Scope of the Digital Marketing Officer's role
- Social media and community management - Manages daily activity across social channels, creates content, engages with followers, and supports paid campaigns.
- Content creation and digital design - Designs digital assets and writes copy for social, web, and campaigns, ensuring content is on brand and engaging.
- Email marketing - Supports the creation and delivery of email campaigns, including copy, design with the aim of enhancing audience engagement.
- Website management - Support the day-to-day management of Ovarian Cancer Action’s website.

· Line manage Multimedia Content Producer – effectively line manage and develop the Multimedia Content Producer including regular 1-2-1 meetings and annual appraisals. Identify learning and development opportunities including training, coaching and skills sharing.
Person Specification:
· Experience planning and implementing content strategies.
· Strong experience of managing video production agencies and other suppliers, from quotation/brief through to delivery.
· Excellent proficiency and understanding of content creation, including video production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X).

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the newly formed content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content - all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in house paid campaign activations. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18 - 24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.
This is a fixed term contract for 13 months.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.
- Deliver the holistic content strategy across digital and social channels (including website, email, search, owned social, content creators and gaming) that will enhance the annual marketing strategy and drive awareness of CoppaFeel! and our mission amongst 18 - 24 year olds.

- Oversee in house paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with support from the Social Media Manager. Deliver training to the Social Media Manager to help them work towards activating these independently.
- Oversee delivery of workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including producing, distributing, measuring, and retiring content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Oversee capacity of the Content Team.
- Line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
- Ownership of the Content Team budget and quarterly re-forecasting.
- Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings.
- Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of social and digital activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a management level content focused role, for example a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing or Head of Content.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and prioritising cross departmental content requests.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing strategic content plans.
- Demonstrable experience of producing creative content.
- Demonstrable experience with activating paid social campaigns.
- A leader with the ability to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards.

As Marketing & Volunteer Coordinator you’ll play a central role in connecting our internal operations with the wider community. You’ll lead on delivering engaging marketing and communications to a range of stakeholders, including funders, corporate partners, community members, and volunteers. At the same time, you’ll manage and support our growing team of volunteers - helping to build a strong, committed network that powers our work.

Unseen is working towards a world without slavery. We provide safehouses and support in the community for survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. We also run the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline and work with individuals, communities, businesses, governments, other charities, and statutory agencies to stamp out slavery for good.
Purpose of the role:
The Communications and Marketing Officer will play a key role in raising awareness of Unseen’s mission to end modern slavery and supporting the income generating teams to raise vital funds.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Campaign planning and executing
- Content creation and visual design
- Website management and content optimisation
- Social media and community managementMedia liaison and external communications

Harris Hill has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing to join a arts based education charity for 3 to 6 months, starting immediately.
The post holder will lead the development and implementation of the organisations high impact, effective marketing and communications campaigns.
A central aspect of the role will be to provide the expertise and experience to identify strategies and initiatives which will enable them to meet both the long and short-term needs. Through effective understanding of the needs of organisation they will plan and motivate the operations of creative and customer focused campaigns and will be responsible in driving the achievement of student and pupil recruitment targets. The right person will be able to demonstrate positive outcomes and numbers from previous recruitment campaigns they have led within either an arts or education background.
This role is full time and pays £50-55kpa for the right person. We require someone who will be able to cover for at least 3 months, and possibly up to 6 whilst they recruit permanently. This also means a possible permanent role for the person if things work out.
Due to the nature of the role, the client envisages the need for at least 3dpw in the London office to begin with, so they can come up to speed, meet relevant stakeholders and get a firm grasp of the needs and workings of the organisation.
Experience:
Understanding of current issues relating to higher education, domestic and overseas.
Significant marketing, communications, and sales experience across a wide spectrum of marketing disciplines.
Proven track level of creating, delivering and evaluating successful and inventive communications and audience engagement strategies that maximises effect and extends reach.
Experience of brand management and development delivering high quality and innovative marketing solutions.
Experience and good working knowledge of overseeing and delivering website content management systems and/or email marketing software
Demonstrable experience in writing and implementing marketing plans and strategies and analysing results and making recommendations
Experience in co-ordinating complex marketing projects (online and offline) with multiple teams, internal and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities of our Marketing Coordinator will include:
- Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy for all NGA services including membership and Learning Link, aligning with NGA’s overall strategy
