Corporate Partnerships Executive
Reporting to: Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location of work: Home based with occasional travel to London for meetings. The role may occasionally involve some irregular travel throughout England and Scotland.
Contract type: Part-time 21 hours per week. and weekend work
Contract Length: Temporary - To start 1st April 2026 (or sooner) until 31st August 2026
Salary: £31,500 per annum (Salary shown will be prorated to reflect a 21 hour per week/0.6 FTE , 5 month fixed term contract role)

Corporate partnerships at Magic Breakfast have grown significantly in the past couple of years, and we have worked hard to create multi-layered and mutually beneficial partnerships that go beyond financial support. With significant corporate supporters like Deutsche Bank, Heinz, Kellogg’s, Arla and many others, this is an exciting time to join Magic Breakfast and take ownership of a small portfolio of partners and support the team’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of small-medium sized corporate accounts, ensuring excellent account management and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the partnerships team in relevant organisational working groups
• Work with the Brand and Marketing team to produce engaging and effective fundraising materials
• Support growth by proactively identifying introductions to new prospects, whether corporate contacts or philanthropists.

What does this role do?
As High Value Events Assistant, you will:
- provide high-quality administrative and delivery support across a portfolio of flagship, bespoke and stewardship events for high value audiences.
- manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs, ensuring accurate data handling and a seamless supporter journey.
- support the development of event content and collateral, including liaising with internal teams and sourcing compelling case studies.
- research and liaise with venues and suppliers, source prize donations and support event logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
- lead on the organisation of regular internal events, including the annual departmental conference.
- take responsibility for delivering a small number of supporter engagement events, working with major donors and corporate partners where appropriate.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver against corporate income targets in line with our fundraising strategy.
- Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships, including Charity of the Year opportunities, sponsorships and corporate fundraising campaigns.
- Steward existing corporate supporters with high-quality engagement, communication and reporting.

About you
Essential Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year in fundraising or B2B account management.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience working to income targets and managing pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report and proposal writing.
- Good negotiation, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in corporate fundraising.
- Experience developing pitches and securing COTY partnerships.

Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this newly created role offers the chance to support the delivery of our new Fundraising and Partnership Strategy (2025–2029) by helping to grow our community of supporters, increase individual digital giving and deepen engagement with corporate partners. We also welcome your ideas and experience in developing how we might approach digital fundraising.
Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, this role will lead on community fundraising development and provide hands-on coordination of partnership activities, from employee volunteering and group sessions to corporate fundraising events and payroll giving. The role will also contribute to communications and marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships and Engagement

Support the Director of Partnerships in managing and delivering high-quality partnership activities, including:

Organising employee volunteering sessions – including mapping / tracking volunteer hours and activities (where possible)

Contribute to internal communications about partnership successes and learning.

Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Engagement

Plan, deliver and evaluate a calendar of community fundraising activities and events (third party) to build NHP’s supporter base, ensuring income and engagement targets are met. (We plan to have 2 community fundraising events a year, and support those our corporate partners organise).

Recruit, brief and support challenge event participants, fundraisers and corporate teams undertaking community activities.

Develop toolkits and resources to empower supporters (fundraising packs, JustGiving Guides and risk assessments)

Support the Business Support Administrator to manage the stock, ordering and distribution of fundraising materials to ensure event participants are equipped and engaged.

Support the Director of Partnerships to lead the event logistics (registrations, supplier liaison, risk assessments, volunteer coordination, on the day delivery and post event follow up)

Provide guidance, resources, and encouragement to individuals and groups fundraising on behalf of NHP.

About Sophie Hayes Foundation
Sophie Hayes Foundation is a small but mighty charity supporting women survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking as they rebuild their independent lives, free from re exploitation for the long-term.
We provide an employability programme which enables survivors to rediscover their skills, build their confidence and sense of purpose, develop workplace skills, and open up opportunities for work placements or volunteering. We also offer a conversational English course, a digital skills programme, and run a survivor network CREW (Creative Resilient Empowered Women).

About the Role
We can’t do any of this work without brilliant and concerted fundraising efforts. SHF is independent and relies on funds from grant-making bodies, individuals, and businesses in our supporter community.
This role will be at the forefront of the realisation of SHF’s bold strategic ambitions. You will work alongside our small and dynamic executive team to unlock growth, develop new approaches and communicate our impact.

FUNDRAISING
- Leadership of successful portfolio of grant funding, including stewardship of existing funders, and growth to new ones through high quality applications and proactive identification of opportunities.

The organisation rescues high quality edible surplus food, from across the food industry and gets it to over 8,000 organisations across the UK who are working to strengthen communities and improve lives.
The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK.
Over the next year our ambition is to rescue enough food nationally to provide nearly 200 million meals, turning an environmental problem into social good with measurable impact for people, planet, and the economy.
Why this role and why now?
This is a hugely exciting time to join our organisation.
We have recently brought together two £20m organisations – FareShare UK, a national food redistribution charity, and The Felix Project, our London network partner who has made waves across the capital in recent years. We are in the early stages of shaping our future together, while at the same time, developing our fundraising strategy for the next three years – setting the direction for how we grow income, engage supporters and deliver even more impact across the UK.
Public fundraising and engagement will be central to that strategy, and as Head of Public Fundraising & Engagement, you will play a leading role in shaping it.
We already have strong foundations to build on. Recent testing of private site fundraising for both organisations has exceeded KPIs, showing strong public appetite to support our work. We also have the opportunity to learn from The Felix Project’s success in London and explore how proven approaches can be adapted and scaled nationally.

About the role
The Head of Public Fundraising & Engagement will lead our public fundraising portfolio. This newly created role will oversee Individual Giving and Legacies, Community Fundraising, Mass Participation and Challenge Events, and Fundraising Operations, with five direct reports.
You will be accountable for public fundraising income and performance, whilst also helping to bring together teams, systems and ways of working following the merger. You’ll sit on both the Fundraising Senior Management Team and the organisation’s Senior Management Team, contributing to organisation-wide strategy, decision-making and culture.
You will play a key role in shaping our three-year public fundraising strategy, ensuring it is ambitious, realistic and rooted in audience insight.
Whilst much of the portfolio is delivered through Senior Managers, there is particular scope and opportunity, to shape the future of Community and Mass Fundraising – where we’ve deliberately protected delivery while leaving space for the new Head to define long-term strategy, growth and resource.
You’ll also play a leading role in embedding a new organisational brand once agreed.

Shaping Community and Mass Fundraising
• Make a hands-on strategic lead in shaping the future direction of Community and Mass Fundraising.

•Build momentum and organisational confidence in areas with significant untapped potential.

Brand embedding and supporter acquisition
•Play a leading role in embedding the new organisational brand across all public fundraising activity once agreed.

Merger transition and CRM
•Play a senior role in the organisation’s merger transition, with particular focus on the Fundraising Transition, working closely with the Fundraising Transition Lead, ensuring that public fundraising’s priorities are reflected in change planning.
•Act as the senior fundraising lead for the implementation of a combined CRM, ensuring public fundraising needs shape system design, data structure, reporting and supporter journeys.

Key tasks & responsibilities
Income generation
· Use your skills, creativity and experience to develop our income generation strategy
· Develop ideas for creative sponsorship and funding opportunities, putting together and submitting proposal and tender documents; identifying suitable partners; presenting proposals and closing deals
· Converting pilot and seed-funded contracts to longer-term sustainable contracts e.g. current Postcode Lottery agreement in the North-East converting to a long-term contract with North-East and North Cumbria ICB (more information to this can be given at interview stage)
· Support drawing up and negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery
· Work with stakeholders and our internal team to scope and develop exciting new opportunities
· Develop and steward fundraising and donor relationships in order to increase income

Partnerships and Networks
· Build and maintain a network of strategic key external contacts that can support Advantage Mentoring’s work. Stakeholders will be from private, public and third sector groups. Take an active role in representing Advantage Mentoring to appropriate Trusts and Foundations

Strategic Leadership
· Develop and implement Advantage’s income generation strategy and policies, as a part of the Leadership Team

Bowel Cancer UK is seeking an exceptional, growth-driven Head of Mass Supporter Fundraising to join our team. We have set a bold ambition to significantly increase income over the next five years, ensuring everyone diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK receives the support they need.
This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a data-led fundraising programme, increase our visibility in a competitive landscape, and develop a high-performing talented team capable of delivering sustained, multi-million-pound income growth. You will lead the development of transformational strategies and play a critical role in the management of the charities CRM to significantly scale revenue while ensuring digital innovation is at the heart of all strategic decision-making. You will take full ownership of mass supporter fundraising budgets and provide visionary leadership by directly managing team managers to foster a culture of professional growth.
The salary is £51,241, plus £2,000 London Weighting if applicable and a contributory pension scheme. The position is home-based UK-wide, with required travel to our London-based Hub space in Kennington. We offer 27 days of holiday, plus three discretionary days between Christmas and New Year in addition to statutory holidays, complimented by a range of brilliant staff benefits.

Your main aim will be to engage businesses in the work that we do and the difference Youth Options makes to the lives of Young people in Hampshire.
The role will include creating mutually beneficial relationships that address charity and environmental, social and government needs. You will also be attending networking events, arranging corporate fundraisers, and managing our corporate volunteer days.
