This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who is comfortable with an outward facing role, seeking new opportunities for Jangala to support the connectivity needs of organisations in the UK and across the world and supporting our community of more than 300 existing partners who are using Jangala’s connectivity solutions to connect underserved communities and people without access to the internet.

Details of the role
You will play a key role in supporting the management  and scaling of Jangala’s programmes in the UK and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you will be part of Jangala’s programmes department, which leads the delivery of our donor-funded work, deploying Jangala’s award-winning technology and developing and nurturing partnerships with grassroots organisations, charities, local authorities, and international agencies.

Supporting Jangala’s community of existing partners who are using Big Box and Get Box technology to connect communities will also be an important part of what you do. The role will also involve building new partnerships, research, coordination and working with data-driven systems, ensuring that our connectivity solutions reach the people and communities who need them most. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research about and doing outreach to prospective partner organisations

• Onboarding new partner organisations in line with Jangala’s due diligence processes

• Organising and running  check in calls with partners

• Monitoring and replying to queries which come through Jangala enquiry and partner support email accounts, including for routine partner management and troubleshooting

• Inputting administrative data to Jangala’s partner management and monitoring and evaluation platforms

• Information gathering for funder reports and proposals

• General monitoring of equipment usage on the field on our telemetry systems

• Organising events and partner visits

• Writing content for social media and website

• Delegated project management tasks

• Deputising for the Programme Manager when required

HR Business Partner
Permanent - 35 hrs per week

Our client, a successful and hugely impactful Charity that supports the interests and wellbeing of children and young people, now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will suit an enthusiastic and highly organised HR generalist who is able to work in partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across the organisation, to provide high quality and consistent people related advice and guidance and an excellent customer experience. As HR Business Partner, you will:

• Work in partnership with the leadership teams and stakeholders in your assigned business areas to help shape, develop and deliver people solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the organisation
• Provide expert and professional HR advice and support to staff and managers, ensuring they are equipped to fulfil their role
• Drive organisation results and increase colleague engagement, by working with senior stakeholders to identify and manage risk in support of the people and organisational strategy

What you will require:

• CIPD qualified or equivalent, or be qualified by professional HR experience with evidence of proactive CPD

Temporary Donation Processing Assistant Location: London (1 day per week in central office)
Rate: £14.49 per hour
Contract: Temporary, starting end of November for approximately 3–4 months

We are recruiting on behalf of a UK-based charity for a temporary Donation Processing Assistant to support their donation administration processes.

This role will primarily focus on managing donation cancellations and amendments, ensuring all changes are recorded accurately and efficiently. You will also support wider donation processing and administration to maintain accurate records and a seamless supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process donation cancellations and amendments accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Support the processing of Direct Debit and Recurring Card Payments, including data entry and imports into the CRM system.
• Record supporter donations and interactions accurately.
• Assist with general administration related to income streams as required.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, fundraising regulations, and internal governance procedures.

How are staff supported to work remotely? 

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community. 

When you need to travel for work, expenses will be paid (mileage or public transport costs).

Essential skills and experience:

• Qualified and accredited: a recognised core mental health qualification and IPT-A accreditation (IPT UK).
• Experienced: extensive clinical experience with children, young people, and families, plus significant experience supervising in IPT-A.
• Educator and trainer: proven ability to deliver clinical training or university-level teaching.
• Supportive and inclusive: skilled in supporting students, culturally aware, and committed to inclusive learning environments.
• Flexible and organised: able to manage workload independently, meet deadlines, and take annual leave outside term time.

Key details

Hours: Part-time (7 hours per week): usually on Mondays during term time. There may be occasions where you are requested, or you may request, to work flexibly and on a different day of the week to support peak points in the academic cycle, e.g. to meet marking deadlines.

Salary: £52,000 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.

Location: Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). Flexibility will be required to attend in-person teaching days during term time.
