You’ll play a vital role in the timely and effective delivery, developing and delivering training and adoption plans to prepare users for the release of Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, Findock, other integrations and reporting.

What you'll do

• Enable technical and business users to adopt the new solution, processes and ways of working into business as usual.

• Assess knowledge, skills, barriers and training needs in the business and for technical users of the new platforms. 

• Collaborate with the CRM project teams, Business Lead and Salesforce implementation partner(s) to develop a training and adoption strategy and plan, aligning with the build and release of the new platforms and associated changes to process and user roles. 

• Design and deliver training and adoption engagements for the implementation of Salesforce NPC, and Findock. Make necessary adjustments based on feedback, effectiveness and the audience.

• Prepare training content to build appetite with users from the early stages of delivery right through to adoption at go live and reinforcement of skills in hypercare. 

What you'll bring

• Significant experience delivering training programmes when implementing CRM/ERP/data platforms 

• Strong record of tackling technical concepts and working with business and technical stakeholders to adopt software solutions and work with customer data 

• Experience of delivering training and adoption activity in Salesforce CRM, NPSP and/or NPC 

• Practical understanding of change management principles and adoption processes (e.g. PROSCI/ADKAR)

Education, Language & Qualifications

Head of Programmes is a key role with significant scope to grow as the charity evolves. You’ll lead on the day-to-day delivery of our programmes, including our largest single programme, Maths Circles: a small-group-based maths enrichment programme engaging talented young mathematicians nationwide. You will coordinate a large community of volunteers as well as our in-house team of part-time and freelance staff to deliver an excellent experience for students, parents, tutors and partners.

You will need to be genuinely enthusiastic about using our CRM and Google Sheets to track progress and excited about martialling the charity’s data to communicate clearly with colleagues, partners and trustees. You will take ownership of programme reporting and KPIs, using insights to identify and implement delivery improvements and demonstrate impact.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Head of Communications and Networks will amplify The Politics Project’s voice, build strategic partnerships and strengthen collaboration across the youth, education and democracy sectors. You will lead on communications, stakeholder engagement and the continued development of the Democracy Classroom Network.

You will oversee a team responsible for communications, partnerships and events, providing leadership and guidance to ensure clear messaging, impactful storytelling and strong, coordinated engagement across the sector. Our Communications Officer will play a pivotal role at a key moment for IVAR, with communications at the heart of our new strategy. With charities experiencing mounting pressures and complexity, this role is central to ensuring IVAR’s work is clear, accessible and has the greatest possible impact.

You’ll manage our day-to-day communications, from keeping our website and LinkedIn up to date to writing, editing and proofing high-quality content across blogs, newsletters and reports. About you

We’re looking for a proactive communicator who enjoys trying new things, balancing creativity with delivery, and working collaboratively. You’ll bring:

• Confidence with digital channels (especially social media – LinkedIn in particular).

As Head of Impact & Quality, you’ll lead the department that covers impact measurement, evaluation of our programmes, data management, curriculum development, training and quality of tutors and other initiatives that drive the evidence-based culture of Action Tutoring.
