Position Title: Helpline Supervisor
Reports To: Helpline Manager / CEO

Role Purpose:

The Helpline Supervisor will provide support, guidance and supervise the helpline advisors and in the future helpline volunteers. The role will further provide emotional support and debriefing for the helpline advisors and volunteers during each helpline shift and when appropriate after each reported incident. They will also oversee the quality of service and ensure each report is dealt with appropriately to a high standard and that reports are logged appropriately recording all relevant information, ensuring data is protected and all procedures are followed.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and emotional support to helpline advisors.
   

• Monitor call logs, case records, and system reports to ensure quality and flag complex or urgent cases.
   

• Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and lead on referrals involving serious risk or protection concerns.
   

• Deliver pre-shift briefings, post-shift debriefs, and facilitate reflective practice sessions.
   

• Coordinate rotas and ensure adequate shift coverage.
   

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of helpline staff (and volunteers when).

Person Specification:

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to develop and drive Iswe’s income generation strategy and grow a high-performing fundraising team.

This role is ideal for someone experienced and confident enough to lead the function with minimal oversight, but still eager to be hands-on. You will bring a good understanding of the climate, democracy, and systems change funding landscape, ideally along with existing funder relationships. You’ll be creative and entrepreneurial, with the ability to craft compelling cases for support, develop new income streams, and build the operational systems required to raise and manage funds effectively.

Your goal will be to secure £10 million over the next 3–5 years, and position Iswe for long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy aligned with Iswe’s organisational goals, including project-specific income generation and unrestricted funding. 

• Identify and pursue diverse fundraising opportunities, with a focus on:

  • Institutional partnerships

Person Specification

Essential

• Substantial fundraising experience (minimum 5+ years), with a proven track record of raising six to seven-figure income across grantmaking, institutional funders, or major donors.

• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills — with the ability to own a multi-year fundraising roadmap and deliver results with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering fundraising strategies across multiple income streams (e.g. grants, high net worth individuals, public fundraising, or partnerships).

• Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling funding proposals and reports.

• Working knowledge of individual giving strategies, including use of digital tools for donor acquisition and retention.

Service delivery

• Lead the day-to-day management of Ella’s safe houses, and outreach services

• Ensure all caseworkers provide high-quality, holistic support tailored to each woman’s needs

Reporting to the CEO, we are seeking a Director of Income Generation to lead on securing income. This is an exciting role which will focus on: 

• maximising our unique portfolio of corporate supporters; further growing our Trust and Grants income, including building partnerships with like-minded charities; 
• building our events-based fundraising, including bespoke events; 
• looking for new areas for growth which could include developing a HNWI giving programme. 

This role sits within our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will manage our Fundraising team. You will seek to maximise value from opportunities across the organisation and ensure that fundraising is consistent with the charity’s broader goals. You will also work closely with of Director of Employment and Opportunities and team to co-design a Corporate Supporter Strategy. 

To be successful, you will need proven success in securing five and six-figure value partnerships (both in corporate and philanthropy), as well as an overall understanding of our wider key income streams. Previous experience of working in a youth charity is highly desirable. Whilst your income generation achievements are important, your mindset and the way you approach your work are equally important to us, and we are looking for an inspiring and collaborative leader who seeks out opportunities alongside supporting your team to achieve their potential. 

We are a remote-based organisation which promotes flexible working. This role will require frequent travel to our hub cities (Birmingham, Liverpool, London and Manchester).

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.

As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.

In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests. 

Who we are looking for 
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage. 

A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions. 

You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

You must be an exceptionally competent English speaker and have the right to travel to the UK and work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Switzerland or Ukraine.

The Role

Join a co-operative providing British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreters and developing tech to support to users. The co-operative is co-run and co-owned by its members, who are Deaf people and BSL interpreters. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Team Leader to provide a high quality and efficient service, helping the business to achieve agreed targets whilst working to the co-operative’s ethos. 

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the provision of communication professionals for Deaf/Hard of Hearing people across for medical (including mental health) appointments and for other work in a variety of sectors (education, child protection, conference, employment, legal settings etc)
• Accepting and making calls
• Dealing with bookings and general enquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting marketing and business development and communicating to members and external stakeholders
• Supporting other staff where necessary
