Pregnancy Options Centre (Options) are seeking a Fundraising Officer to raise funds for our counselling and education services: supporting people in crisis or distress around unplanned pregnancy or pregnancy loss experiences and educating the next generation on matters surrounding sexual health and healthy relationships. The post-holder will be responsible for raising funds from grants/trusts applications, and for developing and maintaining donor relationships. Pregnancy Options Centre provides free, non-directive help and support to anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy or struggling following an abortion or pregnancy loss. We offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings surrounding their situation and experiences. Alongside our counselling service, our Education project delivers interactive workshops to young people on topics surrounding healthy sex and relationships, self-esteem and the three options following an unplanned pregnancy: abortion, adoption and parenting.
Fundraising Officer Job Description
Key Responsibilities Fundraising and Finance:
- To carry out and contribute to the fundraising strategy
- Write comprehensive and compelling funding applications to Trusts and Foundations, tailoring them to meet a range of criteria
- To research and develop new funders to support the achievement of fundraising goals
- Build, nurture and maintain positive relationships with current funders, corporates and donors by stewarding them well.
- Ensure grants are acknowledged promptly and reporting requirements are met within agreed timescales
- To maintain up to date and accurate funder and donor records
- Work with project leads to identify and produce case studies/ service user statistics to demonstrate the impact of the charity’s projects
- Work with the CEO on community fundraising events, either organised by the charity or supporters.
- Explore innovative ways to diversify and expand Pregnancy Options Centre’s fundraising efforts.
- Work with the CEO to devise supporter care procedures for donors to ensure they feel valued by their interactions with us.
- In conjunction with the CEO, attend relevant networking events to increase the charity’s visibility and secure new partnerships.
Other:
- To provide quarterly reports for Trustee meetings
- To attend monthly staff meetings
- To carry out all such reasonable duties as may be required as part of the role instructed by the CEO

- To attend regional or national events as required, including networking within the Pregnancy Centre’s Network (PCN)

Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) is the only UK charity dedicated to raising awareness of economic abuse and transforming responses to it.

We're now entering an ambitious new phase, and we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic and values-led Head of Income as part of the Senior Leadership Teamto help drive it forward.
This is a critical time for SEA. With a bold three-year strategy now in place, we’re looking for an experienced income-generation leader to oversee and diversify our income streams — across high-net-worth giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and earned income through consultancy and training. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Income will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organisation and enabling us to scale our impact.
The Head of Income will lead a talented team, including our Senior Fundraising Manager (trusts and foundations) and Corporate Development Manager (strategic multi-stakeholder partnerships), and collaborate closely with our CEO, Trustees and earned income delivery teams (consultancy and training) whilst also being hands on in relationship development. Your approach will be collaborative, survivor-centred and driven by SEA’s values. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience in high-value fundraising and/or commercial income generation.

About the role:
As Prevent Breast Cancer's Community Fundraising Lead, you'll help grow and maintain income so they can continue their incredibly important work. You'll do this through supporting and developing relationships across the community income stream which includes businesses, community groups, schools and Prevent's brilliant Paint Your Town Pink campaign. You'll also be researching potential new campaigns and thinking up ways to advance community fundraising.
You'll grow and steward a pipeline of new and existing audiences and fundraising opportunities, ensuring that the supporter journey is always exceptional while contributing to robust financial planning, management and reporting of income and expenditure in your own areas of expertise on a monthly basis. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the wider fundraising team to identify relevant products/ events/ campaigns/ Gifts-in-Kind that will be of interest to existing and potential supporters.

To be successful in this role, you will be a natural communicator, who has excellent networking and relationship building skills. You'll be someone whose work remains high quality even when under pressure, and you'll be highly organised.
You're a flexible and adaptable fundraiser, who can work well independently, as well as part of the team. Most importantly, you'll be keen to use your experience to support the only UK charity committed solely to predicting and preventing breast cancer.

Job Summary
This role will be responsible for leading & managing fundraising data, and strategic oversight of fundraising data systems and processes, managing a team to employ process efficiencies and improve data quality ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems and external platforms to drive income generation across the full spectrum of the donor data landscape and deliver fundraising operations. You’ll also lead on behalf of fundraising on CRM development and enhancement requests to support data-driven fundraising decisions and strategies.

- Extensive experience working across CRM platforms (including D365 Mission CRM or similar), managing system selections, and leading CRM enhancement projects.
- Skilled in data analytics, building reporting frameworks, and using database languages like SQL, along with managing data imports and Direct Debit processes.
- Proven ability to automate processes while ensuring compliance with GDPR and data security best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and change management experience with a collaborative approach, influencing senior leaders in complex organisations.

Strengthening The Future of Macclesfield’s Heritage moves the Trust towards this vision, strengthening fundraising capacity plus staff and board skills, to provide a solid foundation for the future.
The Trust has achieved a great deal over the last 5 years, securing funding from public sources, trusts, and foundations. This newly created role will build on this success and attract substantial support from individuals and corporate sources. It involves working with internal and external stakeholders to raise funds for core funding, projects, and capital campaigns. It is envisaged that the post-holder will work with Trustees and staff to establish a Development sub-group to inform and drive this work. Strategic planning and communications are key to this. This role will drive forward new plans for individual giving, philanthropy and fundraising to significantly rebuild the Trust’s reserves.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Development

Main Purpose of the Role:

The Greater Manchester Women’s Support Alliance (GMWSA) was established in 2016 by seven organisations who provide support services to women across all ten boroughs in Greater Manchester (GM) who may be vulnerable or have unmet support needs.
We came together as the GMWSA in order to ensure that our collective voice is heard by policy makers and commissioners of services. We represent the interests of our beneficiaries and service users, we share good practice and experience and ensure that no service operates in isolation. GMWSA is now formed of nine Member and Associate Member women’s centres having a presence in each of the 10 local authority areas across GM all of whom are collectively funded to deliver support services across GM to women either involved in the Criminal Justice System, or whose vulnerability and marginalisation leaves them at risk of offending, but all also have individual funding streams to ensure their provision reaches every woman in need of support.

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to join GMWSA to transform the Alliance to meet future challenges around function and funding.

About You
We are looking for an inspiring leader who is passionate about unlocking the potential of young people, championing educational equality, and driving lasting change. You’ll bring a strong track record of strategic leadership and fundraising in the charity sector, along with the vision and energy to lead City Year UK into an ambitious new chapter. Skilled at building powerful partnerships, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and championing an inclusive, purpose-driven culture, you’ll also be a dynamic fundraiser, ready to support the growth and diversification of our income so we can expand our impact even further.
