The role
As Forward Action’s Partnerships Officer, you’ll support the Partnerships Director to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we can help them achieve change on everything from climate change to refugee rights.
In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the administration side of our partnerships, from initial contact and briefing, through proposal management, all the way to issuing contracts and drafting scopes. You’ll work across multiple projects and deadlines, managing processes, organising meetings, following up action points, and keeping accurate partnership records.
You’ll champion the partner experience and ensure we always deliver value. This includes meeting with organisations to explore their goals, and briefing colleagues on new partners’ needs. You’ll also lead on our marketing and webinar programme, coordinating plans and working with colleagues and freelancers to deliver outstanding content.

About you
You’ll have experience as an account manager or another relationship-based role in fundraising, events, sales or marketing. You might have worked in an agency or the NGO sector, but this isn’t essential.

You’ll also be proactive, process driven, and an excellent problem solver who’s always keen to improve the way we do things. The Supporter Donations Queries Team at Macmillan are looking for x2 Supporter Donations Assistants to play their part in helping Macmillan's supporters and stakeholders do whatever it takes for people living with cancer. We have two roles available within our Supporter Donations Queries Team. Whether you are a recent graduate looking to gain customer care experience within a large, complex, and successful charity or you are seasoned supporter/customer care or administrational professional looking to broaden your experience and are keen to contribute to the work of a busy, friendly, and high-performing team, or whether you are looking to change your career and have the skills needed to excel in a customer service role, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be processing high volumes of income and inputting donations on our income system, resolving queries from our supporters & internal stakeholders, sending personalised thank you letters and helping to process Gift Aid sponsorship forms. In addition, you will undertake a range of admin duties in general support of the smooth and effective operation supporter donations as a whole, here at Macmillan.
You will liaise with stakeholders across the organisation including our Finance team, colleagues across Supporter Care, Relationship Fundraising Managers and product teams in order to accurately thank and process supporter donations received by Macmillan across all channels. Including processing online event registrations & donations, revalidating eligible Gift Aid, cleansing data and addressing all queries related to donations. You will be delivering recognisable, high quality Macmillan experiences in line with Brand and Strategy guidelines and messaging.
Initial training is due to be delivered in the London office - arrangements to be discussed dependent on contractual location.

As an Employment Consultant, you will be assisting veterans across the South East back into work. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our Education Team. This role will require the successful candidate to support an integrated and holistic approach to education, health and care, work under the direct supervision of an allocated teacher / senior specialist teaching assistant, support access to learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils in learning opportunities and to assist the teacher in providing relevant support for pupils with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex therapeutic, medical and health needs.

Role Requirements
STL1 – Provide support for Learning Activities set by Classteacher & Senior Specialist Teaching Assistant
- To support learning activities for individual, groups or whole classes of pupils, leading activities under the direction of the teacher or Senior Teaching Assistant supporting the teacher in their delivery of lessons.
- To demonstrate our School Ethos and Pupil Charter throughout the School day.
- Holistically integrate education, health and care needs.
- Evaluate and record procedures for learning activities.
- To know individual learning targets for each pupil in the group(s) and take specific action to enable individual pupil goals be achieved.
- To attend to the general care, maintenance and storage of classroom equipment.

About the role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for administering the Charity sales ledger and supporting both our membership and volunteering communities in their financial management. The key responsibilities include:
· Administration of the Charity Sales ledger including credit control;
· All Direct Debit processing for the collection of membership and course income;
· Supporting our 135 active fundraising branches in their transaction processing;
· Completing the monthly Gift Aid claim and other key balance sheet reconciliations.
We are recruiting for someone with the following:
- Experience of working in a finance role and maintaining financial records including preparing journals and balance sheet reconciliations;

How you will make a difference
Your role will enable smooth and efficient financial and administrative workflows at GFI Europe. Reporting to the Head of Operations, your work will fall under the following categories:
50% of time – Payment processing and bookkeeping
- Making payments correctly and on time with respect to invoices, direct debit setup, expense reimbursements, as well as salaries and payroll taxes.
- Day-to-day bookkeeping, including registering journal entries and all financial transactions in our accounting software (currently Quickbooks), and supporting monthly reconciliations.

25% of time – Budget forecast and reporting
