They are now recruiting for a dedicated Services Manager to lead, support and guide frontline staff in providing the highest quality of support to all service users across both accommodation and non-accommodation-based services.

This role will be varied, community facing, fast-paced and outcomes-focused. As Services Manager, you will lead a small team of frontline workers to provide a quality support service to all beneficiaries, some with complex needs. You will also work in partnership and maintain effective relationships with a range of external agencies.

The Person We Are Looking For:

The Senior Centre Manager will take full responsibility for the operations at PACE’s Camden Square Playcentre. They will ensure that all services are delivered in a safe way, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and support the delivery of the PACE policies. Their responsibilities will be to create and retain a happy and committed staff team, lead them in delivering high quality play services that promote the children’s health and well-being, and assist in the development of new projects and services. About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our regional team as a Regional Manager for Peninsula, Severn and Wessex regions. JOB PURPOSE

You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, CEO, trustees and international colleagues to steward and cultivate key donor relationships and continue the development and implementation of the strategy to grow the major donor pipeline. As a Senior Manager, you will take ownership of the overall Major Donor Strategy, and budget and provide strategic insight into how we grow and improve our programme.

You will be confident in navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders and in negotiating internally as well as externally, championing the major donor programme to ensure a strong enabling environment for the growth of the programme. ROLE RESPONSIBLITIES

• Manage the philanthropy manager role through coaching, and by motivating and supporting them to reach their annual target.
• Build on a warm portfolio of donors to achieve current income targets and spot opportunities for growth and deeper development of philanthropic relationships
• Monitor and deliver annual philanthropy budgets and KPIs, assessing ongoing performance, proactively managing risks and providing accurate reporting.
• Own and drive the Major Donor strategy in collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy.
• Support on intermediary strategy and growth in this area.
• Work as part of the Philanthropy Team to grow opportunities within the major donor funding stream in line with UK4U’s fundraising strategy
• Lead on the growth and development of a robust prospect pipeline working with the corporate team, individual giving team, trustees, prospect research team, philanthropy team and other key stakeholders.
• Work with the wider international organisation to identify the most appropriate funding propositions for donors and also the internal technical experts and leadership colleagues who can help support and drive forward opportunities.
• Craft compelling propositions and proposals for major donors and ensure quality and timely reporting on donations made.
• Establish a strategic and tactical response to selected prospects and existing major donors in the event of humanitarian emergencies.
• Work independently and with the prospect researcher to gather up-to-date and accurate information on existing and prospective donors.
• Maintain accurate records on Salesforce, for income recording and earmarking.
• Work with the wider team to deliver bespoke activities including virtual and in-person events
• Support wider PPH strategic initiatives: helping identify and implement enablers to help the organisation secure and grow more multi-year partnerships, including at transformational levels.
• Help to position and raise awareness of UK4U’s role among peers, donors and other audiences by participating in sector networks and representing UK4U at events, as appropriate.
• Work within UK4U’s due diligence policy and GDPR policies and processes.

About the role

We’re looking for a highly creative, organised, and experienced Marketing and Content Executive to support the delivery of engaging, high-impact marketing across our growing, purpose-led organisation.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing and Campaigns Manager, you’ll play a key role in producing and managing digital content, with a strong focus on social media, web design, and copywriting.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll drive our social media strategy, produce engaging content and blogs, and manage the design and research for our online Suicide Prevention Hubs. You’ll create compelling copy and visuals across multiple platforms and develop email campaigns and marketing strategies to boost our training course sales and sign-ups.

You’ll have hands-on experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.

We’re looking for someone who is self-assured, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work consistently. You should be comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of your workload.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and delivery of engaging, on-brand content across social media channels, collaborating with the Senior Marketing and Campaigns Manager to enhance reach and visibility.

• Keep our accounts a safe space by taking swift action on abusive or harmful comments, with full support from the team and training in our Social Media policies.

• Oversee the creation, design, and research of our Suicide Prevention Hubs, collaborating with charity partners, writing compelling copy, and coordinating podcasts and blog content.

• Play a key role in driving awareness, sales, and sign-ups for our training courses through effective marketing and promotion.

• Write and edit high-quality copy for blogs, website pages, emails, social posts, and other marketing materials.

• Design on-brand visual assets using Canva to support social media, web, email, and printed materials.

• Support the creation of award entries, press releases, and promotional materials as needed.

• Help maintain and update our WordPress website and landing pages, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and optimised for SEO and user experience.

• Support the setup and delivery of email marketing campaigns, including building emails, managing lists, and reviewing performance.

• Contribute to ongoing audience and campaign research, including SEO keyword research, to inform marketing strategies and content planning.

• Assist with campaign reporting and provide administrative support where needed to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

For this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in creating and managing engaging social media content across key platforms (e.g. Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook), with a strong understanding of audience insights, performance metrics, and emerging trends.

• Experience in producing high-quality, creative content – from social posts and web copy to blog articles, visuals, and email campaigns.

• Experience using design tools like Canva and Adobe InDesign to create impactful digital assets for use across multiple channels.

• Excellent copywriting and proofreading abilities, with a clear, adaptable writing style suited to different platforms and audiences.

• Experience using a CMS such as WordPress, with web design skills in Elementor.

• Great organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay detail-focused.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from the Senior Marketing and Campaigns Manager, while also contributing your own ideas.

• A genuine commitment and compassion to support vulnerable individuals, and a desire to use your marketing skills to support life-saving work.

Bonus points for:

• Proven experience working remotely, with a strong ability to demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and independence.

This is an exciting opportunity at a prominent assistance dog charity for someone who has worked in a senior database administrator role and is ready to take on more responsibility or an experienced database manager interested in working in the charity sector.

You will be responsible for managing the data infrastructure and insights that support all charity operations, from matching assistance dogs with our partners, to securing vital funding, to measuring impact and outcomes. A proactive approach is key to ensure that you provide comprehensive management, maintenance, and development of Canine Partners' database systems and data recording strategies. You will manage the provision of accurate, timely, and compliant data selections, reports, and analytical insights to support all charity operations. You will have the opportunity to lead major database development projects and shape data strategy across the entire charity.
 
About you:
 
• Demonstrable experience in database administration and development.
• Strong understanding of GDPR compliance and data protection in database management.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and training skills with ability to work across all organisational levels.

Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) is a busy, dynamic award winning Service. We deliver a variety of projects via face to face and digital media.

Since 2012 we have delivered a volunteer led community library service at Avonmore library. In April 2024 we embarked on running a second community focused library at Askew Road. To support CAHF community library delivery at both libraries, we introduced the role of Community Library Coordinator.

Purpose of the Role:

In addition to traditional library duties—such as managing stock inventory and delivering storytime sessions for under-5s—the Community Library Coordinator plays a key role in positioning the library as a vibrant hub within the local area. The library offers a diverse programme of activities for users of all ages throughout the week. Working collaboratively with colleagues, the Coordinator will oversee and help develop engaging library events, while also supporting the dedicated volunteers who contribute to the successful delivery of our community-focused services.

About You:

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with enthusiasm for working in the library sector. You should be confident in promoting the library service and delivering excellent customer service to a diverse range of users. While previous library experience is desirable, it is not essential.
