· The setting of social, economic and environmental standards for the production of commodities, for example bananas, flowers, gold, etc.

· The setting of minimum prices and premium payments that should be paid to the producers of these commodities.

In support of this mission, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Systems and Data Analyst. Crucial to our work is having timely access to accurate data and intelligible information, particularly in regard to the volumes of Fairtrade certified commodities that are being sold in different Fairtrade products. In this role you will own the Fairtrade Foundation’s SQL databases and a suite of data management and reporting tools. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday, working across a rota which will include day and night shifts as we provide a 24 hour service.  

About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team based in Croydon, providing leadership and line management to a team of night staff which is around 10 people in total. You will provide support and supervision sessions at night, and general leadership to the team so they feel empowered to be productive and perform well within their roles. You will further ensure a quality service is delivered in line with our contractual requirements to the residents. You will be responsible for creating a psychologically informed environment (PIE) with person centred support during all hours. You will work closely with the day teams to ensure a smooth handover from the day to night. 

This service is a Forensic Mental Health provision for 27 people across 4 sites in Croydon. For your own personal safety, you will require to have access to your own transport as you will need to travel between our 4 sites during the night shift to provide managerial support to the teams. The teams support our residents with person centred support, to empower them to overcome their personal barriers with their mental health, to have greater independence and fulfilled living. The service is responsible for holding various activities, group sessions, and one to one support to enable residents to build their personal skills and experiences to achieve their goals. 

The role includes:

• Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle
• Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service
• Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed
• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed
• Financial Management, including petty cash and budget management
• Contract management and Internal auditing, admin, and general other duties as required.

As Project Support Officer you will support our Regional Manager with volunteer recruitment, documentation, and giving our volunteers a fantastic experience. Each of our Community Meal Projects is run by Project Leaders (volunteer position). You will support Project Leaders in running our Community Meals, and will give extra support to our projects as and when required.

This support could range from developing relationships with our food suppliers, researching local organisations to support with guest outreach, recruiting new Project Leaders for the Region, or attending Projects. The right person for this role is customer service oriented with great communication skills, enjoys being organized, has a can-do attitude, and understands that they are a key component in supporting our fantastic Projects.

There will be frequent travel to our projects in the North East, and evening and weekend work will be needed to cover our projects. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this rewarding role.

You will join us at an exciting time as we are looking to develop our youth engagement work, building on the success of the Blue Influencers youth social action programme. You will support the ongoing delivery of this programme whilst having the chance to shape our youth engagement work going forward.

Join us as we inspire a new generation of nature lovers.

The Generation Wild programme is fully-funded until August 2027. An important part of this role will involve working with a Knowledge Transfer Partner to transfer and embed knowledge from the Psychology and Business Schools at Cardiff University, helping us to demonstrate the impact of the programme and develop new funding and delivery models to enable it to continue beyond August 2027.

For this role, we can offer flexibility around working from home if required. It is expected the role will need to work from their site base a few times a month and as required for key meetings. The successful candidate will be required to travel to the seven wetland centres across the UK where Generation Wild is delivered.

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for opening up opportunities for all young people to benefit from connecting with nature, irrespective of their background or ability.

Ideally you'll have experience of:

• nature-based learning with young people alongside experience of managing large-scale projects.

In this exciting and instrumental role you will oversee an existing team of three people and delver all aspects of the facilities management across this charity. You will have the opportunity to look after historical and listed building.
In you day to day job you will;

• Ensure all events have the relevant preparation required
• That all site and facilities meet satisfactory facilities standard
• Look after the facilities budget
• Liaise with existing contractors and suppliers
• Arrange for all maintenance work to be completed
• Work with other departments to understand strategic needs and plans

The skills that you will bring your role as Facilities Manager will include;

• Working knowledge of Health and Safety policy’s practices
• Prior experience of working in similar role
• Knowledge of looking after listed or historical buildings
• Prior experience in looking after a team

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Membership to join a well-established professional body on an interim basis. This role will provide essential leadership and operational oversight during a busy and important period for the organisation.

With a large and varied global membership and a significant income stream, this role is pivotal in ensuring continued high standards of service, effective team management, and strategic input into membership development and engagement.

About the Role This role offers the chance to step into a high-profile position, line managing senior team members and overseeing the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations. You’ll ensure the team is well supported and processes are running effectively, particularly during a time of high activity and change.
There may be longer-term opportunities for the right person as the team looks to the future structure of the membership function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the membership team, ensuring strong day-to-day operational delivery
• Line manage two senior team leads, supporting their development and team coordination
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of membership processes, with a focus on service excellence
• Contribute to ongoing development of the membership offer and strategy
• Manage and report on membership income, engagement, renewals, and member communications
• Represent the function at internal meetings and work cross-organisationally to improve services
• Provide insights and recommendations to support long-term planning and retention goals

About You You’ll be an experienced leader in the membership space, comfortable working in a complex organisation with a varied stakeholder base. You’ll have excellent operational and people management skills, and a keen understanding of how systems, finance, and communications work together to support membership services.

You will bring:

• Significant experience in a senior membership or engagement role
• Proven ability to lead teams through busy and transitional periods
• Strong understanding of membership processes, systems, and income management
• Confidence working at a strategic and operational level
• A collaborative and supportive leadership style

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable digital comms leader to:

- oversee the review and likely replacement of our website

- embed a digital first approach in our corporate communications and

- to contribute expertise to our wider digital transformation programme. 

Experience of leading website replacement is essential as are good people management skills. Experience in a membership body or union would be advantageous.

AMOSSHE The Student Services Organisation is looking for a new Head of Engagement and Operations. In this role you’ll support our Executive Director in leading AMOSSHE as a senior leader. You’ll be responsible for handling operational management, which includes acting as the Deputy Director for the organisation. You’ll oversee strategic areas involving member engagement, ensuring the effective delivery of our membership services, and driving strategic initiatives. You’ll have line management responsibilities for the team. This is a new role and an opportunity to make a real difference to our professional association.

• Contract type: Permanent, full time (37 hours a week).
• Location: Hybrid. Two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) in the office, central London.
• Salary range: £45,000 to £50,000, with an expected starting salary between £45,000 and £47,000, depending on experience.
