Job description

The Purple Elephant Project is looking for a passionate and energetic Community & Events Fundraiser to grow our fundraising and strengthen our local connections, particularly across the London Boroughs of Richmond and Hounslow.

We are expanding our team with this new role. As Community & Events Fundraiser you would be building on and developing already established relationships with local schools, community groups, supporters and organisations, inspire community fundraising, and plan and deliver exciting events, including our annual Purple Party.

We’re looking for a confident, creative and organised fundraiser who enjoys bringing people together, building lasting relationships and making things happen. Previous experience of community or events fundraising is essential, along with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to the charity’s child-centred ethos.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team and play a key role in growing our local community and making a real difference to children and families.

If you help us bring our community together and raise vital funds for the Purple Elephant Project, we’d love to hear from you.
