We are looking for an Apprenticeship Outreach Officer who is super passionate about our mission, to educate and empower the next generation of diverse digital talent, and is focused on preparing and providing support to our Sixth Formers in their journey through the apprenticeship application process.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Working with your line manager and where delegated, the Apprenticeship Outreach Programme Manager, to create bespoke events and short courses for potential apprentices.
- Building relationships with our Sixth Form learners through their 2 years at Ada and helping them prepare for the different stages of the apprenticeship application process.
- Linking apprenticeship opportunities to specific Sixth formers.
- Social media promotion: working with our marketing manager on SM campaigns to raise awareness of Ada’s short courses, partnerships with employers and open recruitment campaigns.
- Completing the legacy apprenticeship recruitment activity for Autumn 2024 and Spring 2025.
- Shortlisting Sixth Form candidates for any exclusive apprenticeship opportunities.
- Assisting the Sixth Form Outreach and Recruitment team with event planning, administration and delivery including outreach events (Careers Fairs, Open Days, Lift-off days, school visits to Ada and Keep Warm events. (This will involve commitment on some weekends and evenings during busy times.)
- Assisting with wider college events.
- Supporting the Sixth Form recruitment effort as needed through the administration of the application process.
- Keeping accurate records, inputting data into Ada’s systems and exporting relevant information to produce reports and dashboards.
- Assisting with tasks and administration in the wider teams including Reception and Front-of -house, facilities and External Relations.

The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity.
You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. The role
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract and sits in our people team, supporting the charity by providing a professional, comprehensive and proactive recruitment service. To work closely with the HR advisors, the HR coordinator and as necessary, the HR and organisational development manager, to support recruitment and selection-based projects.
As the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries from recruiting managers and candidates, you’ll be responsible for uploading vacancies and supporting information onto our online advertising platforms and manage recruitment activity as a key user of our recruitment applicant tracking system (ATS). Our 24 hour specialist refuge service provides support for homeless women facing multiple disadvantage including but not

- Substance misuse needs, including those who are pre-contemplative mental health and neurodiversity chaotic lifestyles, including those displaying antisocial
- behaviour.
- History of offending behaviour and criminal justice.
- History of children being removed from their care and/or at risk of further removals.
- Affected by or at risk of sex working.
The team delivers 121 support in the form of weekly keywork sessions working within a psychologically informed framework to create a support plan with residents and build on skills and competencies, this will be a flexible delivery model and provide medium to high support that offers people a personalised pathway away from homelessness,
which builds on their strengths and aspirations for the future.
In addition, the team is responsible for the building management including Health and Safety, the repairs and living environment.

TPP are recruiting two Directors, on behalf of our client, a charity dedicated to supporting those at immediate risk of suicide, a unique proven model offering a warm and nurturing safe space in a friendly non-medical environment with befriending volunteers.
The Role:
As the Director, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the charity’s model for those in suicidal crisis ensuring its success and sustainability. In this demanding yet deeply rewarding position, you will be working closely and collaboratively with your fellow Co-Director, sharing 24/7 responsibilities, and report jointly to the Trustees.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the charity’s services and model, being accountable to the Chair of Trustees
- Rebuild and sustain client's culture, ethos and values. - integral to the model
- Manage and supervise and be a hands-on member of a dedicated operational team, together responsible for service delivery 27/7
- Lead/oversee the training, selection, supervision and development of volunteers
- Collaborate with the Secretary to manage service support functions, including IT/systems, house facilities, and media/external relations
Requirements:
- Professional qualification and experience working with those in crisis and/or mental health issues including applying psychoanalytic understanding
- First-hand experience working with and befriending individuals experiencing suicidal ideation
- Strong leadership skills, a team player with a collaborative approach

- Compassionate, empathetic, a good listener
- Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability

As the Major Gifts Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining fundraising relationships, working closely with the Director of Development, Chief Executive and Senior Management Team. You will be an integral member of the Development Team and work across other teams, particularly the Communications and Policy Teams to maximise fundraising and engagement opportunities and to deliver a first-class giving experience to every major individual donor.
The JUSTICE team currently work in a hybrid manner. Staff members have access to office space in London, however, attendance is currently optional. We are looking for an experienced youth practitioner to manage our youth team and work within the enact team to develop a range of engaging activities and training opportunities for young people with particular focus on those aged 10 to 19 in the Enfield community.
The Senior Youth and Community Worker needs to be a passionate, enthusiastic and professional. They will lead the youth team to create community-based opportunities for the whole family, in accordance with the ethos and values of Oasis. The Senior Youth worker will also support the enact team to develop and be involved in community cohesion projects involving children, families and youth.
