The important stuff
Salary: from 30,000 dependent on experience

Person Specification
- An active Christian, passionate about personally representing the values and beliefs of Resurgo, and our mission to equip and support organisations to play a meaningful part in the repair of our social fabric.
- Excellent all-round coaching ability, with 3 years of relevant coaching experience, including strong group facilitation and 1-1 coaching skills.
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and initiative, with the ability to balance a range of varied tasks and prioritise accordingly.
- 3 years experience of line management and holding responsibility for others’ professional development and wellbeing.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate confidently to a range of audiences, internally and externally, including demonstrable experience managing partnerships with churches as well as corporates.

Key Responsibilities
Support and Equip Church Partners
- Work with the wider Church Partnerships Team to meet key strategic goals to build social transformation across the church in the UK.
- Manage working relationships with caseload of partner churches within a region of the UK to ensure programme delivery flourishes, that the church has ongoing support and feels connected to Resurgo, and feels ownership and vision in relation to the programmes their church runs.
- Liaise with church partners regarding fundraising challenges, providing strategic support and connecting them to the wider Resurgo team for further assistance around key challenges.
Line Management, Team Training and Development of Spear Centre staff
- Manage Spear Centre Managers, through regular 1-1s, reviewing KPI’s and helping them troubleshoot challenges.
- Oversee the overall performance management for church partners in a region, delivering feedback regularly, reporting on key performance indicators and running reviews at intervals throughout the year.
- Work with the Impact team to identify training needs, then design and run training initiatives to meet these needs, including all-team training days, role-specific training streams, and volunteer training.
Curriculum Development
- Engage with wider national policy around NEETs and unemployment to ensure we are at the cutting edge within the sector.
- Develop programme curricula across all our programmes.

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. Role overview
The Partnership Manager will oversee and deliver account management across our mentoring partnership portfolio. This role involves managing the partner experience across a range of sectors, including higher education, the third sector, schools and corporate partnerships. The post-holder will be responsible for onboarding new partners, supporting them in developing their yearly mentoring plans, engaging in regular communications to ensure we’re on track with our deliverables, and renewing contracts annually. Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators such as partner satisfaction, partner engagement and meeting renewal income targets.

- Complete annual mentoring project plans with all partners

The Youth Zone has developed a targeted funds infrastructure with live impact data established and ready to utilise in funding presentations. It costs £1.7 million a year to run, 90% of which is generated through voluntary donations of which this role will be aiming to contribute £200k in the first 2 years.
You will therefore play a vital role in keeping the charity financially sustainable through the development of local business and community fundraising. You will be given ample scope to test your creative ideas and drive forward income generation, supported by the Head of Fundraising and Communications, the Chief Executive and a forward thinking and engaged Board of Trustees.
About You
Being self-motivated and action orientated, you will be able to create and grow your own pool of potential supporters and thrive on 'making the ask'. As an enthusiastic ambassador, you'll be able to communicate this in an inspiring and tailored way and be comfortable in seeking and securing donations, whilst working alongside colleagues in the team to monitor and steward these donations appropriately.

Refugee Council is seeking an experienced philanthropy specialist to develop and grow the Refugee Council’s Philanthropy relationships and programme and deliver an ambitious Philanthropy strategy.

- Someone to develop and manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations and grant makers with the capacity to give 5 and 6 figure grants to fund our work across the UK.
- Someone who can research and write compelling and creative applications for a range of projects, such as our support services in units/wards based in hospitals across the UK.
- Someone who has experience in developing and implementing effective stewardship plans to build strong and long-term high value relationships.

The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our fast-growing Fundraising Team, and leading our new business efforts by identifying, cultivating and securing new corporate partnerships at the six and seven-figure level as well as playing an active part in the wider team’s endeavours to secure and uplift our corporate partnerships.
You will report to our Director of Development and will manage and grow our relationships with like-minded businesses across multiple industries to generate income and engage new audiences for the Childhood Trust to achieve our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:
· Build cases for support to engage funders. This will involve working with the Corporate Partnerships Team and wider organisation to build compelling cases for support for a variety of corporate partnerships, including strategic partnerships, COTY, Cause Related Marketing campaigns and sponsorship opportunities.
· Identify corporate partnership opportunities. This will involve conducting research to manage and grow a pipeline of corporate partnerships opportunities worth £50k+ and/or with significant media and communications value.
· Develop cultivation plans for key prospects and target industries to increase support for the Childhood Trust.
· Proactively approach and build new relationships with corporates, securing and attending meetings.
· Develop and deliver high quality communications to secure new corporate partnerships. For example, this could include brochures, proposals, and pitches which communicate the charity’s work, strategy, and a case for why companies should support the Childhood Trust.
· Work collaboratively with the Account Management team to embed new partnerships to ensure they are managed appropriately.
· Contribute to setting the annual budget and carrying out regular review of the pipeline
· Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of The Childhood Trust’s strategic goals.
Person Specification:
· Proven track record of personally soliciting corporate partnerships at the six-figure level and above
· Experience of dealing with C-suite individuals and senior volunteers
· Excellent personal presentation and communication skills, and attention to detail
· High level of numeracy, IT literacy and competence
· Experience of budget setting and monitoring

The role:
As a Community Engagement and Fundraising Officer, you will play a vital role in helping our charity manage and develop relationships with our donors, supporters and our existing key relationships, whilst identifying and creating new relationships in our local areas to garner support and promote our services.
