You will support the team with the delivery of a wide range of challenge events including March in March, the D-Day 44 Challenge, Race to Remember, the London Marathon and many other third party runs and challenges. You will play a key role in supporting the success of our challenge events fundraising programme by coordinating the day-to-day activities of the challenges team. Acting as the first point of contact for our many challenge event supporters, you will provide friendly and efficient support, ensuring every interaction is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include responding to enquiries, manging our DIY fundraising programme, acknowledging donations, and assisting with administrative tasks across the team. Combat Stress is the UK's leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century we've been helping former servicemen and women deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. Today we provide specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict, focusing on those with complex mental health issues related to their military service. We provide a range of community, outpatient and residential mental health services to veterans with complex mental health problems. We provide services in-person, and via phone and online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
- To be the first point of contact for challenge event supporters - ensuring that they receive responses within agreed timeframes, and always in a warm, friendly, and supportive manner.
- To work with the team to ensure systems and processes run efficiently, and update these where necessary.
- Assist with the administration, preparation and implementation of challenge events to include updating the events on the Combat Stress website.
- Maintaining the fundraising database, Raiser's Edge, ensure all supporter information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure fundraising stewardship strategy and GDPR guidelines are adhered to.
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including coding expenditure and filing invoices.
- Respond to and co-ordinate requests for fundraising literature, merchandise and the distribution of promotional materials.
- Help manage our on-line fundraising platform Fundraisin and other fundraising platforms including JustGiving, Enthuse etc.
- Working with the wider Challenges and Community team, co-ordinate and create our Challenge eNews, providing suitable fundraiser stories for this and our social media.
Relationship Management, Development and Stewardship
- Develop strong working relationships internally to ensure the portfolio is delivered efficiently, particularly with the Community, Corporate, Database, Digital and Communications teams
- Assist with marketing, recruitment and organisation of all challenge events, and stewardship of challenge event participants on their supporter journey.
- Manage our DIY fundraising programme, making sure supporters' personal stories are recognised and they receive the best possible experience to encourage long-term engagement.
- Represent Combat Stress at meetings, events and presentations outside normal office hours (evenings and weekends) as required. You will be given time off in lieu of these hours.
- Undertake any ad hoc duties of a compatible nature as may be required from time to time by the Head of Challenge and Community Events.

What is the Role?
The Partnerships Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. Job Description
The Jewish Museum London has undergone substantial positive change over the past two years, moving out of our Camden site and moving to a ‘Museum without Walls’ model. The museum is building a new strategy that will lead its transformation over the next 10 years as it tests out innovative new models for exhibitions, displays, learning and engagement, building towards a new permanent site and dynamic operational model. Learning and engagement are central to the museum’s future. This new role will support the learning and engagement team by coordinating bookings, marketing and communications for the team.
Our museum is made up of passionate and expert staff and a collection of over 40,000 objects which are both accredited and designated with Outstanding status by Arts Council England. Our learning programmes hold multiple awards, and our visitor feedback is consistently very high, however, we have much bigger ambitions than our current success. The Museum is looking to expand, in space, in profile and in audience reach. We are looking for someone passionate about our potential to coordinate the day-to-day running of the learning team as we move forward to the next phase of the Jewish Museum London.
Reporting to the Head of Learning the appointed candidate will have the organisational and administrative skills to ensure the team can effectively deliver programmes for schools, families and communities as well as taking a lead on communicating the museum’s activity through social media, newsletters and the website.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The main role of the Learning and Communications Coordinator will be to administrate the activities of the learning department, in particular our flagship programme of schools workshops both in person and digitally. Excellent communication skills are required as this role will involve being the first point of contact for the department, responding to queries, liaising with teachers, taking bookings and sending out pre- and post- activity information. - Achieve personal income targets from existing and new corporate partnerships and new business activity KPIs.
- Research and cultivate new corporate prospects to grow our supporter base.
- Create impactful communications including reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide administrative support including income coding, inbox management, and volunteer coordination.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience within Account Management, Sales, Event Management or Marketing.
- Ability to generate creative and imaginative proposals and take the initiative to develop new relationships with prospective partners.
- You’ll be an excellent communicator, someone who can build relationships easily and able to provide expert customer care.
- You’ll be familiar with working to achieve income targets and some experience gained within a Charity fundraising or third sector role is desirable.
