- To assist the Head of People & Culture and the People Partnering team by providing a comprehensive administration service
- To act as first point of contact for new queries to the people team, from all employees to the People Partnering team, triaging and signing posting them.
- To be the primary contact for queries relating to SelectHR, our HR system
- To ensure that accurate records are maintained on SelectHR
- To provide People partnering reports as necessary
- Devise and maintain an up-to-date Procedures Manual for all HR Administration duties
- Help manage office supplies and facilities requirements
- Assist in the streamlining and automation of processes to improve operational efficiency
- To undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
- Arrange and manage all Occupational Health clinics and appointments
- Liaise with the external provider to ensure seamless provision of services
- Liaise with internal managers to ensure that staff attend appointments
- Oversee the delivery of the seasonal flu vaccination programme
- Ensure all surveillance and other health checks are monitored and are up to date
- Streamline People Partnering Administrative processes through the adoption of digital solutions

OUR SERVICES
Ashiana runs three refuges with a total of 29 bed-spaces; specifically for women aged 16-35 fleeing forced marriage. This multi award winning project is the only service of its kind in the UK and is highly innovative in terms of addressing an area of significant need not met in other refuge provision. Within these refuges we designate a number of bedspaces for women with no recourse to public funds. We offer an advice and support service to women and girls who are experiencing VAWG (Violence against Women & Girls), enabling them to make informed decisions and exit abusive relationships. We provide counselling for women and girls affected by domestic violence and sexual violence. We also deliver an immigration service to women who have insecure immigration status with the aim to support them with access to specialist legal advice in order to resolve their immigration status. .. We deliver harmful practices training to professionals from the statutory and voluntary sector in addition to awareness raising workshops for women and girls in the community.
PRIMARY TASK

About the Service
Our Peripatetic Team provide front-line support to Solace’s Advice, Community and Accommodation-based Services across London. Crisis Intervention Workers enable our services to deliver a consistent high standard of service.
The team was created in order to have trained, skilled staff ready to cover gaps in service and facilitate the continued smooth running of services, proactively supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse. They are required to go into different teams and quickly establish themselves and provide support in times where staff teams may be struggling.
About the Role
In all services, peri workers provide nonjudgmental, confidential, and psychologically informed support to survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Typical tasks include risk assessment, safety planning, and working with survivors to develop individual support plans.
Peri workers have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles across Solace’s services. Working across departments offers peri workers the ability to continually develop their knowledge, casework skills, advocacy skills, multi-agency working, and ability to manage and thrive in a changing environment.
The role will involve commuting to sites across London, and although hybrid working may be available in some projects it is not possible for all. Travel is taken into consideration when confirming placements, however you should be prepared for longer commutes.
As a Senior, you will need strong case management and the knowledge and confidence to advise others as you will often be in roles that involve supporting other staff members in their risk management and also career development. Your placements may involve partnership working and process development.
You will line manage up to three Peri employees in this role, so we are looking for someone ready to step in to a leadership role but training is available to develop these skills.

Teaching
● Teaching the baking and food hygiene elements of the Luminary training curriculum to a high standard

Senior Management Accountant (Part Time – 3 Days per Week)
A national charity seeking a Interim Senior Commercial Management Accountant to support their finance team during a period of growth and transformation.
This role will play a critical part in leading the development of costing and pricing models to support strategic decision-making. You will also deliver high-quality financial planning and strengthen financial insight across the organisation.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week) offered on a interim basis until April 2026. The charity offers remote working, with access to a London office for those who prefer a hybrid approach.
The Role
As Senior Commercial Management Accountant, you will provide crucial support across financial planning, forecasting, modelling, and operational finance. Working closely with the Head of Finance & Finance Director, you will help deliver the charity’s mid-year forecast, develop organisational planning tools for the upcoming financial year, and lead on advanced costing and pricing work to support strategic decisions.
You will also support technical areas including partial VAT recovery, internal financial controls, and the migration of a small trading subsidiary to a new finance system.
