Job description

Harris Hill is excited to be partnering with a leading global children’s charity. As the organisation enters an exciting new phase of its global education campaign, we’re looking for a Campaign Communications Manager to help shape and deliver powerful, high-impact communications that inspire action and influence policy worldwide. In this role you will develop and manage the full campaign communications strategy. This will include planning and delivering across the following types of activities:

  • Strategy: Developing and then running the campaign communications strategy to manage daily, weekly and monthly communications to key stakeholders, as well as promoting campaign asks and actions around moments and events.
  • Digital campaigning: Overseeing all campaign channels (website, social, email) as well as setting up sign-on letters and petitions, creating partner content, sharing assets and supporting our campaign influencers.
  • Content coordination: Creating, managing and distributing content on both owned channels as well as to partner networks. Creating and curating content from key campaign milestones such as meetings, events and announcements.
  • Partner communications: You will create and update campaign communications toolkits and manage ongoing communication with the network.
  • Communications story development, Reporting, Creative ideation, Events support and Celebrity Champions

Are you a confident presenter, someone who would be excited to work with first-ladies across the globe, and a natural problem solver? If you know how to turn ideas into campaigns that move people and partners, this is the role for you.

We’d love to hear from talented individuals from agencies, charities or government - especially those experienced in digital content creation, storytelling, campaigning, partner and stakeholder communications.

You’ll join a forward-thinking, inclusive organisation with an innovative 4-day working week, hybrid flexibility, and a supportive culture that values creativity and wellbeing.

  • Central London (Liverpool Street/ Shoreditch High St). 2-3 days in the office a week, the others from home.
  • 4-day week.
  • Permanent
  • Salary £40,000

If you’re ready to use your communications skills to create real global impact — get in touch today. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is successfully filled.
