Individual Giving Officer

We are looking for an Individual Giving Officer to join an ambitious and highly motivated team responsible for delivering an ambitious and growing Individual Fundraising programme.

Position: 000022 Individual Giving Officer

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) 

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: Circa £35,600 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live)

The Role

Working alongside other officers, you will report to either the Individual Giving Lead responsible for our cause-related products or the Individual Giving Lead responsible for our gaming products. Due to the demands of the role we are looking for someone with a willingness to work flexibly with regard to working patterns when required, to support the needs of the team and the ongoing success of the programme.

You’ll be:

• Using your fundraising and marketing experience and skills to create successful campaigns and complex supporter journeys to help us grow our income and supporter engagement. (Working collaboratively with our Digital and Social Teams, as well as external media agencies).
• Helping deliver on our multi million annual plans to retain and recruit new supporters using the most effective techniques and channels, including Face to Face.
• Enthusiastically managing and delivering a range of fundraising and engagement campaigns and communications to develop and maximise support from our loyal supporters via multiple channels, including telephone, mail, digital, and SMS.
• Comfortable with figures and spreadsheets, as you’ll be diving into the data and managing campaign costs.
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting accurate campaign results and  reviews.
• Always looking out for new opportunities, using our sprint pipeline methodology (testing, solving, learning from experiments) before scaling.
• Ensuring our campaigns are fully compliant at all times.

About You

We’re looking for an individual who:

• Has great experience and knowledge of fundraising, direct marketing and project management, and can bring a real enthusiasm to the team. This role has a specific focus around supporter acquisition which includes face to face, paid digital, direct mail, telemarketing and eMarketing.
• Is fantastic at organising and prioritising a busy workload and knowledgeable of project management. Loves attention to detail and can work on several projects at once whilst thinking outside the box, as things can change quickly!
• Loves data and insight and enjoys applying that insight to campaign testing.
• Is a great all-round communicator, with both internal and external audiences.

The Role

The role is critical to ensuring that the organisation is at the forefront of the debate on early years education and childcare.

Working with the PR & Policy Manager, you will take responsibility for monitoring media coverage, creating engaging content for press releases and news features, as well as supporting the Director of Policy and Communications with stakeholder engagement and policy research.

About You

As PR and Policy Officer, we are looking for someone who will bring enthusiasm and creativity to the role. You will be educated to degree level or have gained equivalent experience working in a similar role. You will have outstanding communication skills, have experience of writing for diverse audiences (e.g. newsletters, social media content, briefing papers, press releases) and have excellent editorial and proofreading skills with consistent accuracy. You will also possess strong data analysis skills to draw results, trends and conclusions from qualitative or quantitative data sources.

A Support Worker will help to enable vulnerable people with complex support needs to manage their licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This role will be based at for Pound Lane, which is a high complex needs 24-hour service with same shift pattern.

The working pattern for this role is: - 5 days a week, working over a seven day pattern, weekends included. Shift pattern 8am-4am and late shift 1.30pm-9.30pm

* Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader / Manager
* Oversee the daily running of the service ensuring all health and safety responsibilities are met
* Raise safeguarding alerts and complete incident reports within specified timeframe
* Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
* Create support/action plans for providing appropriate support based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
* Support customers to undertake domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of living standards
* Support customers to move on from the service through their identified move on pathway liaising with our Resettlement Officer and Brent Housing team.

As a Floating Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting services where extra capacity is needed, working across different locations including Exeter, Somerset, Mendip, and Weymouth. This is a varied and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work across supported housing and outreach services, with no two weeks looking the same.

You’ll work directly with people who have a range of support needs, building positive, professional relationships and providing person‑centred, trauma‑informed support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is well organised, and can adapt to changing priorities and locations. You’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle and business insurance, and be comfortable working flexibly, with rotas provided two weeks in advance and occasional last‑minute changes handled considerately.

What you’ll be doing:

• Give clients advice and information, providing an enabling service so that they can be signposted to, and access appropriate services.
• Maintain client records, so they are accurate and fully updated at all times.
• Ensure all clients are provided with high-quality person-centred services which takes a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
• Work collaboratively taking a multi-agency approach to safeguard clients.

The role is responsible for administration tasks such as managing accounts, supporting paid social processes, and analysing donation and engagement data. The Social Media Officer also provides hands-on support during events, ensuring live social media coverage when needed, including outside regular hours where necessary. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Social Media Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for our audiences across our social media channels. 
• Manage day-to-day organic social media activity across 3 charity brands, including the creation of basic static and video content and daily community management. 
• Manage the social media content calendar, including brainstorming meetings and identifying key awareness days, to ensure that we’re posting regular, highly engaging content.

• With the support of the Social Media Manager, develop organic social content to support strategic and fundraising goals.

We’re seeking a proactive Progression Coach to support 18–25‑year‑olds at risk of homelessness to secure housing, stabilize finances and engage in work, learning or training. You’ll manage your own caseload, deliver tailored one‑to‑one support in the community, and use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles to build resilience, motivation and independence.

You’ll be confident working autonomously and collaboratively—creating robust risk assessments and outcomes‑focused support plans, recording impact clearly, and partnering with local services, landlords and community organisations to get results. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting vulnerable young people in fast‑paced environments, who believes in strengths‑based practice and positive change. KEY DELIVERABLES

Role Summary

The main function of the bookings team is to provide high quality customer service for the Into Film Festival. Initially this will be receiving calls, processing bookings and liaising with educators on email and on the phone. There will then be a need to make outbound calls to drive bookings, speak to attending teachers and liaise with cinemas to ensure the festival runs smoothly.
