Job description

Send a Cow is an award-winning international development charity providing training, and ongoing support to smallholder farmers in six African countries. We give poor families and communities the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land, in line with our vision of a confident and thriving rural Africa.

Our Partnerships Team manages relationships with our corporate partners and philanthropists with team members based in Newton St Loe and Edinburgh. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the corporate fundraising strategy, manage existing partners and secure new business in line with our strategic plans.

This varied and rewarding role will suit a strategic thinker and someone who is excellent at stewarding long-term relationships with a track record in securing new partners to grow our portfolio. Our existing partners include Riverford Organic Farms, Starbucks and Standard Bank funding a range of Send a Cow projects from training orphans in Uganda to grow their own food to empowering coffee growing farmers to become self-sufficient in Rwanda. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of line management to manage and develop the skillset of our Corporate Partnerships Executive.
