We deliver lasting results for millions of children, including those hardest to reach.
About the role
As Marketing Executive – Loyalty, you will play a key role in delivering compelling, multi-channel campaigns that build deeper supporter relationships and increase income for Save the Children UK. Working closely with Marketing Managers, you'll help design and deliver campaigns across Direct Mail, Email, Telemarketing, SMS and Messaging, ensuring our supporters feel valued, inspired, and connected to the impact of their generosity.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Experience in customer or supporter loyalty and retention marketing within the charity sector.
- A track record of growing existing customer or supporter value through appeals, supporter journeys, or donor care initiatives.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex activity on time and to budget.
- Experience using data and insight to inform plans and improve results.
- Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission and values.
What we offer you:
Working for a charity provides one of the best benefits there is – a sense of purpose and reward for helping others. However, we understand the importance of giving back to our employees to ensure a happy and healthy working environment and work/life balance.
We focus on flexibility, inclusion, collaboration, health and wellbeing both in and outside of work.
We provide a wide range of benefits which will reward your hard work, motivate you, and inspire you to work to improve the lives of children every day. You can read more about our benefits here.

WE ARE SEEKING A POLICY OFFICER
About the Department/Role
The Church of England is continually striving to improve its safeguarding practices. The 2020 report by IICSA on the Church highlighted failures in respect of child sexual abuse and, more broadly, the challenges facing the Church to get safeguarding right.
The Church's aspiration is that safeguarding is not experienced and approached as a matter of administrative compliance. Rather, it should be what the Church is - something that flows from its core beliefs and values, part of its DNA.
The Church has made important and positive strides over recent years. There is, however, still much to be done to keep children and vulnerable adults safe, and to promote their well-being. The Church is a complex collection of different bodies. Most of the safeguarding work is carried out locally within the 42 dioceses and cathedrals in England. This work is supported centrally by a National Safeguarding Team (NST).
What you'll be doing
The Church of England seeks a committed and collaborative Safeguarding Policy Officer to join the National Safeguarding Team. This role is central to developing, revising, and implementing national safeguarding policies that protect and support all members of the Church community.
Working closely with Safeguarding Policy and Development Leads, you'll ensure policies are grounded in academic research, aligned with legislation and canon law, and informed by survivor experiences and Church-wide learning.
In this role, you will:
- Co-manage the development and roll-out of safeguarding policies, codes of practice and guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including survivors, bishops, Diocesan Safeguarding Officers, and Church bodies
- Ensure policy relevance across dioceses, parishes, cathedrals, religious communities, and theological institutions
- Lead the coordination and improvement of the safeguarding e-manual
- Engage with NCIs departments to embed safeguarding policy into wider initiatives
- Support the NST's learning and review cycle to refine policies over time
- Represent survivor perspectives within policy, training, and quality assurance activities
- Provide briefings and respond to safeguarding queries from Church bodies
- Take ownership of non-legislative content creation related to safeguarding
Key role requirements
- A basic DBS check will be required as part of our pre-employment checks.
- This is a hybrid role, and working arrangements can be discussed with the hiring manager.
- Please note: This is a fixed-term opportunity, and we are seeking to appoint three candidates across the following contracts:
- 1 position: 2-year fixed-term contract
- 2 positions: 15-month fixed-term contracts
About You
The Church of England is for everyone and we want to reflect the diversity of the community the Church serves across the whole country. Therefore, while of course we welcome all applications from interested and suitably experienced people, we would particularly welcome applicants from UK Minoritised Ethnicities (UKME)/Global Majority Heritage (GMH) and other under-represented groups. As a Disability Confident employer, we are committed to recruiting disabled people. We offer interviews to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
You will need to be/have:
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a unique blend of analytical skill, emotional intelligence, and commitment to safeguarding excellence. Below are the essential and desirable qualities we're looking for:
- A degree is not required for this role; however, the candidate will need to evidence at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Strong written communication, able to tailor content for diverse audiences
- Skilled in analysing complex and conflicting information and distilling it into clear policy or guidance
- Confident working collaboratively across internal and external partnerships
- Able to lead and facilitate stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes
- Able to build trusted relationships with varied stakeholders, including survivors and Church colleagues
- Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with individuals from all backgrounds, both written and verbal
- Experience in producing clear, effective policy and guidance for a range of audiences.
- Knowledge of national safeguarding legislation, statutory guidance and policy (e.g. Children Acts, Care Act, Working Together, criminal justice legislation), both current and historical, as relevant to non-recent abuse.
Please refer to the Job Description for more information about the role and person specification.

Are you passionate about empowering young people and want to help deliver inspiring educational experiences across the UK?
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your organisational skills and attention to detail make a real impact?
Summary
Young Citizens is recruiting two Programme Coordinators to help deliver our UK education programmes, one with a focus on Events Coordination, and the other on School Engagement. These roles are key to ensuring thousands of young people across the UK benefit from high-quality, meaningful learning experiences.
Note: We are hiring up to two Coordinators for initial 18 month contracts, with potential to become permanent. See the job pack below.
About us
Young Citizens is a UK education charity on a mission to help children and young people thrive in their communities and society. For nearly forty years we’ve equipped young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to understand how democracy and society works, and how they can be a part of it. We’re a small, dynamic team working in each nation with a bold vision for the future. We have a well-loved set of digital lessons, tools and immersive programmes that primary and secondary schools come to each year to help deliver inspiring, quality citizenship education.
Role snapshot
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Young Citizens in one of two key Programme Coordinator roles, each helping to deliver our national education programmes.
- As Programme Coordinator – Event and Project Lead, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of around 65 events each year, from mock trials and school workshops to teacher training and sector-facing events, ensuring every detail contributes to a high-quality experience for young people, educators, and volunteers. In addition to event delivery, the role also involves leading key projects that support programme development and growth.
- As Programme Coordinator – Schools Engagement Lead, you’ll be the main point of contact for over 480 secondary schools, managing registrations, communications, and support to ensure smooth, engaging participation across our programmes.
Both roles are vital to our mission of empowering young people through active citizenship. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping a well-established charity as we deliver on our 3-year strategy, with opportunities to facilitate workshops and mock trials, coordinate programme delivery, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where clear processes, adaptability, and a passion for social impact are key to success.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for highly organised, proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and care deeply about making a difference for young people. Whether your strengths lie in event logistics or school engagement, you’ll bring energy, precision, and a collaborative mindset to our dynamic team.
You’ll have experience coordinating programmes or events, managing busy workloads, and building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. Confidence in facilitation (or a willingness to train), strong IT skills, and a solutions-focused approach are essential.
We value team players who can adapt quickly, set up effective processes, and keep things running smoothly. If you're energised by coordinating events, managing logistics with precision, and building trusted relationships with schools to deliver inspiring educational programmes, we’d love to hear from you.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a North East Lincolnshire Operational Lead.
The organisation helps local people take control of their town’s future, together. Across the country, people are working to make things better. They spot what’s needed, bring others with them and start creating change. But too often, they’re doing it in spite of the system, not because of it. Short-term funding kills momentum. Distant rules block action. Local people rarely get to decide what happens next.
The charity exists to change that. We support shared local visions, connect energy and ideas, and help long-term funding flow to what matters most, as decided by the people who live there.
In North East Lincolnshire, this approach is already taking root. We are now looking for a grounded and ambitious person to help shape the next phase of the work by working closely with leaders across the town.
You’ll support a bold, shared strategy and work alongside others. As well as building trusted relationships across a variety of sectors (public, business and voluntary) and supporting inclusive ways of working, you will play a key role in making our operational model work in practice, so that good ideas can grow and change can last. You’ll network, drive and deliver events, and be the catalyst for driving great local ideas into reality.
The successful candidate will bring experience of supporting and leading change in a place or within different communities. You’ll be a confident networker with experience building relationships across sectors, comfortable balancing detail and big picture thinking and committed to supporting a long-term change. You’ll have an adaptable approach, being able to engage with local businesses one minute, through to key stakeholders in the local authority. A strong connection to and care for a thriving future North East Lincolnshire is essential.
This is a permanent, full-time role (four-day working week with compressed hours). The role is based in North East Lincolnshire with regular travel across the area and occasional meetings in London.
As a specialist Recruitment Practice, we are committed to building inclusive and diverse organisations, and welcome applications from all sections of the community. We invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you in your application.
To register interest in this position, please apply with your CV only. If your profile is suitable for the role, you will be provided with full details of the position and invited for an initial conversation. Following this conversation, you will be provided the details needed to put together a full application. For the best possible candidate experience, we recommend you express your interest as early as possible.

ABOUT THE POLITICS PROJECT
We support young people to use their voice by providing them with outstanding democratic education. We work with young people, teachers and politicians to help them to learn, teach and engage in politics. We are a non-partisan organisation working across the UK.
We also coordinate the Democracy Classroom network, a partnership between over 100 civil society organisations that supports young people to engage in elections.
The Politics Project delivers Digital Dialogue: Wales, which supports young people to have meaningful conversations with the politicians that represent them, building trust and relationships on both sides. Young people gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to engage in the democratic process through informed interactions with their elected representatives.
These interactions take place both online and in-person, in classrooms across Wales.
Since 2021 over 5550 young people, 130 teachers and 130 Welsh politicians (including the leaders of four political parties represented in the Senedd) have taken part in the programme.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Programme Coordinator will plan, arrange and facilitate Dialogue sessions, where learners question and discuss issues relevant to young people with their political representatives. The post holder will also support schools and colleges to deliver Youth Hustings for the 2026 Senedd and 2027 Local elections, giving learners the opportunity to meet, and ask questions to, candidates standing in their area.
The Politics Project wants Digital Dialogue: Wales to fundamentally change the way that young people and politicians interact across Wales. Help us to make sure that young people get their voices heard.
Working with the Head of Programmes and the Digital Dialogue: Wales Programme Lead, the post holder would support the delivery and growth of Digital Dialogue: Wales, allowing more young people, teachers and politicians to take part. This is a fast-paced role in a small but growing team.
While fluency in Welsh is preferred, it is not a requirement for this role.
The post holder will:
- Work with the Head of Programmes and the Digital Dialogue: Wales Programme Lead to support the delivery of the Digital Dialogue: Wales programme.
- Provide online, and occasional in-school, support for teachers delivering Digital Dialogue, Youth Hustings, teacher and politician training sessions.
- Support the recruitment of teachers and local and national politicians across Wales to take part in the programme.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with those teachers and politicians.
- Manage and keep up to date the database, collecting and inputting information and producing reports when required. Assist with monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide administrative support for the Digital Dialogue: Wales programme and other programmes and activities delivered by The Politics Project.
The Politics Project is based in London, but the post holder for this role will be based in Wales. They will usually work from home, though we would expect the post holder to come to the London office once a month and attend in person meetings in Wales as required. It is an 18-month contract (including a 6-month probation period), with extension possible subject to funding. The hours of work are 37.5 hrs per week. Occasional travel to elsewhere in the UK and working unsocial hours in evenings and at weekends may be required.
Benefits:
- 30 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays and three days of additional holiday between Christmas and New Year.
- Friendly and inclusive environment.
- Professional development opportunities, to upskill and train you.
- The opportunity to make a real difference to young people’s lives, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to give them a voice in their society and shape their communities.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a passion for democratic education. You will be a self-starter, comfortable setting their own pace of work and managing their deadlines with only some supervision. You can form good relationships with a range of people from different backgrounds and perspectives. You can negotiate, persuade, problem solve and be flexible to meet stakeholder needs. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
You will be IT literate, comfortable working with video conferencing technology and other forms of digital communication.
Above all, you have outstanding organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work under pressure and identify priorities. You will effectively deliver against set targets to agreed deadlines.
