Communtiy Fundraiser - South West and South Wales

Brain Tumour Research is an exciting, innovative, and ambitious charity. We are passionate about finding a cure for brain tumours through the establishment of dedicated Brain Tumour Research Centres of Excellence around the UK.
After a successful 2025, we’re building on our momentum and looking ahead with ambition. As our work continues to expand, so does our impact. We are now looking for passionate people to join us on the next stage of our journey!
It is a fantastic time to be joining us and we are keen to share this with likeminded and talented individuals. We currently have an opening for a Community Fundraiser - South West and South Wales, to join our Income Generation and Development team.

We are asking for a CV as the first step but applicants may be asked to provide a targeted covering letter as part of the selection process. Interviews will be conducted during the application window as appropriate, and will consist of a first interview via MS Teams, progressing, if successful to a face to face second interview, held at our offices in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, building relationships and turning great ideas into successful fundraising activities. You will lead and develop an engaging programme of community and events fundraising, with responsibility for generating £180,000 of income in 2026, with continued growth in future years.
You will play a key role in helping us meet the increasing demand for our services, ensuring that our fundraising activity not only generates vital income but also builds a strong and engaged community of supporters.
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, creative and passionate about fundraising and who enjoys bringing people together.
You will ideally have experience of community fundraising, events fundraising, income generation or a similar role, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver against financial targets.
