Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of all RCS events, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile, ceremonial, and fundraising events.

- Draft and coordinate speaking notes for key participants and speakers, tailored to the event’s purpose, audience, and messaging objectives.

About the role:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. You will do this by taking a lead role on the ongoing data collection, analysis, research design and delivery of our work across the Drive Programme workstreams. The Senior Data Analyst will also act as a liaison between data teams within Respect and Safelives where there is identified workstreams that cross over.
The Senior Data Analyst will manage the Drive Data Analysts to ensure high quality data collection, reporting, quality assurance, analysis, and maintenance of Drive programme data, including data collected via the projects Case Management Systems you will use data and information to influence policy and inform practitioners, commissioners, and government about the sector. This is a great opportunity to see our data and research inform and improve the response to domestic abuse.
About you:
- Experience of analysing and drawing meaning from large quantitative data sets, including the advanced use of Excel
- Experience of developing and managing Case Management Systems and the reporting from the system
- Excellent analysis skills with a strong ability to identify key themes in complex material, test interpretation and ensure that messages are relevant to practice and policy contexts
- Experience of effective line management of people with a diverse range of needs, expertise, backgrounds, and communication styles
- Confident communicating clear practice and policy implications from data and evidence and presenting them in a range of formats to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.

We provide specialist immigration advice as well as a broad range of practical, social and therapeutic support services. Our specialist Youth Service provides holistic, one to one casework and a programme of activities and trips. We are looking for a Head of Youth Services (maternity cover), who will work with other team members to support the effectiveness of operational activities, leading the youth services elements within the organisation. The postholder will be responsible for promoting the wellbeing, learning and development of youth service staff and volunteers and will lead on safeguarding the young people we work with, along with working closely with the Youth Casework Manager and CEO to manage established partnership projects.

Scripture Union are looking to appoint two Content Creators: One specialising in under 11s & families and one specialising in Young People. You will see that our current portfolio is extensive, but we would like to ensure that we add to it with focused material (whether digital or physical, whether free or paid for). You will both be involved in the creation of new content and in contracting other specialists who have skills in communicating to children and young people that we would like to develop. Working Patterns
The role is remote with some travel to our Head Office at Trinity House Milton Keynes to collaborate face to face with the rest of the team.
Part Time options can also be considered, but we will give priority to those who can work at least three days a week and a commitment for a physical presence in Milton Keynes as the role requires but no more than once weekly.
