To coordinate the planning and delivery of the GLORY Digital Festival from pre-production through to post-event follow-up, making sure speakers, session leads, interpreters, technical suppliers, youth co-chairs and participants all have what they need for a smooth, engaging and accessible experience. 

The Royal College of Radiologists is seeking a Service Desk Support Coordinator to join our high performing and well respected IT team. The team supports both day to day office users and the College’s expanding, business critical examinations operations, which represent a significant part of our income and reputation.

This role is central to the delivery of excellent IT services. On behalf of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition, Transparency International UK is looking for a Senior Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator. 

This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the UK’s leading civil society coalitions working to strengthen the UK’s response to corruption and illicit finance. With major opportunities ahead, including the Illicit Finance Summit and the UK’s upcoming G20 presidency, the coalition is well placed to influence the next phase of the UK’s anti-corruption agenda. 

In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver the work of the coalition and its working groups, supporting collaboration across member organisations and helping drive progress on coalition priorities. You will engage regularly with coalition members, organise meetings and convenings, and contribute to the development of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and joint letters to policymakers. 

You will also play a key role in the coalition’s communications, leading the coordination of messaging across member organisations and helping ensure the coalition’s voice is clear and impactful. This includes drafting press releases, statements and opinion pieces, supporting media engagement, managing the coalition’s digital channels, and identifying opportunities to amplify coalition and member priorities in the media and public debate. Working closely with member organisations’ communications teams, you will help ensure coalition communications are timely, coordinated and strategic. 

The Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator will report to the Senior Coalition Manager and work within the UKACC Secretariat, supporting collaboration across coalition member organisations and stakeholders. 

Main responsibilities – What will I be doing? 

• Coordinating coalition meetings, working groups and follow-up actions to support the effective functioning of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition. 

• Engaging with coalition members and external stakeholders, including civil society partners, government departments and parliamentary offices. 

• Contributing to the preparation of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and other advocacy materials. 

• Coordinating coalition communications and working with member organisations’ communications teams to develop aligned messaging and joint outputs. 

• Managing the coalition’s website and social media channels and drafting communications materials, including statements and press content linked to coalition priorities. 

• Supporting the planning and delivery of coalition events, convenings and stakeholder engagements.

Role Responsibilities  

• Manage and respond to those who contact UK for UNHCR directly by email, phone or mail and escalate queries where necessary.
• Deliver a first-class supporter experience and ensure each point-of-contact works to build and develop the engagement journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records within the charity database, assist with data administration, and ensure data is handled in accordance with regulations.
• Champion supporter care best practice by resolving supporter pain points, sharing supporter insights and feedback with colleagues, and supporting fundraising teams in evaluating campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve the supporter journey.
• Assist with fulfilment agency briefs and quality control measures.

About the role

The purposes of the Book Services Coordinator role is to assist the Books and Library Manager in facilitating the charity’s crew’ libraries service and specialist maritime book sales and also to administer all processes and systems involved within Books and library services.

 Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Salary: Living Onsite - £25,685 per annum (Band C, Level 3)

Living Off Site - £27,445 per annum (Band C, Level 3)inclusive of OLW

 Location:  Gilwell Park, Chingford, E4, 7QW

 Working Hours: 35 - per week worked on a rota basis, including weekends

About the role

There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to build great experiences for our customers. This role is all about understanding our customers’ needs and expectations, matching them to an amazing adventure at one of our centres, and supporting our centres to deliver it.  Do you have what it takes to be our Customer Experiene Coordinator.

Key responsibilities

Customer Service and bookings

• Deliver friendly, helpful support across email, phone, live chat, and social channels.
• Advise customers on suitable products and bookings based on their needs.
• Meet service standards, SLAs, and brand guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage bookings pre-visit and provide post-visit aftercare.

Administration

• Process bookings and enquiries using internal systems (e.g. SharePoint, Cinolla, Zendesk).
• Handle payments, invoices, and basic financial tasks.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Centre Support

• Plan activity programmes tailored to group needs.
• Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Support compliance, safety checks, and operational procedures.

What you’ll need:

• Prior experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Prior experience in outdoor education, residential centres or a related industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate a multi-year racial equity partnership programme called “Leadership Lighthouses”.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners, participants, and a team of skilled facilitators to coordinate programme planning, logistics and successful delivery, ensuring a high quality experience for all involved.

The key responsibilities of the role are to:

• Lead day-to-day programme coordination, ensuring milestones are met, project plans remain live and up to date, and risks or delays are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated to support timely delivery.

• Act as the key operational contact for the programme, coordinating task allocation and communications with the programmes team, steering group, and wider stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality information flow aligned with project milestones.

• Coordinate monitoring and evaluation schedules and data collection.

• Coordinate steering group meetings.

• Coordinate communications and agreements with facilitators, programme contributors, partners and venues.

• Coordinate participant recruitment processes, working closely with the Programmes Administrator to ensure smooth application, selection, and onboarding in line with project milestones.

• Support the Director of Programmes in moderating applications and conducting applicant interviews.

• Assess learner needs and coordinate learning and accessibility adjustments in collaboration with the Director of Programmes; hold meetings or calls with participants and facilitators to understand additional needs and ensure a positive programme experience, and liaise with relevant colleagues on implications for delivery.

• Coordinate logistics for both in-person and online programme sessions.

• Monitor the safeguarding inbox and liaise with the Director of Programmes, Safeguarding Lead, and facilitators to agree and implement appropriate follow-up actions.

• Support logistics and administration for facilitator training and development sessions.

• Monitor and track the programme budget, support financial reporting, and collaborate with the Director of Programmes to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Conduct desktop research in line with the location decision framework when establishing locations for future programmes.

• Coordinate and respond to participant communications, working in collaboration with the Programmes Administrator and Director of Programmes.

• Work with the Marketing team to provide regular updates on programme progress, providing relevant programme information to support marketing and promotional activities.

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Communications Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our global communications and member engagement activities.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help deliver digital content, manage social media channels, support campaigns such as World Obesity Day, and ensure our members receive high-quality, engaging communications.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working at the heart of global health advocacy.

Key responsibilities

Communications & Digital Content

• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Monitor channels, respond to enquiries, and track engagement trends
• Create and upload website content, including news and events
• Draft and design email campaigns and newsletters
• Source and develop content with members, experts and lived experience voices

Design & Content Production

• Support creation of visual content (graphics, templates, simple video edits)

Membership & Team Support

• Help manage shared inbox and respond to enquiries

Impact & Communications Coordinator

Salary: c.£30,000

FEAST With Us (FEAST) is looking for a driven and creative Impact & Communications Coordinator to lead the measurement, evaluation and communication of our work tackling food insecurity across London. This pivotal role combines impact evaluation, data analysis and storytelling—using evidence to improve our services, strengthen fundraising, and clearly communicate the difference FEAST makes to individuals and communities.

About Us

FEAST improves the nutrition, wellbeing and health of people at risk of food insecurity. We deliver nutritious community meals, and Healthy Eating on a Budget programmes across London venues, working in partnership with charities and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FEAST’s impact measurement, evaluation and learning, including Theory of Change and impact frameworks
• Collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative impact data
• Produce accessible impact reports, case studies and insights
• Support funding applications and reporting with robust evidence
• Develop and deliver FEAST’s communications and marketing strategy
• Create engaging digital and print content (website, social media, newsletters, reports)

About You

• A strong commitment to FEAST’s mission and values

Knowledge of food insecurity, nutrition, PowerBI dashboards, PR or policy work is desirable.
