We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Operations Manager, to join the team at SNG on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

You'll be based from our office in Hertford, combining office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance. 

The starting salary is £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

The Role

As a Customer Service Operations Manager you'll lead the Customer Services team to deliver a consistent, high-quality service “right first time” for our customers and maintain high data quality in our customer data sources. 

You will lead customer services through a period of transformational change to ensure the centre-led approach is embedded and consistently delivers a great customer experience across all channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving continuous improvement across Customer Services in line with best practice and delivering tangible benefits to the customer and the business
• Optimising customer contact across each channel, through a focused approach in meeting customer demand
• Ensuring the team deliver to KPI's in line with the business and customer needs resulting in an exceptional customer experience
• Managing the Customer Contact team with a focus on articulating a clear vision, providing direction, and promoting a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
• Ensuring clear and consistent data is captured relating to customer queries in line with GDPR guidelines, and using any data trends to support business decisions and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

You should have previous experience in a similar role, and be able to demonstrate experience of leading large customer services teams in a multi- channel environment.

You'll also need:

• The ability to inspire, support and develop others to optimise their performance
• Experience in improving productivity performance and enhancing processes
• Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a delivery environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrable ability to engage and influence others to deliver the best outcomes

• A track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others

About the role:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Young Person’s Worker in Islington, Camden and Waltham Forest.

In this role, you will have the unique chance to make a lasting impact on young people who are at risk of homelessness, empowering them to build fulfilling, independent lives. About the role:

We are looking for a Clinical Transformation Lead to drive and deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives across Princess Alice Hospice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service innovation. The role will also help us deliver on our ambitious strategy to support more people who need our services and expertise.

You will lead on the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical transformation projects, including our clinical strategy, working collaboratively and alongside multidisciplinary teams to embed sustainable change and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring the strategy aligns with our vision and objectives.

Engaging colleagues, volunteers, patients and families throughout the change journey, you will work with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in clinical services, ensuring best practice and evidence-based care.

We are open to a secondment as we would be happy to explore different options with the successful candidate’s organisation.

About you:

You will be motivated, have excellent communication skills and strong leadership capabilities. 

You will have a degree or diploma in health, management or a related field, and a high level of experience in leading and delivering successful transformation or improvement projects.

You will have experience of working with complex data and will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills ensuring robust analysis and clear presentation of data to a wide range of audiences. You will have experience of managing projects and / or programmes in complex organisations and a track record of delivery. You will be comfortable with preparing reports in different formats, and be confident in reporting to executives and Trustees on delivery and impact.

The role works alongside clinical teams to lead, develop and embed changes. You may or may not be a clinician, but it is critical that you understand how clinicians work.

You will be supported in your efforts by our experienced central change team, along with our established approach to managing change and change processes.

Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager who is passionate about developing accessible and relevant assets that reach all current and future stakeholders of our charity. This is a hands-on, creative role that would suit someone passionate about social media, marketing, and making a difference in the lives of others.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience in marketing and communications to enhance their skills in the charity sector and help raise awareness of womb cancer, and Peaches, with all audiences within a brilliant organisation!

You will undertake a wide range of marketing and communications activities and have an opportunity to inform our direction of travel. The role is part time, working remotely with a requirement to attend regular team meetings in the Greater Manchester area. 

It is crucial that anyone at risk of, living with and living beyond womb cancer has a clear understanding of Peaches’ mission, vision and support. In this role, you will develop our marketing and communications strategy; planning and implementing tailored activity. You will be responsible for growing the online presence of Peaches Womb Cancer Trust and deepening engagement with stakeholders, ensuring our message reaches the right audiences in the most effective ways. You will also have prime responsibility for managing our social media channels, creating digital content and campaigns that raise awareness, promote fundraising and share the stories of those we support.

You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Specialist and Operations Executive and will be responsible for ensuring that we have the assets and materials we need to achieve maximum sustainable impact for the charity. You will work within our branding guidelines and budget to build upon our previous assets and materials, increasing engagement across all platforms including the media. You will also work with national and international partners on joint campaigns, press releases and events. This is a varied and exciting role. There’s never a dull moment at Peaches!

Summary of the role:

The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative departmental support and support to the department Director to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. This role will focus on generating reports, tracking progress, and ensuring all the necessary processes relating to compliance, finance and HR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

About the Role:

1. Maintain and improve departmental filing systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
2. Prepare purchase orders and document payments according to Muslim Aid’s financial procedure and in conjunction with the Finance team to ensure speedy payment of invoices for internal / external stakeholders.
3. Undertake small-scale project work including researching, analysing and recommending next steps.
4. Provide support to the IGM management team in responding to correspondence, booking meetings, minute-taking, planning and supporting events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries and relevant tasks as required.
5. Track Managers delivery of action points to ensure timeframes and outcomes are met, escalating to Head or Director of IGM for further action as appropriate.
6. Undertake full inbox and extensive diary management, ensuring an effective use of time and preparation of information in advance. Sort, redirect and action emails and review an effective ‘bring up’ system to brief and prepare the Director Income Generation and Marketing for meetings / events.

The Role

The organisation supports local areas to use evidence to improve their services and outcomes for children and families. The Practice Development Officer will be part of a team who work with local leaders to support their decision making about how to increase the availability of services and approaches which have evidence of improving child outcomes.

As Practice Development Officer, you will support work that helps local services for children and families use evidence more effectively across Family Hubs, Family Help, and statutory social work. You will contribute to projects aligned with Foundations’ priority areas, including domestic abuse, supporting parenting, strengthening family networks and relationships for care experienced children. 

Your tasks will include organising and coordinating activities that support service improvement, designing and delivering learning sessions to build skills and confidence in using evidence, supporting the generation of new evidence to understand what works, and working with national organisations to promote the wider use of evidence in practice.

About You

We are looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of UK policy, legislation and practice relating to children’s services, including how this responds to the needs of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

You will have experience of:

• Practice in children’s social work and/or early intervention services
• Co-ordinating projects for service improvement or practice development in a relevant sector, for example local authority children’s services, health, or NHS
• Translating complex information into practical messages, advice, and tools.

About This Job

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. Working closely with the rest of the Development team and in particular the Marketing department to ensure that both charities can provide increasing financial support to cadets and adult volunteers across the UK.

CUF’s new strategy has a vision of ending poverty together.  Over the next three years we will be developing our relationships with our networks, partnerships, Dioceses and churches to respond, primarily, to relational poverty, recognising its place within the web of poverty. Our work will be mission and community resilience focussed, in the framework of asset based community development.

Through our work we will see more impactful, confident and mission focussed churches who are empowered to serve their local communities.  We will witness greater cohesion across Dioceses, schools, Christian denominations and Christian charities as a national movement to love and serve our neighbour, and challenge unjust structures of society. We will also work more strategically with communities of different faiths

in our resilience work, facing the challenges of relational and identity poverty.  We will work closely with the Church of England who have highlighted ministry in low income communities as a priority for resourcing.

We will be more confident in speaking out the truth about poverty, through a renewed influencing, policy and research team, who will take our grassroots and collaborative work to highlight unjust structures on poverty, and shape an ecclesial, political and sociological response.

In this newly created role you will develop our work on influencing and telling the truth about poverty, this is one of two objectives for the charity.  You will help build relationships of influence within the Church of England, Government and other decision makers to use our stories and impact to show the difference churches and faith groups can make in ending material and relational poverty.  You will develop policy positions on areas of CUF’s work in relation to poverty that will give a firm basis for our work, and that we will be able to speak out on with confidence and knowledge based on connection to grassroots churches and organisations.  You will develop a robust mechanism for reporting on impact, which goes beyond just evaluating our work but demonstrates the difference that faith based social action can make on ending poverty together.

This role will report to the CEO, but work across all of CUF’s teams and departments and will be responsible for the line management of the Listening and Learning Officer.
