Art Explora is seeking a full time Community Programme Coordinator to lead on the day-to-day running of the Community Programme in London, working closely with Art Explora’s Community Programme Manager and coordinating programme volunteers.  

Art Explora is a non-profit arts organisation founded in the UK in 2021. Our mission is to tackle the social, economic and geographic barriers that prevent many people from having the opportunity to take part in the arts. We increase access to arts and culture through innovative programming, new forms of engagement and by taking cultural projects into the heart of communities, schools and care settings. We believe in building connections through the arts. 

On the Community Programme we work in partnership with care settings, such as care homes and hospitals, to connect people in care with art and creativity. Working with volunteers, artists and musicians, we share the joy of art to combat loneliness and isolation. Our main programme strand is Arts at Home, supplemented by music sessions, Music at Home, delivered in partnership with Spitz Music, and arranging trips, Art Explorers At…, for residents to visit museums, galleries and theatres.

During Arts at Home sessions, volunteers introduce residents to a variety of artworks, accompanied by open-ended questions and thought-provoking prompts designed to spark conversations and connections within care settings. Our aim is to bring residents together to encourage independent thinking, combat loneliness, improve their wellbeing, and to experience arts and culture just as everyone should have the right to.

We are seeking a Community Programme Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of the programme and work closely with the Community Programme Manager to expand our offer. 

Key Responsibilities

• Programme administration including but not limited to being the first point of contact and managing the volunteering inbox, processing expenses, sending weekly confirmation emails to volunteers and a monthly newsletter, and inputting monitoring data 
• Delivering and facilitating Arts at Home, and other community programme sessions 
• Support planning and delivery of trainings and events for volunteers – volunteer inductions, volunteer social events, and volunteering bespoke trainings 
• Coordinate ‘Art Explorers At’ trips to cultural venues 
• Increase knowledge within the team with research and advocacy of best practice 
• Contribute to marketing and messaging of the Community Programme through AE’s website and social media
• Lead on development of select programme areas, as required 
• Work closely with the CPM to explore and build partnerships with new care settings 

Who we are looking for

• A good knowledge of arts engagement practice and leading organisations in this field

About the role

The Facilities Team is responsible for ensuring that our residents have a safe and well maintained living environment and that Your Place meets regulatory compliance standards as a Registered Provider.

The Facilities and Compliance Co-ordinator will be working closely with the Facilities Manager and team, co-ordinating technical support, including day to day repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, health and safety compliance, facilities management, environmental management, and the administration of business continuity arrangements.

Experience

The Role

As Community Coordinator, your role will focus on the growth and sustainability of the FareShare Go programme; through maximising relationships and adding value to create the best experience for our charity community. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, with an approachable nature who will play a vital role in developing and maintaining charity and food partner relationships, together with raising awareness of FareShare Go across your local area.

The Community Coordinator will work across their designated area, with the following key outcomes:

• Charity recruitment and onboarding. Community Coordinators are responsible for maintaining and increasing the number of charities collecting from food partners in the CC’s area, by generating leads through their local networks and research, working with the Regional Support Team to guide charities through the FareShare Go onboarding process and matching charity needs to available food sources in their local area using the ‘right charity-right store’ principle.
• Charity account management. Community Coordinators manage relations with all the charities in their area, in collaboration with the Fareshare Go Customer Support Team, to ensure the best possible experience for their charities. CCs conduct charity account reviews in person or remotely, with all their charities at least once a year, carry out annual Food Safety Checks and follow up food safety or contract breaches to ensure that the FareShare Go programme delivers the very highest levels of food safety assurance for our food and charity partners.
• Food partner account management. Community Coordinators manage relations with food partner outlets in their area, working closely with the Escalated Customer Support Team to resolve issues between charities and outlets by visiting stores and restaurants to collaboratively fix problems and promote engagement by food partner colleagues. Community Coordinators build and maintain relationships between food partners and local charities by educating colleagues about their charities, promoting volunteering opportunities and maximizing the value of local relationships between charities and food partners.
• Area development. As the territory owners for their areas, Community Coordinators use their local knowledge to increase the volumes and food types that their charity accounts can accept and use, to ultimately maximise the social value of food distributed through the programme.  This includes supporting charities to increase their capacity to take more chilled and frozen food, expand their services into new areas or new distribution channels and reach more members of the local community.
• Community marketing and engagement. Community Coordinators are ‘the face of FareShare Go’ in their local areas and promote the programme’s benefits to local voluntary organisations, umbrella groups and zero-waste and food insecurity groups.  They work collaboratively with FareShare Regional Centres in their area, researching local activities, presenting at group meetings and educating charities about FareShare Go and the food and other support they can access from our food partners

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. Working closely with the rest of the Development team and in particular the Marketing department to ensure that both charities can provide increasing financial support to cadets and adult volunteers across the UK.

As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across South East London, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.

About the role:

We are looking for a Clinical Transformation Lead to drive and deliver strategic and operational transformation initiatives across Princess Alice Hospice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service innovation. The role will also help us deliver on our ambitious strategy to support more people who need our services and expertise.

You will lead on the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical transformation projects, including our clinical strategy, working collaboratively and alongside multidisciplinary teams to embed sustainable change and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring the strategy aligns with our vision and objectives.

Engaging colleagues, volunteers, patients and families throughout the change journey, you will work with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in clinical services, ensuring best practice and evidence-based care.

We are open to a secondment as we would be happy to explore different options with the successful candidate’s organisation.

About you:

You will be motivated, have excellent communication skills and strong leadership capabilities. 

You will have a degree or diploma in health, management or a related field, and a high level of experience in leading and delivering successful transformation or improvement projects.

You will have experience of working with complex data and will be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills ensuring robust analysis and clear presentation of data to a wide range of audiences. You will have experience of managing projects and / or programmes in complex organisations and a track record of delivery. You will be comfortable with preparing reports in different formats, and be confident in reporting to executives and Trustees on delivery and impact.

The role works alongside clinical teams to lead, develop and embed changes. You may or may not be a clinician, but it is critical that you understand how clinicians work.

You will be supported in your efforts by our experienced central change team, along with our established approach to managing change and change processes.

They work individually as well as collaboratively, to ambitiously reach their target and have fun whilst doing it!

Person Specification 

• A practising Christian who is passionate about personally representing the Christian values of Resurgo and committed to Resurgo’s mission to inspire and equip organisations to bring about ambitious and sustainable social change.
• Excellent relationship building and proposal writing skills. Experience in Trust fundraising or an equivalent field is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent people skills, able to relate well to colleagues of all seniority levels as well as external stakeholders.
• Well organised and efficient; calm under pressure; able to juggle competing deadlines and priorities, splitting time across multiple projects.
• Confident with numbers and interpreting project budgets. Some knowledge of Trust fundraising is desirable.
• A desire to grow and develop, able to receive and give feedback confidently as well as share their ideas with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Provide tailored, high-quality stewardship to a range of large and medium-sized Trusts & Foundations.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and build relationships with new Trusts and Foundations to further grow this income stream.
• Prioritise research to constantly develop future pipeline.
• Work with Head of Philanthropy and other senior stakeholders in engaging potential funders and managing strategic Trusts partners.

Write applications and reports

• Develop compelling funding applications for Trusts and occasionally statutory funders, articulating Resurgo's vision and strategy to persuasively engage new donors with a focus on raising five and six-figure grants.
• Stay ahead of sector trends, media, and political context to market Resurgo's interventions in a compelling way.
• Develop general communications on the work of Resurgo to inspire and update our Trust audience.
• Produce reports and updates on the impact of our work for funders in a timely manner. 

Data Management and Monitoring

• Update our internal database (Salesforce) with all donor interactions, donations and other details in a timely and efficient manner and with strong attention to detail, and analyse data to give insights' and drive future activity.
• Manage the Trusts & Foundations pipeline and report on income and other KPIs, and ensure Trusts & Foundations team meets monthly targets and deadlines.

Line Management

• Actively manage and develop the Trusts & Foundations Executive to help them grow personally and in their role.
