Endometriosis UK is the leading UK charity supporting those living with endometriosis. Formed in 1981, we offer information and support to allthose affected by endometriosis, for example through our website, webinars and information leaflets, and via our local support groups, Helpline, webchat and online forum. As well as directly supporting those with endometriosis, we work to raise awareness of endometriosis amongst healthcare practitioners, the public and the media; lobby for improved treatment and management; and support research. We have a big job to do and ambitious plans.
This is a new role that will play a vital support role within our Fundraising Team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of fundraising activities. Working closely with the Public Fundraising Manager, as well as supporting the work of our Head of Development, Trusts and Grants Manager, and Endometriosis Friendly Employer Manager, this will be a busy and varied role.
The Fundraising Administrator will manage inboxes, fulfil merchandise orders, maintain accurate records, and provide high-quality administrative support across a variety of income streams including Community Fundraising, Events, Individual Giving, Corporate Partnerships, and more. Part of the role will also include supporting our fundraisers and Endometriosis Friendly Employers during in person events and awareness stalls, representing the charity and helping to build positive and lasting relationships with our stakeholders.
This role offers training opportunities for your professional development, and the chance to be part of a passionate team working towards a better future for all those with diagnosed and suspected endometriosis.

We are looking for an exceptional Events & Operations Manager to lead this new hub, manage a team of two staff, and shape how events and operational infrastructure work together to support Major Donor, Trusts & Foundations, Legacy and Key Influencer programmes.
This role will suit a self-starter who is comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and who takes genuine satisfaction in shaping a new role around the needs of the team. The postholder will be confident operating in ambiguity, able to take the lead in defining processes, and proactive in establishing clear, effective ways of working.
As Events & Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead the newly established Events & Operations hub within the Key Relationships team, managing and developing a team of two staff while actively delivering across both functions
- Plan, design and deliver high-quality donor-facing events, taking full ownership from briefing and creative concept through to meticulous execution and evaluation
- Deliver capital campaign ask events, donor networking events and supporter access moments for the key relationships team
- Work closely Team Heads to ensure events meet their objectives and are delivered to a high standard
- Work with Executive Directors to ensure they are well briefed when speaking at or attending events
- Lead on systems, infrastructure and compliance including CRM oversight, data integrity, GDPR, income reconciliation, forecasting, reporting and dashboarding in partnership with Finance and Data teams
- Oversee prospect research, pipeline management and performance tracking to ensure the operational backbone is in place for the Key Relationships team to be effective and drive income growth
- This is a hands-on leadership role that will actively deliver across events and operations while leading and developing others
Ideal skills and experience:
- Significant experience planning, delivering and evaluating high-quality donor or stakeholder events across in-person, hybrid and digital formats, with clear evidence of aligning events to cultivation and stewardship objectives
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, meet deadlines, maintain high standards of detail and manage budgets effectively
- Demonstrable experience working in an operations or support role, with responsibility for coordinating systems, processes and infrastructure that underpin fundraising or relationship management activity
- Proven ability to design, improve and embed efficient, compliant systems and processes, including gift administration, data integrity, income reconciliation and structured pipeline management
- Strong experience using CRM databases or similar platforms, maintaining accurate data, overseeing data quality and confidently learning new systems and reporting tools
- Experience of leading and supporting others within a small team, contributing to a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture while remaining comfortable with hands-on delivery

This is an exciting opportunity for an Events and Community Fundraising Executive to take responsibility for supporting the delivery of the Whizz Kidz third-party events portfolio, including the London Marathon and Great North Run, and supporting our community fundraisers to raise vital funds.

Key accountabilities as our Events and Community Fundraising Executive include:

• Support on event days with logistics and set up

Acorns Children’s Hospice provides specialist care and support for babies, children and young people who are life limited or life threatened. Supporting over 750 children and nearly 1,000 families annually, Acorns is a vital lifeline for families across the West Midlands and Gloucestershire during unimaginably difficult times.

- Oversee key accounts worth circa £1m across the team, seeking opportunities to uplift/evolve, whilst delivering exceptional donor experience for SME, community group, and association partners
- Be the key account manager for a range of partnerships that have the potential for growth, are higher profile or have a wider geography than one patch alone
- Work closely with the Corporate Team to ensure smooth handover of partners with higher value potential or commercial complexity or in reverse for those that focus more on staff fundraising alone
- Network map and build relationships across key sectors, utilising Acorns senior leaders to open doors
- Contribute to the development of fundraising products and campaigns that appeal to community audiences
- Collaborate with Retail, Care and other fundraising teams to maximise referrals and cross-team opportunities
About you
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience of growing income through regional community engagement, ideally within a charity setting
- Either line management or substantial coaching/mentoring experience
- Experience of working with community leaders
- Experience and evidence of first-class relationship management techniques and donor care
- Experience of organising events, managing volunteers, risk assessments and health and safety requirements
- Track record of cross-team working with examples of impact, ideally this will include collaborating with corporate partnerships teams
Desirable:
- A blend of regional corporate relationship management and community fundraising experience, reflecting the strategic direction of the role

The Events and Partnerships Officer will play vital part of delivering a dynamic calendar of events that support our partners and new partner acquisition, developing our industrial supporter programme and supporting vital processes across the income generation team. Key Responsibilities
Events
- Lead and deliver assigned events from planning through to evaluation, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Develop and manage relationships with sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and delegates to maximise engagement and value.
- Collaborate with the Income Generation team to identify and secure sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage logistics including venues, travel, accommodation, catering, and supplier contracts.
- Attend and represent AAUK at internal and external events and conferences, including occasional overnight stays.
Partnerships and Growth
- Support the recruitment and retention of Industry Supporters through an active pipeline.

Job Purpose

As Fundraising Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by strengthening activities to raise finances from Trusts and Foundations, individual givers, mid–net-worth donors and partners. Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign support
> Support the Senior Marketing Manager, and wider marketing department, to align fundraising campaigns and activity with the wider organisational marketing calendar.
> Support the planning, development and delivery of fundraising activities and campaigns across email, web, social media, print, events and direct mail.
> Support the marketing department as they produce high quality fundraising assets, including videos, graphics, impact stories and supporter communications.

2. Trusts and Foundations
