Salary: £23,100 - £27,340 per annum pro rata, based on experience

Hours: 28 per week  

Contract: Permanent

Location: Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead

Cranstoun has been making life better for those affected by alcohol and drugs since 1969. Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with service users and their families to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide.

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team. You will be required to print prescriptions from an internal database, accurately record and post these prescriptions and action any changes required. The role will also involve some reception duties such as answering calls, meeting and greeting clients and arranging appointments. 

You will work well in a challenging and rewarding work environment, in which finding a balance between team working and taking initiative is important. The ability to foster positive working relationships is essential. You will be meticulous about detail, motivated and able to organise workloads, demonstrate a professional telephone manner and be able to liaise effectively with other teams and agencies.
