The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK. 

Over the next year our ambition is to rescue enough food nationally to provide nearly 200 million meals, turning an environmental problem into social good with measurable impact for people, planet, and the economy.

Purpose of the Job

Assisting with the management of working with surplus, through a portfolio of over 200 food partners, managing daily challenges requiring leadership support and stewardship of a network of senior food industry contacts.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Build and support the creation of informed and data driven growth strategies across all food categories through industry and charity insights and reflective in agile ways of working
• Supporting the creation and delivery of the category strategies, executing joint business plans and internal and external progress reporting
• Responsible for the portfolio of tier 1 accounts which sit across both food and funding linking Felix Exec with these key accounts
• Contribute to the development of collaborative and cross-functional account plans, considering food, funding and other strategic initiatives to drive growth in food, money and other strategic resources, resulting in optimisation of food out to our network
• Work on behalf of the account to develop and embed services relevant to the account and agreed through the joint business plan – e.g. employability or store level redistribution. 
• Provide project support by managing and communicating key projects and initiatives to increase food volumes and strategic value, securing support from a range of stakeholders within food partners and across the Felix network 
• Support in the management of key funding & marketing campaigns & initiatives with other key internal teams.
• Keep robust & accurate records using Felix systems.

Essential

• Demonstrable experience managing multiple accounts in the FMCG, food, retail or comparable sector with professionalism and integrity consistently meeting or exceeding challenging targets 
• Good working knowledge of the key players across the food industry and their ways of working  
• Successful track record of managing cross-functional projects to tight timescales and budgets, ensuring involvement of all key stakeholders 
• Experience of project evaluation, data-driven analysis and impact reporting 
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at a range of levels and across multiple functions with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

The Trusts & Foundations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable income growth for Emmaus UK through strategic relationship management, compelling funding proposals and the development of a strong pipeline of new and existing Trusts & Foundations supporters.

Working collaboratively across Emmaus UK and our wider federation, the post holder will identify funding priorities, develop fundable projects and deliver excellent stewardship and reporting to secure long-term support for the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.

You should have strong experience of designing, running and supporting participatory activity, particularly with those with lived experience of a pressing social issue.  You will be passionate about making change for those with experience of financial hardship in later life and bring an understanding of what barriers there might be to taking part and how to overcome them.   Exceptional organisational skills are a must, along with great communication and the ability to build relationships with a broad range of people.

Join SmellTaste and lead the development of the charity’s involvement in research, shaping how lived experience of those affected by smell and taste impairment is integrated in research projects. As Research Development and Engagement Manager, you will lead engagement with researchers, our patient community, and external partners to develop and support new research collaborations. About the role

As a Regional Corporate Partnership Development Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Corporate Partnership team, playing an essential role in building the capability, confidence and consistency of Fundraising Managers across the UK.

This role is all about empowering others to secure and grow high value corporate partnerships. Drawing on your own experience of winning and managing £50k+ partnerships, you’ll coach Fundraising Managers through the full corporate sales cycle from pipeline development and proposition shaping, to pitching, negotiation, contracting and stewardship.

The Berkshire and Hampshire Borders (BHB) Methodist Circuit is a network of twenty-five churches across western Berkshire and northern Hampshire, united by a vision to proclaim God's love as a justice-seeking community. Our mission is to be a growing, inclusive, and evangelistic church where faith deepens and communities are transformed. 

As Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone supporting our work. Working with the Leadership Team, you'll coordinate the operational infrastructure that keeps twenty-five autonomous churches running — from property and finance to safeguarding and compliance — empowering churches and outreach staff to deliver high-quality support to church members and vulnerable people.

The Role
You'll provide operational guidance and support to the Circuit Leadership Team and Circuit Meeting (Trustees), attending meetings and preparing reports on governance matters. You'll manage the Circuit Finance Officer, ensuring sound accounting practices, financial controls, and reporting. Across property, you'll oversee 19 houses — coordinating quinquennial inspections, maintenance plans, manse preparation for incoming ministers, externally managed letting of surplus properties, and professional appointments for sales and purchases. You'll also support energy and telecoms contract negotiations.

In safeguarding, you'll co-lead the Circuit Safeguarding Team, coordinate training, and maintain records of DBS checks. For health and safety, you'll guide churches on policies, risk assessments, and fire safety, with professional support as needed. On EDI, you'll maintain awareness of Methodist policy, coordinate training, and promote inclusive practice. You'll line manage the Administration Finance Officer and Administration Officer.

Key Details
Permanent role, £45,000–£55,000, 37.5 hours per week based in Reading, Berkshire with occasional evening or weekend working and travel across the area. 33 days annual leave including public holidays, contributory pension, reasonable expenses reimbursed plus a training funded. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our friendly team on a funded, part-time contract (30 hours per week). The role is home‑based in Central England with regular UK travel.

This is a varied and impactful role. In the early stages of the programme, you will work hands-on with schools and communities, delivering elements of the project including climate audits and supporting grant holders. As the programme develops, you will increasingly lead the coordination and management of a national, multi‑year climate and school grounds programme.
