

Planning

• Shape and deliver the Primary Sector Development Plan.

Sales & growth delivery

• Drive income and centre growth targets across all relevant programmes.
• Develop tailored acquisition and conversion strategies by segment, including cold outreach, warm lead nurture, events, and campaigns.
• Track and report against sector income targets, centre growth metrics, lead conversions, and ROI using dashboards and data analysis.

Marketing and lead generation

• Design and test sector-wide digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams and, where relevant, external agencies.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalised journeys, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns targeting school leaders, MATs, and parents.
• Plan and deliver events related to the Primary sector and represent the organisation externally when required.
• Contribute towards content strategy across case studies, impact stories, webinars, and sector PR/editorial opportunities as required.

Customer Experience (CX) & retention

• Lead on sector-specific centre onboarding, retention strategies, and cross-sell pathways.
• Be responsible for mapping and reviewing the customer journey, reducing friction for customers, and removing internal barriers.
• Develop Customer Experience led comms plans to ensure consistent, high-quality touchpoints that support relationship building and long-term value.

Collaborate across teams and support innovation

To lead and develop a growing portfolio of community-focused services that deliver both social and financial value. This includes managing operational delivery, identifying and progressing new enterprise opportunities, and working across departments to strengthen our sustainability and impact.

1. Direct responsibility for managing and growing our existing social enterprises, including community centres, facility hire, and handyperson services.

2. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused administrator to lead on the administration of the CLPE Learning Programme, which includes courses that take place both in person at the Centre and online as well as INSET training and consultancy delivered at other locations around the country. You will also be part of the Centre’s administration team to support the day-to-day running of the Centre and help us ensure that everyone who works in and visits our Centre is well looked after and has a fantastic experience. This will include providing reception cover, greeting visitors, answering phones, supporting tenants and event bookings, and providing general admin support to the team based at the Centre.

You will be based at our beautiful Grade 2 listed building in Southwark. Your usual working hours will be 2pm to 6pm to provide Centre admin cover during this time, but this role will also require occasional evening or weekend working to fulfil event commitments, and flexibility to provide cover for staff leave. Due to the nature of your duties, and fixed hours, this role is not suitable for flexible or home working.

Our Centre houses an amazing collection of 25,000 children’s books as well as being a training and event centre for teachers, publishers and everyone else who works with children’s literature and cares about children’s literacy. 

This is an extremely interesting and varied job. As well as working closely with our teaching team, responding to enquiries and bookings, and arranging logistics for courses and events taking place at the Centre, you might also be supporting our librarian with a book launch, welcoming our trustees to a meeting, or looking after a famous children’s author. 

Your duties will include:

• Providing the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to courses, webinars, CPD or other events, by email and phone, as well as responding to general enquiries

• Coordinating all booking information for courses, INSET training and consultancy

• Carrying out data reconciliation and reporting using systems such as Zoom and Xero 

• Updating webpages for courses and events 

• Managing all event logistics, including joining details, invoicing, gathering feedback and on-the-day support / room set-up / catering

• Arranging travel and accommodation when necessary

• Working with the Centre Manager/s to ensure the smooth running of the building for visitors, staff and tenants

• Managing room bookings, including responding to enquiries, confirming and recording bookings and sending invoices

• Managing the Centre signing in system for guests

• Ordering supplies and supporting the wider CLPE team with ad hoc administrative tasks 

You will need good administration and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure, as well as excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Officer to support across the Drive Partnership. This role is critical to ensure robust project management processes, reporting and cross-team communication. You will be working closely with the Drive Practice Team and PCC areas where Drive is being delivered.

Centre 404 is seeking a dynamic and organised Short Breaks and Family Engagement Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging activities, workshops, and support services for children and young people with disabilities and their families. Based in North London, this role involves coordinating short breaks and family engagement activities across boroughs including Islington, Camden, Tower Hamlets, Haringey, and Enfield, in line with local authority contracts and community needs.

 Responsibilities will include:

•  ·Planning and delivering workshops, forums, well-being sessions and social events for families
• · Developing outreach programmes to engage family carers
• · Supervising volunteers
• · Using creative and tech skills to promote activities and monitor success
