Key responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish news stories for the World Physiotherapy website and newsletters

- Assist with keeping World Physiotherapy websites updated
- Assist with the production of the annual report and other publications

Qualifications and experience
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is highly desirable
- Professional qualification from a recognised body such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the Institute of Data and Marketing (IDM) is advantageous
- Proven experience in marketing, copywriting, or digital content creation
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (eg, WordPress)
- Experience managing social media accounts for organisations or brands

Role Purpose
As Product Manager HOSTHub Lead, you will drive the vision, design, and delivery of HOSTHub, HOST’s secure digital platform for global civil society operations.
HOSTHub is the central nervous system of HOST - connecting partners, funders, and internal teams across finance, legal, and operations. You will lead the platform’s development and optimisation, ensuring every user journey is clear, intuitive, and aligned with HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic values.
Working closely with the Partnerships and Engagement teams, along with our development contractors, you’ll translate user needs into product strategy, coordinate with the external development team, and deliver tools that make life easier for changemakers, funders, and the HOST team.

Create and maintain onboarding resources, FAQs, and user guides.
Partner with the Training Lead to embed digital literacy across the organisation and hosted partner community.

Monitor emerging technologies and sector best practices to inform HOSTHub’s evolution.

Required Experience
5–8 years’ experience in product management, digital platform delivery, or systems development - ideally within SaaS, fintech, social enterprise, or digital infrastructure contexts.
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder digital products from concept to launch and iteration.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user journey design, with practical experience mapping and optimising workflows for multiple user groups.
Experience managing or coordinating external developers, digital agencies, or tech contractors in remote environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into technical requirements, prioritising effectively across competing demands.
Familiarity with API integrations, database systems, and workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Airtable, or custom integrations).

We now seek a full-time team member to build on this base. Reporting to the COO, and working closely with senior staff and the Chair, the Development Manager will support high‑performing fundraising that secures multi‑year, diversified funding. He / she will also introduce robust processes for pipeline management and donor stewardship and manage the complete donor lifecycle (from identification to cultivation to solicitation and stewardship) of a portfolio of top prospects. International Finance Manager

Role Purpose
As International Finance Manager, you will work alongside the UK Finance Manager overseeing the full lifecycle of all financial transactions with particular focus on funder grants managed through HOST — across both Project Hosting and Hosted Grantmaking services. You’ll ensure every grant is managed with accuracy, compliance, and care so that funds reach the world’s change-makers safely, transparently, and on time.
You will be responsible for ensuring that funder requirements, hosted partner needs, and HOST’s financial integrity align seamlessly. This means managing due diligence, contracting, reporting, and financial monitoring for all funder grants — whether they are received on behalf of a single hosted partner or distributed through multi-grant programmes.
Working at the heart of the Delivery Circle, you’ll collaborate with the Partnerships, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure HOST’s grant management systems are reliable, scalable, and trusted — enabling funders and movements alike to focus on what matters most: delivering impact.
Core Responsibilities
1. Grant Lifecycle Management (Project Hosting & Hosted Grantmaking)

Manage the end-to-end administration of all funder grants, from due diligence and contracting to financial tracking, reporting, and closure.

The Major Donor and Trusts Manager will play a pivotal role in driving RNID’s High Value fundraising strategy. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of major donors and trusts, strengthen stewardship processes, and develop innovative engagement strategies. Working in close partnership with the Senior Philanthropy Manager and High Value colleagues, you’ll help unlock transformational gifts that make a lasting impact.
You will:
· Cultivate and manage relationships with major donors and trusts.
· Design and deliver innovative stewardship plans.
· Create engaging funding proposals and impact reports.
· Work with advocates and internal teams to identify new prospects.
· Plan and deliver donor cultivation events.
You’ll bring a proven track record of securing significant gifts (five and six-figure), excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to craft compelling proposals. Highly organised and self-motivated, you’ll be confident using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and a passion for RNID’s mission to create an inclusive world for people who are deaf or have hearing loss or tinnitus.

About SCEC
SCEC was founded over twenty years ago to provide learning enrichment opportunities to primary school children in disadvantaged communities in south London. Together with our partners, several leading independent schools, we currently operate four schemes in math, literacy, science and art. Your Role
The Scheme Director is a newly created role that will be pivotal in helping SCEC extend its reach. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you will help SCEC design and implement an expansion programme as well as coordinating the delivery of the existing schemes via our school partners. You will also serve as a trusted partner to the Board in the administration of the charity.
Similar to a COO, this role straddles the operational and the strategic. We are looking for a confident communicator and relationship builder who can work across varied stakeholder groups. You will have project management experience that can be applied to challenges like process design and change management. You should be able to grasp the big picture and have an eye for the details needed to deliver successful outcomes.
