With an aim of reaching over 200,000 young people per year through our leadership offer by 2028, this role will be integral to ensuring a centre’s journey with the Leadership Skills Foundation is an effortless one.
Having recently settled into our new identity and expanding the portfolio of programmes we have on offer, this role will work closely with our Business Development team, Admin team and Quality Assurance team to ensure that our existing delivery centres are sufficiently supported to forge a sustainable leadership pathway.
We’re looking for someone to adopt a consistent relationship management process to support all staff at existing delivery centres and to on-board new centres. Organisation and efficiency, along with a clear communication style and an ability to effectively manage data are essential skills for this role. This role necessitates that the successful candidate be creative with their ideas to enable the successful relationship management of our centres, while also effectively handling phone calls, emails and queries via an online live chat function.
Role Purpose:
- Provide appropriate support to centres when they contact the Leadership Skills Foundation.
- Establish consistent and robust engagement and relationship management practices including logging touch points and interpreting data with a variety of our customers.
- Respond to centre enquiries, help resolve technical issues and potential issues to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support via effective relationship management strategies to support customers with any queries and issues across the customer journey in line with the Customer Experience Strategy.
- Proactively seek opportunities to create and maintain strong working relationships with centres that seek support from the organisation via central communication channels (phone, emails and live chat).
- Provide proactive and customised centre outreach that constantly seeks to elevate the experience of existing centres including recording accurate and timely customer intelligence.
- Resolve programme/service issues, troubleshoot challenges and support centres that are having difficulty accessing resources, registering their course(s) and/or learners.
- Support centres as they work through various policies and procedures. For example, the maintain and withdrawal procedures.
- Support Business Development strategies to meet agreed objectives and budgets.
- Utilise insight and reporting systems (various) to provide analysis and updates in relation to learner registrations and other centre insight metrics.
- Ensure sales planning, pipeline and forecasting exercises are completed on a regular basis, including annual budgeting to maximise learner and programme registration opportunities.
- Any other centre-facing tasks that need completing at various times of the year.
- To carry out any other duties as requested to support the work of the Leadership Skills Foundation commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of the post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.

About the role
Reporting in to the Director of Finance and Corporate Governance, the Head of Technology & Data will champion the development, implementation, and use of information technology and data throughout Christian Aid, creating a culture of innovation and empowering IT users.
Some of the main areas of responsibility for the Head of Technology & Data include:
- Responsible for building, supervising and maintaining a highly available and secure enterprise infrastructure including 24x7 cloud servers, mobility and remote access services and Azure Active Directory.
- Develop a road map for the strategic development of technology and data functions which incorporates system upgrades, installations, and conversions to ensure smooth transitions and optimised functionality for all users.
- Manage ITIL compliant processes including change management and service transition striving for innovation, reliability, and alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate proactively to develop strategies that enhance client services, amplify user efficiency, and inspire creative solutions to emerging challenges.
- Inspire and empower ICT staff by hiring, training, mentoring, and appraising team members, cultivating a culture of continuous development and excellence.
- Oversee network administration and network engineering (VPN, VOIP, Wan or relevant emerging technology) in key sites.
- Foster adaptability within ICT staff to align with evolving user needs, emerging technologies, and varied team dynamics.

At our rehoming, advice & behaviour unit in Devon, our foster-based care and Home Direct Scheme ensures animals find loving homes without the stress of kennels. This means that we do not usually have pets staying onsite overnight and our roles may not include daily pet care, but no two days are ever the same.
As Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the Centre – pets, people, compliance and finances. Working closely with your Assistant Managers, you’ll inspire and empower your team, embed a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the highest welfare standards.
This role is about leading people and delivering the strategy for the Devon centre. We have a skilled, passionate team, we need someone who can build great relationships and continue to meet the objectives of the centre.
For many, the Centre will be the “public face” of Blue Cross so you will need to ensure that customer service is at the heart of every interaction. At Blue Cross we are ambitious, and the work carried out by our Centres is key in achieving our strategy and ensuring that ultimately, we help more pets.
The standard hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week on a locally agreed rota to include weekends and bank holidays. The standard hours are 8:30 – 5 Monday – Friday, working 1 in 3 weekends (Sat and Sun), with flexibility where there is a business need.

The Senior Research and Development Manager will play an important role in managing NCB’s research and evidence work, supporting our impact and growth and working across teams in a matrix environment. · Have a flexible approach to working hours and days including working weekend and Bank Holidays as appropriate.
· Willing to travel to occasional team meetings, training events and in the initial growth of the new retail train assisting with setting up other new stores.
· Passionate about the charity’s values and will strive to ensure the Retail brand is successful.
· Manage the logistics, vans and allocation of stock, to stores within the area. To maximise income for the charity.

Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. Our programmes are safe, enjoyable, age-appropriate spaces where young people can engage with sensitive topics and “rehearse” for real-life scenarios. Participants are encouraged to be both consumers and producers of learning through script-work, role-play and creative media such as films and art. With a clear strategic focus for the next five years, we are strengthening our development team to ensure we have the funding needed to achieve our strategic ambitions. You will play a pivotal role in raising the funding for our ambitions, focusing on statutory and trusts & foundations income streams. You will lead on both these income streams, managing existing funders and securing new funders. You will secure income from your own portfolio of funders and partners, and lead and inspire the team to achieve their own ambitious targets, both through new sources and through excellent stewardship of existing funders.
Role purpose
The main purposes of this role are:
- Researching, identifying and applying for grant funding and commissioning from statutory sources, trusts and foundations (T&F)
- Developing and writing high quality fundraising bids which align with the objectives and needs of statutory funders, T&F and Tender’s strategic objectives
- Managing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with a range of stakeholders (statutory funders, T&F, delivery partners, professionals in the sector, internal stakeholders)
- Developing the Statutory and T&F strategy in collaboration with the Development Director
Main responsibilities and duties
New business development
- Developing and implementing a strategy to develop relationships with, and maximise income from, statutory sources, T&F
- Working with service managers, designing, developing and submitting high-quality funding proposals to statutory sources, T&F which are technically sound, meet donor requirements and align with Tender’s strategic objectives
- Maintaining an up-to-date market awareness of grant-making trends and best practice in T&F fundraising
- Developing the overall statutory and T & F strategy with oversight from the Development Director
- Monitoring and reporting against business development plans to ensure objectives are achieved, and proposing plans for remedial action if projections are not on track
Relationships
- Managing relationships with Statutory sources and T&F funding Tender, building a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of each funder
- Developing and executing stewardship and relationship management plans for T&F to maximise the value and duration of their support for Tender
- Overseeing the production of high-quality monitoring reports for T&F, and using insights from funded programmes to develop case for support materials
- Working with other Tender managers to ensure the consistent tone and positioning of Tender in the implementation of marketing of all projects
- Line managing two Development Officers
Administration
- Working with the Governance team to improve operational effectiveness and quality service by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Contributing to the maintenance of Tender’s overall Development function, providing appropriate analysis and reports
- Developing and maintaining a funding database and ensuring it is up to date to effectively monitor and evaluate the strategy
- Completing all mandatory training, and proactively seek opportunities for ongoing professional development
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, including safeguarding, data protection and equal opportunities

The Finance & HR Manager will sit within the Development Team to support the smooth and efficient operation of the charity. This role will assist in managing financial processes and lead on recruitment, HR policies, and people operations — helping to maintain a transparent, inclusive, and positive working environment.
This position is ideal for someone seeking part-time work who holds either a finance assistant qualification or an accountancy qualification. Candidates with a finance assistant background will work closely with the finance department of our parent organisation, Oasis, to manage accounts and financial operations. Those with full accountancy qualifications may take direct ownership of financial oversight.
Finance
· Support the Operations Officer to reconcile transactions, issue invoices, process payments, and file quarterly Gift Aid claims.
· Oversee and manage Xero, ensuring all transactions are accurately coded and financial reporting is transparent and up to date.
· Prepare regular cash flow statements, budgets, and financial position reports for the Senior Leadership Team to support data-driven decision-making.
· Actively monitor income and expenditure, making recommendations to ensure financial sustainability and strategic use of resources.
· Manage STOP THE TRAFFIK’s bank accounts, ensuring the safe handling and ethical investment of reserves.
· Produce quarterly financial papers for the Board of Trustees and lead on the annual audit process, preparing all necessary documentation for external auditors.
· Liaise with the Oasis finance department (where relevant) to ensure smooth coordination of accounting processes and compliance with organisational standards.
Human Resources & Data Protection
· Lead the annual review of all organisational policies, ensuring they reflect current legislation and best practice, with support from the Operations Officer.
· Oversee recruitment processes, supporting hiring managers to ensure equitable, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
· Coordinate quarterly team surveys, analyse feedback, and make recommendations to strengthen workplace culture and wellbeing.
· Support the Executive Team in delivering STOP THE TRAFFIK’s people strategy, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing working environment.
· Serve as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), getting pro-bono advice from our network where needed for support.
Pro-bono Legal Coordination
· Manage network of pro-bono legal advisors to oversee all organisational contracts with partners, ensuring they align with key terms agreed with Senior Leadership and our Risk Committee, supported by the Director of Development.
· Responsible for managing our internal legal sign-off process, and ensuring all legal requests are managed in an accurate and timely manner.
Note that while this is a broad list, you will be supported by our parent company’s financial team who will continue to manage payroll and HR records.
