Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager and Funding Acquisition Lead to oversee multiple delivery teams and drive the success of our funded projects. This role combines operational leadership with strategic funding development, ensuring that our programmes meet targets, maintain high standards, and secure ongoing financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and support multiple delivery teams across various funded projects, ensuring targets are achieved and quality standards are maintained.

Gender and Equality Lead

We are seeking a Gender and Equality Lead to drive real change in gender equality across global tea supply chains.

As a mission-driven membership organisation, we believe everyone working in tea deserves equity, dignity, and respect. About the role:
As the Gender and Equality Lead, you’ll provide expert technical guidance to ensure global programmes are inclusive, gender-responsive, and transformative. Working across multiple teams and countries, you’ll champion change, advising on programme design, supporting pilot initiatives with the private sector, and contributing to evidence-based policy and communication strategies. You’ll also strengthen internal capacity and influence global sustainability discussions with a gender lens.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and embed gender and equality best practice into all programmes and proposal

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to play an essential role in our Partnerships Team. This role is responsible for stewarding a portfolio of our ‘proudly supporting’ partnerships and supporting the Partnerships Team at CoppaFeel! to steward some of our most dedicated corporate partners. You will also be key as the first point of contact when enquiries arrive from our website or our corporate inbox and you will manage the stewardship and donor journey of these leads.

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will sit within the Partnerships Team as part of the Fundraising Directorate, and will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager. This role will support the team with administration; such as sending invoices, writing thank you letters, sending out fundraising materials, and much more. This role also will be required to attend fundraising and partnership events to represent CoppaFeel!.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate enquiries receive timely acknowledgement and communication, putting donors on the right supporter journey
• Account manage some of our smaller partnerships throughout the year, and particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
• Support the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team across both account management and new business workstreams
• Assist with delivery of our two largest partnerships as needed, Asda Tickled Pink and Avon
• Lead on stewardship of workplace fundraisers and corporate JustGiving pages
• Support with copy-writing and content creation for internal and external communications channels including website content, social media posts, e-newsletters, blog posts and content for partner channels
• Coordinate fulfilment of fundraising materials requested by partners and supporters
• Support with researching and completing due diligence on partners and prospects
• Support on writing, reviewing and developing proposals and pitches
• Source raffle prizes and gift-in-kind for partnership events
• Work with the Finance Assistant to keep accurate up-to-date income records for partnerships
• Attend partnership events and wider fundraising events representing CoppaFeel! and sometimes working out of office hours (TOIL given)
• Keep CRM systems and partnership records up-to-date and accurate
• Keep diary and shared calendar up-to-date, shared communications across the organisation including desk booking systems, People HR, Weekly Round Up and contribute to team meetings
• Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
• Support the Corporate Partnerships Managers, Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Head of Partnerships and wider fundraising team as and when needed during busy periods

Since 2013 the #iwill Movement, supported by over 1,000 organisations from across the UK, has aimed to make participation in social action - such as volunteering, fundraising, mentoring, and campaigning - the norm for young people aged 10 to 26.

#iWill has laid the foundations to transform the role and perception of children and young people within society. Job Purpose: 

We are entering an exciting phase for the #iwill Movement, with the #iwill Fund looking to invest in a first wave of Towns and Cities of youth social action. To support this, the Department of Culture Media and Sport are making a direct investment in the #will Movement to support the mobilization of Towns and Cities, and we now require three new Place Partnership Managers in the #iWill Movement to work alongside local stakeholders to support their mobilisation of their Town or City of social action.

This role will have a specific focus in identified towns/cities/places in England, working with young people and partners to create conditions for youth led place-based change, as part of the #iWill Movement’s Town and Cities of social action agenda.

The role will take the best practice from existing work in Ipswich, Manchester and Blackpool to create guiding principles for establishing local governance and partnerships that can support a Town or City of Youth Social action to be created.

The role will liaise with local stakeholders to support their funding bid to the #iwill Fund, ensuring young people are in the lead and sponsoring applications. The role will support and influence organisations in agreed Towns and Cities to sign the Power of Youth Charter and make strategic commitments to support young people through the #iwill Movement.

The role will also support local places to construct movement building and income generation plans to ensure ongoing investment from local stakeholders beyond the period of funding award. 

This role requires someone rooted in the practice of community based and youth led change, with experience in facilitation and the ability to manage complex partnerships and influence a variety of stakeholders, including through income generation activities.

We are delighted to be recruiting a Co-production Coordinator to work alongside our parents and carers of young disabled adults to ensure they have meaningful opportunities to inform and influence strategic and operational developments across Hammersmith and Fulham that will lead to a better future for them and their young person.

The Co-production Coordinator will support the coordination of a range of activities designed to increase coproduction across the borough’s health, education and social care systems.

The successful candidate will be passionate about coproduction and ensuring the voice of people with lived experience is heard. They will have strong skills in working collaboratively with a wide range of people including families, statutory and third sector partners. The person will be a good listener, compassionate and understanding of the issues related to supporting a disabled adult to live their best life and have the confidence to challenge when necessary.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership

• Co-create and implement a progressive People Strategy aligned with Toynbee Hall’s organisational goals and values, with a strong focus on equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Lead the development of measurable KPIs and outcomes to evaluate progress in people and
  culture initiatives.
• Partner with SMT and staff to embed a co-produced EDIB strategy, including a clear statement of intent, inclusive action plan, and transparent reporting processes.

HR Operations

• Deliver a high-quality, person-centred HR service, with clear, accessible, and values-aligned policies and processes.

Senior Leadership Responsibilities

• Build strong cross-organisational relationships to support change management and continuous

Safeguarding, Risk, and Wellbeing

• Ensure all People-led activities are risk assessed and comply with health, safety, and safeguarding requirements.
• Promote a culture of care and responsibility, supporting psychological and physical safety across the organisation.
• Ensure systems are in place for reporting incidents and learning from them.

Finance and Payroll

• Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure payroll is updated and released on time each month.
• Support with the Year End Audit requirements that relate to staffing.
• Overall responsibility of the HR function budget including training and resources.

What You’ll Bring

Additional Information 

• We are in the process of reviewing the HR function and you will be leading on the implementation of this to ensure that the team is working with inclusive strategies, as well as ensuring that we can best support the organisation with the needed support in a timely and efficient manner.
• Toynbee Hall are in the process of reviewing the pay banding and scales and this will be a part of your role to implement the changes and work closely with the finance team to achieve this.

Essential Criteria:

• Very good knowledge of UK employment regulation and HR practices.
• Experience of advising, coaching and challenging senior staff when needed
• Significant practical experience in delivering human resources functions /activities

About the role

SignHealth is a passionate and unique deaf-led charity, committed to creating a future where there are no barriers to good health and wellbeing for deaf people. 

Our work is varied and aims to promote easier access to healthcare and information. We partner with the NHS and other services and take on projects, carry out research, and raise awareness. We also deliver our own services to reach deaf people in our shared language (BSL) in their moment of need, through domestic abuse support, therapy, advocacy and residential services.
